I highly recommend Carash Law Firm.
I never had a need of lawyer until this February when I was involved in a car accident. My car was declared a total loss and the other car was not drivable either. I never experienced such severe damage and injury in my life before. I was not sure how to deal with the accident, damage, injury, claims, etc.
Julian and his assistant met me and explained the procedures and steps at the beginning; and then guided me by emails, phone calls, and in person during the process. His entire team put every effort in helping me through this process. His team saved me a lot of time by taking care of the complex 10 month process.
Julian’s expertise and professional service was critical in my complex case. I was forever graceful to Julian and his team.

«My family has hired the Carash Law Firm for our legal matters over the past 6 years. We have been extremely satisfied with their office on all cases. They handled my sister’s family law case as well as her personal injury case. They also handled my mother’s car accident case and my niece’s and nephew’s case. We also have several friends who used this office for criminal defense cases in San Jose and they were very pleased with the attorneys. The attorneys kept us informed during the entire process and even met with my mother at her house after hours during her case to give us a staus because she was injured. Attorney Julian would sometimes call us late at night and tell us about how the case was moving forward and give us updates. They were also very respectful of us and treated us like human beings and not just like another case. Every time we called them and asked them a question
about my family’s case they would contact us back the same day and sometimes even immediately after we left a message to answer all of our questions. I was referred to Julian by one of my good friend, not only that a lot of my friends have heard of him. They told me how good of a lawyer he was and that he will take all matters very seriously.
I contacted Julian and was able to meet with him immediately that same day about my case. Julian took action very quickly and was on top of my case daily. He spent a lot of time working with me and even after hours to help me get my case resolved and did what he had to do to protect me. Julian gave me all direct honest answers whether it was something I wanted to hear or not. No hiding behind the bushes and gave no BS. Julian did not waste anytime at all. I highly recommend!
My son was involved in a car accident that totaled his car. The damage was quite severe. We had never been involved in something so violent. We were being pressured from the other insurance company and we didn’t know what to do. Julian is a family friend and the first person we called. He was so patient with us and answered all of questions. The entire team at The Carash Law Firm put every effort in helping us through this process.

Julian has represented many of my family and friends in different personal injury car accident cases including my mom, our family friend from overseas, my two sons, my daughter and myself.
In every case, he made sure our vehicle was repaired properly and helped us get a rental car. Sometimes the insurance only wanted to pay for aftermarket or remanufactured parts on our car, or recommend repairing damaged parts on the vehicle instead of replacing. Julian’s staff would contact the insurance company and the body shop to make sure the car was repaired properly so that when the vehicle was finished we were 100% satisfied.
Julian would take his time and have many conversations over the phone and in person with us to explain our legal rights and how the case was being handled.
CarashLaw worked hard so that we were properly compensated for all our medical bills, pain and suffering and time we missed from work.
He also met with us many times at night and even on the weekends to answer our questions. I am very pleased with this law firm and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a lawyer.

A few years ago I was rear-​ended by this guy and he denied being in the country at the time of the accident. I was disappointed that another human being can be so heartless and lie about an accident that truly occurred. I retained Julian Carash to represent me. I was the passenger in a car accident when I was young. The accident was clearly the other side’s fault but once the insurance companies got involved, they changed their story. We needed assistance and wanted help from an office with years of experience and a reputable background.
The Carash Law Firm was professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. They encouraged questions and communication about any concerns or issues that we had. They were patient with the fact that we didn’t understand how the timeline or process usually works. They also were honest with their opinions and advice by not making unreasonable promises or attempting to make us have unreasonable expectations.

I hired him to deal with a car accident a few years back, and the incident left my car totaled and I was traumatized. Julian doesn’t promise you anything that he can’t do. I hired Julian Carash as my lawyer back in 2010. It was my first and only major run in with the law, and Julian did a great job reassuring me that everything would be fine. He was never judgemental, and made it clear he was here to help. I was impressed by his knowledge which gave me confidence in his abilities to handle my case.
I don’t want to get too much in detail about the case, but throughout the whole process, I was always being clearly informed about every aspect. I remember thinking that most lawyers handle multiple cases at a time, but with Julian I felt like all his efforts were devoted to me. The office staff was always very corteous and helpful. They were clear and concise in emails requesting certain information and documents with information on how to obtain them. Any information I required was provided in a very timely fashion.
