RF Drain Cleaning & Plumber

Reza saved our day! We had a clogged kitchen drain and laundry drain, and called a few plumbers on Sunday morning. Reza is the first that answered our phone and told us he would be here in an hour.

Reza was really good at clearing my clogged drain. Reza showed up on time. He was clean and professional. Overall I would use him again especially since he works Sunday! He probably snaked over 70ft through the piping and was extremely nice the entire time. He had to take the toilet off the flange and put it back after he was done. Everything was cleaner than before he came. Zero complaints many raves.

Reza is phenomenal — honest, soft spoken, hard working, professional, knowledgeable. All the things you want, but rarely find when you’re desperate to get something fixed. We had a complete blockage of our main drain to the sewer that manifested at 8:30pm and took both our bathrooms out of commission. He was willing to come and take a look that same night, and made multiple attempts to clear it from the vents on the roof. After trying to clear it through less drastic measures for a couple of hours, he said would have to pull out a toilet and snake the whole line. He offered to do it that night or the following morning. We opted for the latter, and he showed up on time and took care of it quickly. After fixing the blockage by pulling out the toilet, he put the toilet back on and recaulked it. For this exceptional service, he charged us a fixed amount that was likely less than half of what others would have ended up costing. I’ve already recommended him to three friends, and I generally don’t give those out. Call him now and thank your lucky stars later.

Reza answered my call to fix a kitchen clog yesterday. Within 20 minutes, he arrived promptly, as he said he would. He was courteous and professional, ad got to work immediately. Some unexpected issues came up (it is an old house after all) but he would not be fazed and kept diligently to resolve them one by one. The job ended up taking up more time than it should, but Reza kept to his original price estimate. He provided some advice on further improvements as well.

Reza is my hero. I’ve been without hot water for a week. The water heater manufacturer was supposed to send me the part to fix it (thermocouple), but they sent the wrong part. Reza was able to use a universal thermocouple, that he just happened to bring, and fix my water heater, even though the manufacturer said there was only a 50% chance it would work without their special part. He is kind, professional, and charged a very reasonable rate. He even gave me tips for what to do for regular maintenance. He also is giving me a 1 year warranty on his repairs. I highly recommend him!

If u want an honest, reliable awesome plumber who has skills Reza is your guy. We called and he came faster then pizza delivery. He fixed our clogged sink and cracked pipes and did an amazing job for an unbelievable price! He also went to Home Depot, bought the pipes and did not charge for labor. This guy also checks up on you after the jobs done to see how’s things are. Soft spoken and awesome personality we had to give him extra, cuz he saved us over 700 bucks if we went to anybody else. I had a ruptured water main line to my house. It required major work, including the digging of the pavement and laying brand new pipes plus a few other plumbing updates to the line. Persia plumbing gave me thorough explanation of possible solutions and asked me to shop around for other ideas. When I came back, I realized Persia Plumbing had given me the best solution at the best price. On day of repair, he and his crew were right on time and finished the job as expected on time. Why is it that things often happen in «threes?» Maybe my run of misfortune is now over and I’ll win the lottery! My bathtub/​shower decided to it would empty at the speed of molasses in January; then my kitchen sink decided to backup; finally the dishwasher and garbage disposal joined in the fracas and needed to say… I spent a big part of my day mopping up the kitchen.
I called my home warranty company and the had a plumber come out. Unfortunately, he couldn’t do much as there is no cleanup installed (this house is 64 years old). Now he could have gotten up on the roof and snaked the line from the ventilation pipe. but, the home warranty company won’t pay for that. Holy crap — what good is the warranty problem if they can’t or won’t fix the problems.
The plumber left after taking my check for the deductible. I called their office the next day to see what could be done. We talked and the young lady told me that they used to have someone who would go up on the roof. but, he doesn’t work for them any longer (nice). However, she would call someone higher up on the food chain and get right back to me with a price to fix the problem. Needless-​to-​say, I’m still waiting for her return call.
OK — now comes the better part of this review. I called Persia Drain Cleaning and Plumbing and spoke with the owner, Reza. I actually found him on Unilocal and I am so thankful that I did. I connected with him at around 11:15am and he was at my door in a very short 20 minutes. He assessed the situation and proceeded to remove the pipe from the sink to the soil pipe and snaked that s.o.b. till it ran without any restriction or backup.
Reza was punctual, professional and very competitive with his pricing. He even offered me a hefty discount on his fee plus a 90-​day warranty on his work! Now, how much better can it get?
If you’re not using Reza you’re really missing a rare opportunity to work with someone who clearly knows his craft, his limitations, is a genuinely nice person, professional and responsive. He’s a very friendly man and I will bet using him for all of my plumbing needs from now on!

So I’m washing dishes and I see the water start to elevate from the sink. Oh no biggie, it’ll go down eventually. I continue to scrub and rinse and the water level kept getting higher! My sink was half way full of dirty water. Not a great feeling at all. I tried un-​clogging it myself with some chopsticks but that didn’t work. I had enough so I had to call a plumber and that’s when I met Reza. He is soft spoken with alot of respect. His skills and competent level speak for themselves. You just know when someone knows what they’re doing. He got the sink unclogged in 15 minutes and cleaned up after himself. Just leaving back my dirty dishes that I can finally wash.

I stumbled upon Reza on Unilocal when I was looking to have someone come snake all the lines in a home I’m remodeling. My house doesn’t have toilets or sinks and I honestly didn’t know if they needed to be snaked or not but I didn’t want to put new stuff and have problems.
I was hesitant to call because he didn’t have many reviews but he was very close to my home and I gave home a try. An extremely soft spoken Reza answered the call, I explained my situation and instead of trying to upsell me he gave me some things I could try to see if I even needed his service. I explained I didn’t have a garden hose so he asked where I lived and would come by and check it out.
Reza arrived within 20 minutes and proceeded to check all my lines, he brought a garden hose to connect and verify that water was flowing down all the pipes! He checked to make sure everything was flowing out to the city drains too. After spending about 30 minutes going through everything he said I did not need to snake my lines that everything flowed great.
Absolutely thrilled that I met someone honest, I asked if he did other work. He is a full fledged plumber so I trusted him and had him replace a leaking shut off valve in my front yard and also add new valve to my master bath.
He talked me out of a pricey install in my guest bathroom shower and recommended replacing the cartridge. He actually drove to three different places to find the cartridge for me and brought it by the next day to complete the installation.
I already recommended him to my parents to do some more work for us!

My sink clogged up on Thanksgiving! I couldn’t even wash the dishes aghhh! So i waited until Friday to get a plumber out and called a few that said they maybe could be out by 5 PM which was not acceptable; I was going to have company again that day too. So I looked around on Unilocal and found Reza’s listing and even though he had not had too many reviews, the ones he had were good, so I decided to give him a call. I would rather support small local businesses anyway. He answered the phone and promised to be to my house by 11 AM and he arrived promptly when he said he would. He had to work really hard to get this drain unclogged. It was not a simple operation it turned out, because the snake would get in about 15 feet and then stop; something was really stuck hard in there. But he kept at it, working a solid 2 hours, determined he was going to get it done for me and he finally got that pipe cleared out. Then he cleaned up beautifully, leaving no sign that he was even there except a clear drain! And even still his rate was reasonable and fair. AND he guaranteed his work for 90 days; if the kitchen drain backs up again within that time, he will come out and fix it for free. How can you beat that for great customer service? He was friendly, courteous and patient, explaining to me along the way what he was having to do and why. I would call him again in a heartbeat for any plumbing problem and recommend him to anyone who asks. In fact I am posting his contact information on our neighborhood message board as a recommendation.

Reza is a professional, competent, friendly plumber! Reasonable rates. Responsive. On time. I had some drain issues, on a Sunday-​ugh… but Reza answered his phone and arrived at my house within an hour, just as he said he would.
