The restoration the old Spanish house is finally over. Who knew it takes an army of talented individuals to restore the house to its original glory and put in all the modern amenities. Saving the antique roof tiles, restoring all the original mahogany doors and the hard wood floors, and matching it with the new areas was problematic and challenging. All of the contractors we spoke with found it impossible. Jorge was are Quiroz Forman. He had an amazing positive attitude and a great sense of humor. In the one year that it took to restore the house, I got to know all of these guys. I would sum it up this way: good decent individuals, great work ethics, and they don’t cut corners to just finish the job. At the end, you will end up with a magnificent house. I love my house! I got every thing that I wanted. I thank you Jorge for this house, and we are lucky to have met you.

Quiroz Construction recently remodeled a small bathroom for us. We are extremely pleased with the results. The bathroom was completed on time, the price was fair, the workers were reliable, and Jose was most attentive to any requests we had. I plan on using them again and highly recommend them to others.

Excellent quality for an excellent price! I highly recommend Quiroz Construction for residential remodeling. We hired them this year to remodel our garage and add a 4^th bedroom and bathroom, involving demolition and installation of new framework. They had just a large remodel on our neighbor’s house, and a few other remodels of different sizes in our neighborhood.
We met with Jose Quiroz, the owner for the initial consult. His brother, Adam was our crew chief and I was told another younger brother was part of the crew as well. The crew and all the subs (plumber, electrician, painter, hardware guy, etc) all seemed in good contact with Jose. During the first phase, the crew came reliably every day including Saturday at the same time and ended at the same time. They cleaned up daily and kept the site very tidy.
I was also happy with the quality of the finish work, especially the tile work for the shower, painting, and hardware installation. The rough frame also seemed well-​made. There were a few changes made after initial inspections, but nothing out of the ordinary.
Jose has an office person, Omar, who almost-​always answered the phone within 1 – 2 rings, and was our main contact person for questions. He also emailed us often and was a great asset to the team.
One thing to note — we did get delayed for 1 – 2 months waiting for bath tile that was back-​ordered. Once the crew stopped working, it was harder to get them back, but we eventually finished and signed off on the project well beyond our expectations.
Last, Jose’s bid for our project was the lowest of 3 that we obtained. With high recommendations and the lowest bid, it was a no-​brainer to hire them. We stayed completely on budget, there were no surprises from them. Our overages had to do with the cost of material we chose.
I would use Quiroz Construction again, and recommend them to eveyone!

I know Quiroz construction from two different angles, I am an architect who has collaborated with them on several jobs. I’m also a client. After watching them build a beautiful house for my neighbor from scratch in about 10 months, I started passing their name along. They’ve done an awesome job on every project I’ve seen them build including my own major remodel/​addition. They’re efficient, organized, professional and offer very competitive pricing. Jorge was our superintendent, and he was one of the best managers I’ve seen in all my years of practice! I would recommend them to any one who’s looking for a contractor.

We extended our house and Quiroz Constructions did a wonderful job. The finish is superb. Everyone who visited us liked the work done. I always recommend him to my friends. The whole team is very professional and are highly skilled at what they do.
