These folks are awesome! Everyone on this crew is outstanding, service is impeccable, performance is top-​notch. Very responsive. I had a fridge water line blow out while I was at work. Hours of flooding onto my hardwood floor and tile in an open space house. Kitchen, hallway, living area, dining and entertainment area — all under water. I called Allen and he sent a crew out right away. When they arrived, they just plunged into the cleanup/​dry-​out. The next several days consisted of various steps of dry-​out, then hardwood floor and tile removal. These guys worked hard to save my floor and even went into the crawlspace (scary!) to set things up for drying down there. But get this: This morning, after all the dry out was completed, I thought I could use my washing machine, which didn’t have the drain hose connected — *my* bad for not noticing. After the inevitable spill takes place (and I’m kicking myself real hard), I call Allen, and Sally comes out AGAIN to help me out. Like, immediately!
Long and short of it is, Allen, Sally, Jessie, Paul, Emil, and other folks all worked very hard. They are outstanding professionals. Recommend them most highly. Just like everyone else here!

They are beyond phenomenal! A pipe burst, 3 inches of water in the whole house over a long weekend is someone’s worst nightmare. Allan and his team and Jesse have made everything so smooth and easy for us! They came in, neatly wrapped up all our furniture, took it away to their storage unit, got to work immediately and even guided us through the process with our insurance and adjuster. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. I have a contractor recommended through them and I trust them blindly! I would recommend them onwards in a heartbeat. If anyone has gone through a home disaster like this, the anxiety and tears that follow are not new to them. We feel so so lucky to have found them!!!

This is the first time I’ve ever written a review for just the free estimate! The work hasn’t even started yet, but I felt compelled to rate Allen on his proficiency so far.
This water damage was the result of some guests, and came as a complete surprise to me. So not only did Allen come see me when I was still in shock, but I was also under the weather. I was a mess that day. But after a dose of his professionalism and quiet kindness, I actually felt calmer.
Allen assessed the situation and assured me that his motto is «Like it never even happened.» (Okay, okay, as a member of the grammar police, I know it should be «AS IF it never even happened.» But who cares? The sentiment behind it is awesome.)
Then afterwards, he even stayed to help me call my insurance company! Wow. What a relief not to have to do that myself. He says he loves his job because he simply loves helping people, and it shows.
The bottom line is what I thought would be a nightmare now seems survivable, thanks to Allen and ServPro.

Allen came in and talked us through each step of the process and had repairs underway as quickly as he could. He knows what he’s doing, and wastes no time in getting things done the right way, the first time around. If you know how huge a relief it can be to have true professionals taking care of things, Allen and ServPro of Palo Alto are the ones to call.

I cannot express how grateful I am. We had a flood from a broken fill valve on a toilet, and it literally rained from a 2^nd story bathroom to a 1^st story bedroom. I called ServePro after desperately texting a real estate lawyer friend, and they came within an hour. Allen managed the job site and he and his worker were AMAZING. They ripped out wet carpet, moved furniture, placed driers and dehumidifiers. On a Friday night! Very impressive service and expertise. Absolutely trust these guys in a water home emergency situation.

I manage an office in Mountain View and we badly needed our HVAC system cleaned out. I priced out a few companies and Servpro was not only more cost effective but the most reputable company I came across so I decided to go with them. I called to schedule an appointment and let them know that we needed this done ASAP and they were able to get me In that same week. This was a big job as we have a very large office with 4 separate HVAC units. 3 Servpro representatives, Allen Khoshabeh, Marianna Ablahad and one other gentleman who I didn’t get his name showed up right on time and got to it. This was on a Sunday (when no one wants to be working) they all showed up with a great attitude and smiles on their faces. They all were extremely professional and experts of their craft. Very knowledgeable about the task at hand. They kept me well informed of the status throughout the day and even sent me pictures of before and after. I highly recommend Allen, Mariana and their team at Servpro for HVAC cleaning or any other service that is offered!

I worked with Allen on multiple projects as a claims adjuster. He was always professional, on time, and placed the clients needs above all else. All of my interactions with different companies never matched up to what Servpro Palo Alto provided.

I used Servpro to help with clean up after flooding and mold in a property I manage — they were great, from providing an accurate estimate to making recommendations on how to move forward with the project to coordinating with tenants on my behalf to keeping me updated on progress on a daily basis. Allen provided all of the details I asked for and he definitely has customer service top of mind. I definitely would [will] call them in the future!

Allen and his team were fantastic. Got home Sunday night to find finished basement flooded. Called Servpro, Allen returned call immediately and was there within an hour with 4 colleagues. They were kind, reassuring, worked hard and fast. Allen walked me through the process — calling insurance, etc. Allen was always available to me. The contractor was so impressed with the job they did.

This review is late in coming, but I need to say these guys are amazing!
I manage a small salon, and the restaurant connected to us flooded and caused severe damage to our walls. Allen and his team arrived that same night, and worked ALL NIGHT LONG to ensure as much work was completed as possible, and done in the middle of the night so it did not interfere with our business.
When we arrived the next morning, the work area was sealed off neatly (for them to work continue that evening) and it was SPOTLESS. I can’t tell you what a wonderful surprise that was, considering they had to tear out a large portion of our wall. I was expecting dust and debris everywhere!
Allen was in continual contact with me, no matter what time of night, answering any questions I had, and updating me on the repair and cleanup. He was receptive, kind, and knowledgeable, and basically held my hand through the whole process!
I can’t express how grateful I am to Allen and his team for all their help, and I would recommend them in a second!

Allen and his Servpro team are fantastic. Allen came over in the middle of the night and had been working tirelessly to help fix our water damage issue. Our situation is very stressful as we have small kids and Allen and his team are working as fast as possible to get our place fixed. Allen is fast, smart, hard-​working and does a really great job keeping me updated.

I had a washing machine leak that caused my hardwood floors to distort and my drywall to discolor. I called my insurance, State Farm and they recommended to call SERVPRO. I searched SERVPRO and found the highest rated SERVPRO in my area. I scheduled an inspection and was happy that the PM and his crew were extremely knowledgeable and explained the process to me in detail. Unfortunately my floors had to be replaced and it became a bit of an ordeal. They did remove what was necessary and then dried the rest of the house. Luckily my insurance was great and the repairs were covered. After about 8 weeks my washing machine pipes were fixed, my drywall was fixed and my floors also were taken care of. I appreciated the help SERVPRO and service I received from this company and highly recommend them to anyone dealing with a similar situation.

Allen and his team have assisted many clients of mine over the last few years and every interaction we have had is exceptional! It’s so wonderful when I have someone who I know is going to help my clients in a professional and timely manner. These guys are the best at what they do… I had major water damage in my house and they came in right away with a plan to address the issue. Jessie was my project manager, absolutely wonderful and professional. He was there for me every step of the way, answered all of my calls no matter the time, could not have asked for a better manager to handle my situation. I highly recommend Jessie and his team. Thank you guys, could not have gotten through my terrible situation without you!

ServPro of Palo Alto is the BEST! We experienced major water damage in our home and within two hours of calling our insurance company, Allen and his team were at our house and beginning the clean up and assessing the damage. I’m not sure what we would have done without them!
Allen’s team came into our home in the following days to pack us up and our furniture and boxes into storage.
Allen continues to manage the project, working with the insurance adjuster, environmental company and contractor. He is quick to respond and he and his team treat us and our belonging like we are family to them!

We are very fortunate to have had Servpro assisting us in our home after a fire in an adjacent townhouse. Our home did not suffer any damage from the fire itself that devastated the home next door, but we soon realized that the smoke that had filled the entire interior had adversely affected our home and furnishings. There was a strong smell of smoke, soot everywhere, and evidence of water under our floors at the common wall.
The first damage mitigation company sent by our insurance did not respond to my phone call about the water on the common wall, so we were left with no one to turn to. The next few days were quite stressful and was spent talking to the insurance company, looking for a damage mitigation company and for a contractor to assess the damage.
We remembered seeing Servpro at the house next door after the fire, so we contacted them and that same day both Allen and Marianna came to our home.
We were impressed by their immediate response and saw they were knowledgeable professionals that had dealt with this type of situation before. They had a no nonsense approach and did a thorough top to bottom inspection for smoke damage and moisture using instruments on the walls, ceilings and floors. They spent quite a bit of time documenting everything, taking pictures, and explaining their findings. They outlined the necessary steps in cleaning the smoke damage that was present, removing the water under our floors to prevent mold, and the need to look behind the walls, the attic and other hidden areas to see what other damage was present.
We can’t emphasize how relieved we were that they stepped up for us when we were at a loss for what needed to be done.
They started the cleanup process right away, brought in air scrubbers and fans, arranged to meet with the insurance adjustor to explain their findings, and arranged for an abatement company to come test for asbestos and other materials which was necessary to determine who removed the materials on the walls and ceilings for inspection purposes and repairs.
Once we picked a contractor, Allen from Servpro then met with both the insurance adjustor and contractor to walk the property and advised what needed to be done from their findings. This coordination between Servpro, the insurance company and contractor is so important if repairs are to be done correctly. Servpro are experts in assessing damage and their input is vital for validating repairs to be performed, as I have found that the opinion of the contractor does not carry as much weight without the expert opinion rendered by Servpro.
Servpro assisted us with the initial evaluation of damage, the cleanup following the fire, moving furniture from one room to another as abatement crews came in, the pack out of our home and storage of those contents, the post-​construction clean up and inspection, HVAC cleaning and then our move back in. Many of our pieces of furniture were smoke damaged and despite their attempts at cleaning, we unfortunately lost some pieces. Servpro assisted us in documenting the pieces that were damaged and communicated with the insurance company directly. This was much appreciated as we had no idea how to go about that process.
Working with Allen and Marianna has been extremely comforting. Personal thanks to Allen as his sensitivity to our predicament was welcome and appreciated. Allen was always available to us for the many questions we had during the past 8 months.

Allen K. came over to help me today (Labor Day). The water supply line for the toilet on the first floor sprung a major leak and within 30 minutes had flooded half of the first floor of the house. He talked to my landlord as well as her insurance agent (whom he actually knew from other engagements). He is helping us get the flooring and the kitchen island replaced, as well as the affected insulation from inside the walls. He worked with the landlord to ensure that we were able to get hotel rooms as we cannot stay in the house due to the cleanup work; the landlord agreed to cover the hotel expenses.
I tried to tip him when he left, but he wouldn’t accept it. He has been super helpful, courteous and professional!
