BSB did an amazing job on our Shave Ice shop in Willow Glen. They took it from concept to reality in time and on budget. Project manager Kevin was on top of all subs and ensured the timing was organized as to not waste time. Definitely recommend BSB for any commercial project. I’ll follow up soon since I’ve. Hired them for my home remodel. Great job!

We recently bought a remodeled home done by Brooke Shaw Builders in Willow Glen. We fell in love with the very modern feel and the high end finishes. Even though we were downsizing from our previous home in MT View we wanted to add about 350 additional square feet. Since we were delighted with the original redo it was a no brainer to hire Brooke for the work. Even though we had a few delays, we are absolutely satisfied with the end result. We can’t sing enough praises about Martin the project manager who was here day in and day out and who really made this project come together. We would love another opportunity to work Brooke in the future.

I just recently purchased a home in Willow Glen that this builder Brooke Shaw did a «flip» on seven years ago. You know the saying; A builder is only as good as his subs that he hires. My moulding guy pointed out the numerous interior doors that were misaligned and not properly installed. So, we are having to replace all the jambs and consequently the doors.$$ Then there is the Bamboo flooring which is separating in areas and not really level. Until I started consulting with Hardwood specialist — did they point out that the floor was not installed well and it should not be doing this. The tile work in the home is also amateurish. — I saw that myself immediately. This home was once a bungalow and he added square footage. He put it together as cheaply as he could because the market at the time was tanking. But still — have some pride dude. The subfloor at the front of the home had to be redone by the sellers (right after they purchased the home) because Brooke Shaw neglected to do the job right. Just thought I’d share my two cents. There are a lot flipping of homes going on out there and people paying top dollar. They are being taken advantage of because of the shoddy workmanship discovered after a home purchased.

If the were a chance to give negative stars, this Contractor and his sub contractors would receive 10 negative stars. This company was doing a remodel on Santa Rita Ave. for the past 16 months (a remodel, not a full new home). This contractor and sub contractor continued to throw there trash over the fence to our property, drove and parked over our front landscaping, and started work, before the set City of Los Altos quide lines for construction work. ie 6 am on the weekends numerous times. I called numerous times to the the builder about these problems, broken fence boards, damaged landscaping, even called the owner of the property. The owner is extremely rude. No one wanted to take responsibility for the damage, until I physically went over and talked with a few of the sub contractors. Still at this time no one has claimed responsibility for the damage to our front yard landscaping, and basically no one will. My family has lived in this home since 1959, and have had many remodels and construction work done. Our crews were always respectful to our neighbors, and our neighborhood. To bad Brooke Shaw and his subcontractor’s didn’t have the same consideration To also add we have had 4 homes on our street in the last 3 yrs, with different buliders, each of the other builders were very respectful to our community.
