Had a broken AC, Zlatko came over and explained the available options in detail. l decided to go with his recommendation. He came over today and got everything fixed and installed — will continue to monitor how the systems works in coming weeks. But till this moment, we are happy with his job, he provides many professional tips in taking care of AC system. I’m recommending him to a friend of mine that is having AC issue.

Last week my furnace started having hiccups. Zlatko came by on a short notice and proceeded to diagnose the problem diligently and accurately, explaining what he was doing and why. He identified the faulty part gave us a quote for replacement. Eventually we decided to replace the whole furnace, as it was more than 20 years old and likely to have more issues in the near future.
Zlatko came back just 2 days later and started to work in the morning. By lunchtime the new furnace was on, the old one was gone, garage was clean and house warm. He also kindly installed a thermostat we bought without extra charge.
Overall we are very satisfied with the quality of the job and the attention that Zlatko has given to our needs. We will see him again in couple of months for some AC work.

Supreme customer service, fast installation, and reliable service. We had bought a house and had a ton of renovations done. When we moved in, we were not ready for how hot the house got. Called Old Bridge and they were able to squeeze me in and come out to quote me right away. The walk through and installation was even faster and now I am happy to report, we are one very happy and comfortable family thanks to Old Bridge! Highly recommend! Had Zlatko come out and give me a quote.
He quoted me for an attic fan but then I realized I needed some additional stuff done such as adding a vent and redoing some insulation. He came over a second time to analyze the situation and gave me a new quote without hesitation.
He was able to complete the job in just two days. The price was average but the work he did was very clean and looks like he did a great job!
Will defiantly recommend him for HVAC work especially reducting or zoning.

We had a 11:00am appointment on Saturday. I drove 20 miles to make sure I was there so he can provide me with a quote. Unfortunately, he never showed up and never call me to reschedule. Bad business practice. At least call me and let me know that you’re not going to show up. Wasted my time!!! I hate leaving bad reviews but I tried calling you 4 times and you wouldn’t even pick up.

My AC tripped the circuit breaker on the hottest day of the year and wouldn’t reset. While every other place I called either didn’t answer or said they were too busy, Old Bridge was able to come to my house within a couple hours of my calling the next morning. The technician diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced a blown capacitor. While he was waiting for the AC to run for a few minutes to verify everything was working, he voluntarily checked my furnace for air leaks and taped up the ones he found. He also made other suggestions to improve my AC performance without selling me additional services. Honest and professional. Five stars.

This review is almost a year old (sorry for the belated post), but I wanted to give a great review to Old Bridge Heating and Cooling. While I was entering my third trimester of pregnancy (at the start of summer 2014), my husband wanted to invest in central AC in our home. He had messaged several other businesses, including Old Bridge, and only heard back from Old Bridge Heating and Cooling. They made themselves available for a consultation and eventually we signed up. They installed the proper filter, AC, and made changes to our heating/​cooling system to even dampen the sound of our fan. The job was done efficiently and professionally. I even got a sample of a delicious banana pudding from them, as a generous gift to us during my pregnancy. Old Bridge Heating and Cooling also made themselves available for the home inspection a few months later (done as a result of installing AC in our home). They are great guys and I highly recommend them!

Old Bridge took care of my AC last year and last week. When my AC was not pushing out cold air I immediatly contacted my landlord. It was very nice to receive a prompt return call from the owner of Old Bridge to schedule an appt. The owner of Old Bridge came to our appt. on time and examined my AC unit. He remembered the services he performed last year and provided his recommendation. Although I am not the deciding factor, I was very happy to be informed. Upon approval, we scheduled the date and time for him to complete the work and three days in I’m here and raving about it in my nice COOL home.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Excellent. The owner was very nice, polite and professional. Communication was always prompt and detailed. As a customer, I appreciate the attention I receive from a business and they did not fail in this department.
SERVICES: Excellent. I was informed of the options that were available to my landlord, and either way is a win for me. The bigger win was received and the work completed was done in a day.
I would definitely recommend Old Bridge for any of your heating or cooling needs. I also support family owned businesses.

I needed to replace my old furnace. So I looked around and found Old Bridge Heating and Cooling. They gave me a quote and I just felt that this was the company to go with. The removal and installation were smooth, clean and very professional. My wife and I were and still are very happy with what they did. She especially liked the air conditioning on the hot days. If I were to do it again, I would make the same call. They are very professional and very easy to deal with.

i was having a problem with my water temp for my shower. The water kept losing its heat after about 5 minutes of having the shower running. I called a few people i found on the internet and all seemed outrageously priced then a friend of mine referred to these guys, boy was i happy that happen. From the moment i called them i felt like i was talking to a professional company that wasnt only concerned about taking me for every dollar i have. The owner of the company is actually who i was speaking with, he was able to advice me that i would most likely need to replace my water heater and he was able to give me a ballpark figure of what the cost would. he also advised me if there would be any other issues there might be an additional cost to that which seemed perfectly reasonable. The professionalism that i experienced over the phone was no different when i was actually dealing with them in person. He came in performed the repairs in a very clean and timely manner and were on there way. Great service and great pricing, i would def recommend them to anyone that needs anything done for there heating or cooling.

I would give this company 10 stars if possible! A friend told me about the company and after researching and reading many positive reviews I called them. I needed a new furnace and my experience with this company was positive from beginning to end. The gentleman in charge was named Zlatko. He was one of the most professional workman I have ever encountered. He was knowledgeable, polite, respectful and it was an overall great experience. I’m a neat freak and they left my home just as clean as they found it.
During the installation they discovered a problem with the part that connects the furnace to the ducts, I can’t remember the name. It had to be replaced and it required alot of extra work and made it a very long day!!! They never once complained and let me know exactly what they were doing and showed me the part being replaced. When I saw the replaced part I was shocked!!! it looked like it had been hit by a machine gun… lots of holes… where the warm air could have escaped.
I have recommended them to all of my friends, I know if you use them you will not be disappointed.

Since my wife and I have moved into our new home in San Jose over a year ago, Old Bridge Heating And Cooling has been our go to company for all of their services. The owner of the company was the one that actually came to the house to design the A/​C system. He was sure to make sure that any savings that could be had or any regulations the city had were met. His son was actually the customer service rep that put everything together… you really can’t beat a family run and locally owned company that is actually both of those things. When the crew was working on the construction I was amazed at how clean they left the house each day. Since then I have had a few followups and have never had to wait more than 24 hours for service.
