Called this place because of all the positive Unilocal reviews. Was not disappointed. Call returned promptly. Tech came on time and did the work (a thermostat installation) quickly and at the quoted price. Also helped explain how to use some of the features. Definitely recommend this company!

Wow, these guys are good. I called looking for a ducting part needed for a new home that my builder couldn’t seem to provide. A&H seems to be more of a service business than a supplier. However, Dale recognized this as a simple task and built the piece for me.

Our home required a routine furnace inspection as it was over 5 years since our last inspection. A & H Heating scheduled us for the following day and Reinhard arrived exactly at the start of the appointment period. His inspection was effecient, thorough and professional! He gave us some good advice for improving the heating effeciency and we will use this company in the future. Thanks!!!

A&H is great! We have had them here all week installing an entire heating and cooling system (our home’s first ever!)in our little 1948 home.
Neil, Lyndell & Danny are so polite and are going the extra mile to make sure that this job is done with precision and care. I have complete faith that their craftsmanship will last us for decades to come. I feel like I fully understand everything and have been educated on how things operate. Some contractors treat me like the dumb little lady– not this crew! They’ve been diligent about making sure I’m comfortable with the placement of everything, too.

Everything about our experience replacing our furnace and AC with A&H was great. The initial estimate came in within our budget and they seemed very knowledgable about what needed to be done, but we got a couple of other estimates just in case. A&H was still the lowest, and they even included all of the permit processing. They even came out to help fix a problem with the furnace caused by one of the other estimators. On the day of the job, two guys came out and quickly discovered the job was more complicated than they expected from the estimation. They figured out solutions to everything, though, and still finished up the same day, with the lead staying late to make sure everything was just right. And they still only charged the price from the estimate! I just got done with the inspection and the inspector said this was the first time he had seen all the intakes sealed properly just like they want them to be done, and that overall it was a great job. We will definitely recommend A&H to our friends. We wish we could hire them for other kinds of jobs!

Reinhardt was courteous, competent, and got us back up and running in no time. As I sit here with my once freezing toes nice and toasty warm again, he is my new hero! :-)

There was some burning smell coming out of the vent in my room and I think there maybe some problem for my furnace. The first company I called sent a staff and told me my control board for furnace needs to change for $ 400, blower needs to clean for another $ 200, and even told me to replace my furnace for a new one for $ 4400… Luckily I called A&H to come and take a look! The technician came (sorry I forgot his name), checked my furnace, as well as the things that the previous company mentioned needs to change, and said my furnace is working fine! Only thing I need to change is the filter that I never know I need to change:-) he also pointed out that I turned off too many vents and the heating system will overheat itself. And that’s probably the reason that bring the normal burning smell from the furnace to my room. He only charged me the troubleshooting fee $ 80! And my room hasn’t smell anything weird after that!
A&H has really honest, professional, and reasonable price service and personnel, I highly recommend their service even though you sometimes need to wait and call them consistently to get the appointment. It really worth the wait to get the quality service!

Reinhart went all the way to fix my 55-​year old wall furnace. It is working as good as new now. Highly recommended.

We played phone tag initially, mostly because I am hard to reach during the day. We made the appointment a week and a half ago and they gave me a window for today between 9−11am and they arrived at 8:45am. I like that. I didn’t have to wait at all. The gentleman came in and got right to work. He fixed the problem with my gas heater in 20 minutes, if that. The price was reasonable. He quoted one price, but because I paid in cash, lessened the amount. I still have him the original quote.
I had another repair person from another company come out a year ago because my heater had the same problem and his estimate was too high and included changing parts. Come to find out no parts needed to be replaced at all. Some wires were not connected.
Bottom line, A&H is professional, on time, and reasonable. I recommend them.

These guys are great. We asked them to come out and move our air conditioner unit. They showed up on time, completed the work with minimum fuss, and charged what they quoted. They also took the time to measure the temperature out of each vent to make sure the system was running correctly.

With global warming and everything it was time to get an AC unit at the house. Based on good Unilocal reviews I decided to contact A&H. Reinhard came over to our home and did a brief inspection and gave me a quote. Very easy to work with and responsive.
After deciding to go with A&H, Neil and Dan came over to do the install. They were on time, kept the home clean and did a great job. We have a baby in the house and they were very respectful about that; not doing things that make loud sounds when my daughter was sleeping. Everything was done according to code and Neil would answer any questions I have about the install.
After the install, they arranged for the city to come do the inspection and it passed with no issues.
Now, I have a nice 17 seer unit running in the house and it saved us many trips to the mall during those hot summer nights. Thank you A&H (Reinhard, Neil, Dan)! Highly recommended!

We decided to replace our furnace and A/​C and interviewed few local contractors, HD and Costco.
Before Rein came to my place for an estimate, I had done the research and understood certain aspects from the previous interviews. Rein is very knowledgeable and made good suggestions about our options. He is punctual and provided a very competitive quote.
Once we decided to move forward, Jerry and his crew (Dany, Shane) arrived and did an awesome work. Work was finished in 2 days as promised and they provided me an upgraded version of furnace at no additional cost (the one I selected was not available).
The entire crew was easy to work with, knowledgeable, professional and pleasant.
I had a problem with Master bedroom cooling after installation and I emailed Rein. Next day morning Jerry came and fixed to my satisfaction. We were impressed and happily give a small HVAC work to A&H in our second home (which they finished quickly).

I wish I could give A&H more stars! I bought a new house two months ago and my A/​C suddenly stopped cooling last Friday evening. I called A&H on Monday and they got me an appointment on Thursday, just ahead of a 95+ degree weekend forecast. I was worried that the A/​C unit was too old and might need replacing — the last thing you need after just dropping a bunch of money on a new house. Reinhard showed up 30 mins before his 2-​hour window and went right to work. He figured out by sound that the compressor wasn’t on, opened up the unit, and diagnosed the problem visually (to previous shoddy repair work) in less than a minute. A few minutes later a bad capacitor was replaced and my vents were blowing out 58 degrees of heaven, upstairs. I wrote a small check and Reinhard was on his way. He didn’t even hit me up for a Unilocal review; I thought everyone did that these days.
One of the reasons I was drawn to the A&H Unilocal reviews over others was that other places seemed to do a lot more full installs vs. just repairs. If you really need a new unit, then you need it, but if it can be fixed for ¹⁄₅₀^th of the cost? I’d trust A&H to tell me the difference.

Tried 4 times over 2 weeks during regular business hours (and left messages) to get a hold of someone and get an estimate for routine cleaning /​maintenance for HVAC unit on my house. No response.
My advice? Get an answering service.

After leaving 3 messages during a 2 weeks spread without getting any call back, I would say this is a company lack of customer services. I would not trust my business to this company at all.

Not only are the quotes from Dale reasonable, but the service is superb. Dale is very responsive and punctual, and his crew is very detailed and through. They installed a new A/​C and furnace for us in a span of two days, making sure to keep everything clean along the way. Dale gave us several recommendations but never tried to upsale us service that was unnecessary. We also asked them to clean the ducts for an additional fee, but they inspected and told us that is not needed. Highly recommend them!

I called A&H after our furnace stopped working a couple of nights ago. The lady I spoke with on the phone was nice and efficient and we quickly settled on an appointment time of 12:00 — 2:00PM today.
Reinhart arrived right at noon! It is hard to ask for anything better than somone showing up right at the start of the appointment window. I showed him to the furnace and within 5 seconds (maybe 10 at the outside) he saw the problem — a broken igniter. He had the part on his truck so the furnace was up and running within a few minutes!
I also asked for an airconditioner quote. Our unit has not been doing a good job cooling the house and has been making a horrible noise, so I thought it might be time for a new one. He looked at the unit and let me know that it should have more than enough capacity for this house, and that it likely just needs a «tune up» (freon recharge, etc.) versus a new $ 2500-​$ 3000 unit! He quickly found the noise was due to a falty contactor (imagine a doorbell buzzer but much louder!). All in all his professionalism and knowledge will lead to a few hundred dollar repair versus thousands of dollars in replacement!
Reinhart could have easily sold me on a new unit, but instead he earned my future business and ongoing recommendation!

Called A&H after having struggled with my malfunctioning furnace for a winter or two. Wasn’t able to reach anyone on the phone, but left a message which was returned promptly. Set up an appointment to have a technician come to diagnose and fix the issue.
Reinhardt (hopefully I spelled that correctly) came by at the scheduled time and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. He attributed the issue to a faulty pilot within a few minutes. Unfortunately, he did not have the part in stock due to the season and the antiquity of my furnace, but would order it and come back at a later time to install. The installation was quick and the price very competitive. My furnace has now been working perfectly for a few weeks and I would definitely recommend Reinhardt & Co. to any of my family and friends. Thank you!
