Master Cobbler

Just referred a coworker to get his shoes resoled and it reminded me to leave a 5 star review for this place. The nice lady who works there, apologies for not knowing her name, is fantastic. I have resoled, polished, reheeled, etc about 10 pairs of shoes for me and my gf. Always pick them up good as new no matter how messed up I hand them off to her.

What a horrible Job I brought my LV bag to get clean and all they did was wiped it down with leather cleaner, sure it made shine a little but that was it. No difference at all!!! They couldn’t even wipe it in the inside!!! For $ 43.00 Not worth it at all.

I love and I support small businesses, and I know how hard you working, this was my favorite shop, where I left $$$, …repaired many of my handbags and shoes,
But in the last few months you guys become so greedy, that small little things you ask too much, for example for repair (not replace) Feder on my wallet $ 35, at home I did it merged by myself ‚
to set up only a small broken clip on handbag $ 40 ‚
I ordered online 25pieces for $ 9.00
for two small screws you ask $ 25,
online 10pieces $ 3.00. .
for cleaning bags $ 55
repair short boots just a few stiches
$ 45,
Belt replacement on one sandal $ 25 … itc …
.I really can not tolerate any more … really, no point for such cheap parts and a little invested time to fix or charged, so … .I had checked 3 more places, and they are much cheaper than you … if you want to keep your customers you need to change some things…
P. S. If you have someone come to your shop with a good expensive handbag or pair of shoes, it should not mean you have to try to rip it off, because it has money… people with many are not stupid, as you think …

The service was excellent and you could tell that the cobbler genuinely cared about you rather than just making money. I asked to clean a pair of suede heels and get new tips and he advised that tips weren’t necessary yet, I had much more wear left in them. I received my shoes in like new condition and they certainly exceeded my expectations. Kudos!

This place has wonderful customer service! For a quick shoe shine, it costs $ 8 with credit card payment and $ 7 without. But the best part really is that you can simply walk in and wait for a shoe shine, that would be done in less than 15 minutes. The front desk lady is also very friendly. This place offers great service for a good price. Nothing else to ask for; Come give it a try!

Had another local cobbler work on some shoes and essentially took all the life out of them. The guys here really brought everything that was great about my shoes back to life. Great work, prices and turnaround time.

Easy to get to as it’s on a main road. Only one parking spot out front, but plenty more in the back.
I came into get my designer shoes fixed per a retail store referral. Once I walked in, I was quickly greeted by a friendly staff. I only needed one shoe fixed; I stepped in a hole where it scuffed and pulled back the patent leather on the heel. They offered to fix it while I waited so that was great.
Less than 10 minutes later, it was fixed as best as they could. It wasn’t exactly up to my expectations though since you can now see an area of missing leather. I don’t recall any of the material being lost, but now it was noticeable. I do appreciate that they took care of it quickly avoiding having to come back for pickup.

And the little Mexican lady at the counter was so sweet helpful and funny the owner is the nicest guy love this place will be back for sure

I took my girlfriends Colin Stuart heels in for new tips and repair. Let’s just say that they were in very much need of TLC! When I got them back, I couldn’t believe that they were the same shoes. It was very much worth what I paid and I will definitely be returning again! Thank you Master Cobbler!

This place is awesome! Everyone was pleasant and personable and the shop was very clean. I recently came in with a pair of black timberland boots and they cleaned them on the spot for me, very courteous of them as they had several other jobs to take on. The boots looked amazing when they were finished… so clean with a deep black tone and completely weather proofed as well.
This will be my go-​to in the future. Great stuff.

do you know what is amazing?
finding a specialty shoe repair shop that is affordable, punctual, doesn’t lose things, and gets the job done with precision.
the extra bonus would be ample parking, but this place lacks that aspect. however, dealing with the parking situation is worth it (go to the Starbucks lot and try to blend in…).

Brought in my very expensive leather bag that had a small portion of it stripped of its finish due to some type of spill — possibly from a bleach product. It took them about ten business days to mix the color and repaint it, but in the end my bag was back to being perfect! I was so relieved and definitely recommend their services. They are indeed MASTERS! :)

Took two pairs of red bottoms here for new soles and they’re awesome! The new soles has a nice grip on it to help from slipping! Definitely taking all my red bottoms here. $ 38 a pair; not bad to protect the babies you paid so much for!

Brought my mud covered suede Madden heels and picked it up looking brand new! It only costed me 25 for a shampoo and weather guard.
They only have 2 parking spaces in the front but it was just a quick drop off for me so I didn’t think it was a big trouble.
I would definitely come back if I need any of my shoes cleaned or fixed up!

anger management issues, borderline criminal. I wish I could still love this place — used to be my go-​to spot for shoe repair. But then they screamed at my wife, refused to fix a mistake they made because they didn’t listen to what she wanted, charged her anyway, and yelled her out of the store (several hundred dollar purse ruined in the process). Now we both get upset just driving by.
Up to you — take a chance that that things will go well and you may receive good service — provided the employee in question has taken his meds and is not feeling huge amount of pent-​up frustration that he’s spending his life fixing shoes (or whatever his issue is), but if you time it wrong or happen to have any qualms with the job they do, be warned… there’s a surprising and scary amount of anger lying dormant in that place…

I’ve been going here for years and I’ve had them do different things. I’ve had them replace a grommet on my Marc Jacobs collection handbag. They were able to find something that perfectly matched the other grommets on the bag. One of my favorite boots had some black marks on it. They recolored them and did an exceptional job. One of the reasons why its my favorite boots is because of the color — they were able to find an extremely close match to the original color. I took my Louboutins here to have them put a Vibram Sole and stretch the shoes a little. They did an outstanding job.
They are amazing and very trustworthy. I’ve recommended Master Cobbler to friends and family. I’m EXTREMELY picky about where I get work done on my designer items (I work hard for everything I have — I deserve to be picky!) I will never go to another cobbler. I recently moved to TX but if I have any needs, I’ll definitely bring them here when I visit.

I was so floored by the quote of $ 82 at Master Cobbler to resole a pair of business casual split toe lace shoes that I took a similar pair of shoes to a competing cobbler the next day. At the competing place they quoted me even more ($ 95)!!! At my old cobbler in San Diego, this cost maybe $ 50 or $ 60. I didn’t pay it at either place for either pair of shoes. I settled on a cleanup, shine and glue job for $ 20. Master Cobbler told me to pay at pickup whereas the other place demanded payment at dropoff. My biggest frustration with both was the lack of posted pricing — pricing seemed random, spontaneously derived and completely arbitrary. I’ll make the same comment in my review of the other place too. Parking was also annoying with only 1 regular stall and 1 handicapped stall. No issue with the workmanship — the glue and shine came out fine.

This place was great! The service was great, they didn’t know if their silver touch up would match my shoe exactly but rather than assume I would be ok with it, they asked. I wasn’t sure if the entire needed replacing and when I asked the guy explained why it was ok and didn’t need that. They asked when I needed them by, they we able to accommodate my needs and in fact I was running errands and called to see if they were ready early, they were!
Two things that dropped this to a three — maybe they could have proactively called to let me know my shoes were ready and also — I wore them once, for a holiday party that was inside and one of the heel tips fell off during the night, my repair didn’t even make it through one 4 hour party :-(

When I was planning my weddings, the one thing i wanted was my shoes to match my bridesmaid dresses. I had the shoes I wanted, but no one would die them (they were Toms wedges, canvas).
I found Master Cobbler on Unilocal and their reviews were wonderful so I figured I’d give them a go at it. When I first arrived, they said that they were unable to dies them because of the fabric type. I was heart broken. I was talking with the lady behind the counter (sadly I don’t know her name) about where she thought I would be able to get them dyed — I was talking about how they were for my wedding and only wanted them to match the bridesmaid dresses. just then, the painter came out of the back and took a look at them and the swatch that I brought. He said that he could TRY but couldn’t make any guarantees that they were would turn out ok, or wouldn’t bleed on my dress. I was desperate! I said what ever you have to do, do it!
I set my self up for the worst; convincing myself that it wasn’t going to work; started looking for new shoes; mended my broken heart, But then I got a call that they were working on them still and needed a few more days but that things were looking good. I decided not to get my hopes up just in case.
When I arrived to pick up the shoes, I nearly peed my pants! they matched the swatch PERFECTLY!!! A huge relief was lifted off of my shoulders.

Awesome service, I couldn’t be more happy!
I brought in my Michael Kors tote here on a Tuesday afternoon. It was missing a button/​foot. The woman working at the counter said it would be done on Saturday. I came back and my purse looked good as new. I was very satisfied with everything, the button looked exactly the same as all the other ones and it was done on time. This place rocks, thank you Master Cobbler!
