super fast and friendly service. called at 7:54am and my couch was picked up less than an hour later.

Great service and quick! I gave M&S Hauling service a text and Christian replied quickly as well as came over to give an estimate. His prices are fair especially for the amount of trash/​junk we had in our backyard. My family and I looked around before agreeing on any service and everywhere was just too pricey just to haul away junk. The other places were also misleading because once the we got estimates from other places it seems like they kept adding on to the prices for specific items (examples: tires, mattresses, bed boards, and frames).
All in all I would highly recommend M&S Hauling. Christian is reliable and quick.

Christian is the man! Found him on here, thanks to the other fabulous Unilocal reviews. Already had him come out twice for hauling. He responds quick and charges a reasonable rate. He will be my go-​to guy from now on.

Christians prices were the fairest in town. I had a lot of trash the previous tenant left over and he came in and hauled it all. Great price, finished earlier than he promised, and great service. I will definitely use him again.

Christian is amazing. Did what seemed impossible to me. He helped me with moving some very large, unwieldly pieces of furniture. Not only did he accomplish it expertly and with minimal fuss, he is an extremely great human being that I felt great working with. He is honest and has integrity, qualities which can be difficult to find. I recommend him highly!!!

I just recently worked with Christian to remove empty furniture boxes and old clothes and bed sheets. Christian is very friendly and responds quickly. He charges a reasonable price. I called him Monday and he was able to get the work done Tuesday and even come back to follow through the following day because I had more stuff than the picture I sent him. I texted him the photo of the boxes I needed to dispose and he texted me back with the price.

As the end of the month goes, it was time to move out of my living situation. I searched Unilocal for hauling in San Jose and found M and S. I needed to get rid of a queen size bed on the 30^th or pay $ 30 per day. M and S accommodated me with a great price and fast action. I highly recommend M and S Hauling.

My mother-​in-​law passed away recently, and my wife and I had to clean out her house (no fun). She had lived there since the 1960’s so you can imagine how much stuff we had to deal with. After a straight week of picking through decades of her belongings to save the important & sentimental stuff, we were left with a huge pile of junk, including carpet, old bicycles, a worn out wing-​back chair, a king-​size mattress & platform frame set, a huge wooden desk, and lots of junk from the garage. This bulky pile sat in the driveway for a few days while I pondered what to do with it.
I called 1−800-Got-Junk to see if they could take it and when they arrived, they flashed a price sheet at me and told me it would be almost $ 500 to take it away! I told them no thank you and they left.
I remembered that Christian had helped us move some of our items out of the house and into storage the week prior, and he offered to help with the junk. After he saw the amount of stuff we had, he estimated it would be less than half what the other guys wanted to charge me, so I immediately said yes.
Christian showed up on time (actually a little early) with his tricked out Dodge pickup modified to hold lots of junk, and had his son with him to help. They immediately tackled the huge pile of stuff in the driveway, systematically breaking things down to make them smaller so it would all fit in the truck. He flattened the wingback chair in minutes, to my amazement. Then I showed him the desk and bed, which I thought would be difficult to get out of the house. With a smile, he took an axe and broke both the desk and wooden bed platform into pieces. After destroying the items, they cleaned up after themselves by sweeping the floor to remove all the dust and wood chips.
Lastly, he capped off the pile of stuff in the truck with the king mattress, strapped it all down and they were done. I was totally impressed with their speed and efficiency of getting all that stuff into his truck. And the price was definitely right — less than half of what the «other guys» charge!
In addition, Christian was very responsive to phone calls and text messages. There’s nothing worse than not being able to get a hold of a service provider. Not with him — he communicated with me in a timely manner the whole time.
I will certainly hire Christian again when I need junk removal services!
