Recently, a client called Chuck and said that 6 agents had indicated their property should be sold for «land value.» They all agreed his maximum return would be $ 3.3 million. They suggested a listing at $ 3 million and no improvements prior to sale. After Chuck’s team previewed the property and recommended modest improvements to widen the audience and interest level, the owner decided to commit a small sum to update and improve the property. The result was 11 competitive offers to buy. The owner was ecstatic! The home sold for $ 700,000 more than the highest estimate given by the other agents. This was the result of Chuck’s careful thought and strategic planning.

For many years, Chuck has invested in real estate. A 25-​year real estate veteran, Chuck has owned and operated Stanford Property & Finance, a full service real estate brokerage, since 1986. He is «a true professional» who provides superior service by always putting his clients first. Chuck does more than merely market and list your home; he will help you properly distinguish it as something special in the marketplace by developing a unique marketing and sales plan tailored specifically for you.

Additionally, because he is an Accredited Wealth Management Advisor, he will share with you strategic ways to minimize taxes and keep more of what you deserve. With an extensive estate and probate real estate practice, for over 25 years he has helped numerous trustees and executors make sense of the often difficult and time-​consuming process of selling property for the heirs of an estate. Perhaps because of his background as a university lecturer, he strives to make everything he does clear, simple, and easy for his clients.
