Teaching and Performing the Polynesian Culture. (hawaiian and tahitian)

We teach Hula, Tahitian Dancing for Little Kids (girls /​Boys) teens, Young Adults, Youth, Moms, dad and Grandparents. Dance levels are for basic beginners, to Performance Levels.

We have live Drumming, with drumming lessons and a live talented band.

We perform for birthdays, wedding, retirement parties, small and large company parties, School events, Churches, Care homes and anywhere you would like your guest to have great entertainment.

History

Established in 1999.

The halau was formerly known as Hula Halau Malie Me Ke Aloha. Since then the halau has grown in so many ways. We started out with only female dancers 5 years old to teen and only performing with CDs. Today we have a wide age range of dancers from two years old to dancing grandmothers. Aside from that, we have added male dancers and live band/​drummers.

The halau has been featured at NBC11 Living Well Expo, Raging Waters, TeleMundo, Bay Area Vista, NBC11 Wine Country and Disneyland. The halau has continued serving the Bay Area and specifically the Evergreen area of San Jose with performances for schools, private parties, corporate events, and communities.
