Furnished my house here. Very reasonable prices on the furniture. The selection is vast. Sam did a custom cabinet for me for a _​very_​good price.
Sam also installed tiles in the kitchen and the floors in the house. The crew that did the flooring/​tiles were very prompt, courteous and professional. Their work was really good.
Overall, I am very pleased with them

This store is located off Quimby Rd, opposite of Eastridge Mall. Parking is available on the side. Went in today looking for home theater recliner x 3. They did have two seaters on display but no three seaters with cup-​holders. They leave you free to wander but are on hand to offer information and advice.
The ladies are friendly and will offer you many catalogs to look through. They have lots of catalogs (Coaster, Ashley, etc) which you can browse through.
Its a little hit and miss on the catalogs as you have to know exactly what you are looking for, dimensions, type of leather, etc. But if you do, this store does offer some attractive pricing if you haggle with them. The ladies mentioned that the sofas come in about a week and they would include free delivery within San Jose, if not too far from their store.
I may return for Ashley Furniture Matinée DuraBlend Eclipse Power Recliner Sku:8 740 106, best price I found on web is $ 1,400 delivered, I will measure my room first and then check to see if they will price match, deliver and haul away the old sofa.
They also sell beds, laminate flooring and carpet amongst furniture. 4 stars based on pricing on named brands.

We have had quite a bit of work done and purchased several pieces of furniture from Sam’s Carpet and Furniture.
A crew installed tile in our kitchen and two custom-​made cabinets. Another crew installed hardwood floors for us. Both crews were professional, friendly, and efficient. The work they produced was wonderful. The Mohawk hardwood floors are gorgeous.
We also purchased several pieces of furniture from Sam’s which were delivered and moved in very carefully. There was no delivery charge.
The family-​owned aspect of this business was a big draw for us and customer service was stellar. The owners are so knowledgeable and won’t try to sell you something you don’t need. Their pricing is very fair.
We will definitely visit Sam’s again for any of our furnishing or home improvement needs.

Definitely a hole in the wall furniture store across from Eastridge mall. We needed a new TV stand and a dinette set and decided to check this out on our way to dinner. Showroom is nothing to brag about, but like most Asian owned furniture stores, they have an abundance of catalogs you can look through.
Our decision to purchase from this place was mainly because of the customer service. It seems to be family owned. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted. We were left alone to browse and when we were ready to be assisted, they were very helpful and not at all pushy.
Within minutes, they were showing us different catalogs, etc. When my little son became restless, one of the ladies decided to take him for a walk around the store so we can focus on looking through the catalogs. It was a good hour before we decided on what we wanted, and even though we didn’t spend a lot of money, they still treated us like we bought the whole store.
Definitely limited selection in-​house, but abundant choice from catalogs if you have the patience. Furniture takes about 3 days to come in, and they deliver (they didn’t charge us). Prices are very good, and quality varies depending on the price. I am planning to go back to check out area rugs and a few more side tables… this time without my hungry kids!
