Awesome staff. Dr. is very friendly. My son needs an expander and partial braces and Dr. Freeman explained everything step by step for how my sons appointments are going to be. The other reviews say it all. They are amazing! ;-)

We’ve been fans of Dr. Freeman for many years. He and his team took the challenge of my oldest kids overjet (think overbite on steroids). Throughout the process of getting her back to a normal alignment we faced many challenges. Dr. Freeman never gave up on searching for cutting-​edge methods to make it happen. I’m thrilled to report after several years we just removed her braces last week. She is still getting used to life without braces and looks fantastic.
We liked the results so much that when the time came to consider an orthodontist for my second daughter earlier this month our decision was an easy one.

Our family loves loves loves Dr. Freeman and his whole team. If I can give them 10 stars I would. The staff at the front desk are always nice and they make it their priority to make their patients happy. His back offfice team are always so friendly and warm. I see Dr. Freeman and his team more like a family. I also have to add that the office is very beautiful and very modern. Whenever my daughter comes in for her appointments they are quick but very efficient. Thank you for the great service!

Dr Freeman does great work and he is very friendly. His staff are nice and helpful and I have been very satisfied with the experience. My daughters teeth look great and my son is just starting out. I highly recommend their practice.

Dr. Freeman and his staff are wonderful! I came to Dr. Freeman for my oldest daughter for braces. She was a rare case and Dr. Freeman worked tirelessly and patiently to ensure her treatment was a success. Her teeth have straightened out fabulously and her smile is absolutely beautiful now! I decided to pursue my own treatment and am almost done with Invisalign. I am very happy with the results. I consulted with Dr. Freeman once again for my younger daughter who is now wearing an appliance in her mouth to correct an open bite. Dr. Freeman is honest, discusses all your options and sets expectations with you. I never have to wait when I/​we show up for an appointments and they have a cool self check-​in kiosk; the entire process is flawless.
My daughter looks forward to going to her appointments. Not only because Dr. Freeman and his staff are warm, friendly and gentle, but they have a really awesome «smile» reward program for their young patients!
I have recommended Dr. Freeman to friends and will continue to do so.

I love Freeman Orthodontics. I’ve been with him since before he had his own practice and I am so thankful that I was recommended him from my dentist. They make you feel like a friend when you are there and they never have you leaving unsatisfied. Just had my last appointment with them, and I’m sad I will not be seeing them as often any longer.

Dr. Freeman and his staff are very warm and professional. All of our appointments were prompt and scheduling the next appointment was always effortless (which is amazing, since I have three busy kids). I highly recommend him for orthodontics for the entire family.

I moved to the Bay Area from Ohio 2 ½ years ago and needed to quickly find an orthodontist to pick up where my previous orthodontist left off. I was very worried about finding someone good and also the fact that they have to follow someone else’s work. I did a ton of research and thanks to Unilocal I found Dr. Freeman.
The staff and Dr. Freeman are super nice people!!! I’ve always felt very comfortable in the office. Dr. Freeman takes his time and really does a great job explaining treatment options/​plans. I was worried that there would be issues with him trying to take over from where my last orthodontist left off but he did an awesome job!
The previous orthodontist used a very old version of the Damon bracket system. At times this was a challenge/​pain in the butt to deal with but they handled it like champs on every appointment.
I just got my braces off and now have an EXCELLENT pair of choppers thanks to Dr. Freeman and his staff… Worth every single penny spent!!! I had a great experience while in treatment.

I’ve had braces before so I wasn’t too excited to get them again, especially being in my late 20’s. Dr Freeman and his team have been the best ever. Approaching 2.5 years and getting the braces (Damon system) off at the end of the month. Despite rubber bands, chains, thicker wires, etc. this process was a breeze a with barely any pain. Very different than the old kind I had as a preteen. Sad to be leaving them soon but glad to recommend any one because my before is in the past and my smile is now out of this world!

Dr. Matt Freeman is very involved with patient treatment and uses latest technology. My teenage daughter was very comfortable in the office, never showing any anxiety about going to an appt. Great atmosphere, professional staff and good service.

We drive all the way from Brentwood to see Dr. Freeman and his staff. That says it all.

We were referred to this office by some friends of ours and have to say we couldn’t be more pleased. Our son is quite shy and nervous about this process so naturally we were very concerned on who to work with. From the moment we arrived in the beautifully designed office our son was at ease. The staff is very caring and knowledgeable, and Dr. Freeman is excellent with our son. He explains everything to your child in a way they can comprehend. Our son is actually excited to come to the office and participate in the many monthly events the office puts together. Dr Freeman recently held a patient appreciation day where our entire family was invited along with any of their friends, and they all had a blast. We see many doctors, dentists, etc and by far the team Dr. Freeman has established is second to none. I HIGHLY recommend this office for any orthodontist needs you may have.

Dr. Freeman is a wonderful orthodontist and truly cares about his patients. He is very caring, professional and does amazing work. Most importantly this is reflected by his wonderful staff (who love working for him) his beautiful office and his satisfied patients. They are also very organized and have the latest high tech equipment.
These people really care about what they do and the community. I highly recommend this practice not only as a patient but also as a dental clinician from another dental practice.

I recently completed orthodontic treatment with Dr. Freeman. I found his office to be courteous, professional, caring and cheerful from point A-​Z.
As an adult patient, I was interested in a non-​surgical approach even though I presented with a case that is classic for surgical involvement. Dr. Freeman was willing to look outside the box at several different options in treatment planning to successfully accomplish this goal where other orthodontists were too set with the standard orthodontic plans to even begin to accommodate my interests. He was knowledgeable of the latest orthodontic devices and advances and eager to accomplish the best outcome and put his plan into action with confidence.
His office is always meticulously clean and is filled with the latest in technology and state of the art equipment. Over the course of my treatment, I witnessed the practice take big strides in updating and implementing all that could enhance and improve patient care, including building out a brand new office.
His fees are competitive and the staff made all the necessary contacts with my insurance, following through proficiently.
Ortho treatment was an option for me and I am so glad I put my trust in Dr. Freeman and his staff. Not only do I have better function but I now benefit from pleasing aesthetics as well.

I am still debating whether to have braces here or not, so I will be updating later if I decided to have it done in this office. I do like everything of this orthodontist office, except for the price, and it is the only reason I am giving it a 4 star.
Dr Freeman is very knowledgable, he went through the treatment plan in every detail, and even bettter, he thinks of the longterm health of your teeth and design his treatment plan not for just straighten your teeth but also to make sure it is for the long run, and I really appreciated that. In addition, he is very patient, the most petient one out of all the orthodontists I visited, he took 40 minitues to discussed the treatment plan, and then asked a current petient if she can show me her teeth just to let me know what kind of result I should be expect. One more good thing about this Dr, he hangs all his diploma, certification/​qualification on the wall, so you can read them and learn the degree, training he had! Totally legit!
Moves to the assistant, super nice and helpful. Very willing to answer questions, show picture and videos to explain the treatment process. Answer phones and make opportments, make you as comfortable as she can.
The office manager is ok, nice but not outstandingly impressive. But again, nice and friendly enough.
Overall, I do recommend this offfice if price is not a concern of yours! they are not the most expensive one (I have visited quite a few orthodontists) but close. However, on the other hand, Dr. Freeman did convienced me that he is a skilled orthodontist with good ethic! I am still debating myself only becuase they are over my budget, I will certainly update my experience if I decide to have my braces there! If you have enough budget, I do recommend you go there and check it out yourself, the consultation is free!
