DJ Brotha Reese has been DJing respectively since the age of 13 yrs old for neighborhood parties and started DJing in clubs at the age of 18 yrs old and truly begun djing weddings professionally at the age of 19 yrs old. E & B Music was founded in 1994.

Inspired by the movies, Breakin and BeatStreet, Run DMC & Grand mixer DST video Rock it, just made me want to be a DJ.

I first got my taste in 85 at the age of 13 years old when I went to Queens, New York to visit my family. My cousin Tony was a DJ and let me play on his equipment. I came back to the Bay and got a paper route and bought my own equipment. I practiced, practiced and practiced and DJd my high school dances, house parties and lots of mobile gigs. I learned the craft and the business.

I hooked up with the Latin King DJs. They controlled the scene in San Jose for about 10 years. They took me under their wings and taught me a lot. During that time I hooked up with Big Joe Lopez on the Morning Dog House back when it was WILD 107 and mixed for the Morning Dog House and 102.5 KDON.
