Dr. Mike’s Wire Works

I found Dr. Stepovich by accident but thank goodness I did. This review is worth reading!!!
The left side of my face and neck had been bothering me and getting worse by the minute. It literally felt like my left top teeth were rotting and it was sending poison throughout my face. After doing some online research, I read somewhere that bacteria can spread and cause major damage. Of course I freaked myself out, however it was warranted. My ear felt like it had to «pop», my neck felt like I had whip lash, my teeth were aching and my eye felt like I had an old contact in and it was burning.
Since 2004, I have been to countless doctors because this was not the first time I had this feeling. I have been diagnosed with latter: Vertigo, Hypothyroidism, Thyroid Cancer, a tumor pressing against my brain stem causing this pain — you name it I have had the procedure done or been told I have had it at one point. All to end in the same result: «We don’t know why you feel this way — We don’t know what is causing it — It will come back»
The reason why I tell you this in my review, is because I had 0 trust in the medical field UNTIL I met Dr. Stepovich and his staff.
After my freak out online reading session — I jumped in my car after work at 4:30pm and headed to a dentist that a friend referred me too. I was convinced that it was my teeth causing this pain. So I figured I would rather sound crazy and paranoid then risk my health.
The dentist, that was «open till 5» was closed when I got there at 4:45 pm. I WENT DOOR TO DOOR PRAYING SOMEONE WAS OPEN. DR. STEPOVICH WAS OPEN!
I walked through the door and the girl at the front desk (I forget her name but what an angel!) was so nice and comforting. After explaining what was going on and fearing that I sounded completely off my knocker, she said they treated someone 3 weeks ago with the same exact thing!
The doctor took me in literally off the streets with no appointment, gave me a full examination on my teeth, checked everything and found out it was not my teeth, it was something he had been researching and practicing for patients coming in with the same complaints I had– Myofascial Pain.
I was blown away — years of doctor visits — everyone one of them just threw a diagnosis — prescribing medicine that didn’t work just to cause more issues — and overall the thought of living with an issue that no one knew what was going on. AND ONE DAY I WALK INTO DR STEPOVICH OFFICE BC THE DENTIST I WAS SUPPOSED TO GO TO WAS CLOSED AND HE HELPS ME MORE THAN ANY OTHER DOCTOR HAS. I cried at the end of my appt not because of pain, but of joy and relief. He not only stopped the pain I had throughout my face and set a game plan to heal me completely, but he renewed my faith in the medical world. I didn’t get out of the office until 6:30 and he closed at 5. Not only did they stay open for me, he called me that night and the next day just to make sure I was ok and to check in. University of Penn Hospital (I told you I’ve been everywhere trying to figure this out for years) didn’t even do that and they are ranked #21 in the NATION for their hospital.
You might not have what I have experienced in the medical field, however I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. STEPOVICH AND HIS PRACTICE.

I went to few ortho places before I went to Dr. Mike’s.I always knew what my teeth requires for fixing for i know what a perfect teeth is. The other ortho places didn’t satisfy me with their explanations what they’re going to do with mine and I felt rush that they’re just in it for the quantity of the patients and not quality. When I went to Dr. Mike’s, he explains thoroughly, everything what my teeth needs and I immediately knew that I finally found the ortho for me. Everytime I visit he’s always friendly and always takes his time, never rush, to make sure he’s doing the job correctly. He knows what he’s doing and a perfectionist in a great motive. My braces will be off soon and my teeth even looks better than my friends who are done with their braces. Great staff too, friendly and very patient, especially bojana. So if you want great satisfying result. go to Dr. Mike’s n sure you won’t regret it

Dr. Stepovich is patient, kind, and committed to producing great results. Great staff too!
