My wife and I are very happy with Creative Window Company.
After I discovered a crack on the window in my living room — I learned that my management company doesn’t replace or repair windows, so I was left to my own devices. I called around a couple of places, but the lady who answered the phone at Creative Windows stood out as the most helpful and courteous from the get-​go.
Mark came out two days later to my apartment and explained all my options. He was fast, friendly and even stuck around to play with my dog for a bit. We interviewed three companies total, but chose Creative.
The crew arrived on time — actually they were early and just waited outside until I saw them and invited them in. The work took less than three hours and I couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend Creative Window Company.

This company made our small project an easy and hassle-​free experience. I requested estimates from several companies before choosing them, and I did so based on several things that I really liked: 1. the person that came out to the house was very professional and patient with us. 2. We changed our minds mid-​project and they were very understanding and helped us sort out the changes. 3. They were unbelievable quick installing, and took extra care to leave everything clean, well-​finished and looking great! 4. very competitive prices! I will definitely use their services again for any of our window and door needs.

My wife and I were looking into replacement windows in San Jose for our home. I spoke with one of the estimators named Gina who was very helpful and she is the main reason we originally moved forward with them. The entire crew was nice and while the window installation took place they were really careful with our home furniture which I was worried about. A few weeks passed and I was concerned about one of the windows. I called and someone came out that day to take a look at it. I would recommend them. Enjoy your home project!

We have used Creative Windows 4 times in the past 13 years in our home. The first time we had them replace all our home’s single pane windows. They came took measurements, made the windows (weeks due to the number) and installed them in one day for our 2 story house. When one window wasn’t a perfect fit they rushed to get it fixed no questions asked and were great. Years later we decided some of the original windows were so small we could not see into our back yard when the kids played — so we called them to have them enlarge 3 of the original sized windows in two rooms. Again, they were excellent. Many years passed and we wanted a custom window half way up our stairs and we wanted to design something impressively big for our home — they came and worked with us to create a special window nearly 7 feet tall. Shortly after it was installed it developed a stress crack, they came out and looked at it and replaced it for us. This year our bathroom window was hit by accident and shattered, I called to have them replace it with the same style as 12 years ago… not a problem. Fixed and done. I have dealt with several employees over the years, they have always been polite, honest and responsive. If I had an issue they were very professional and I’d recommend them to anyone who wants a quality product and installation. If anything goes wrong they were very happy to discuss a way to make it better.
Our PG&E bills dropped when we first swapped our old windows for the new ones, and the house is so much quieter than before. I’ve used them 4 times in 13 years. They are a pleasure to work with.

Creative windows installed Simonton Windows to our whole house 7 years ago. Recently I had 2 screens that needed repair. I called Creative, they called the company and new screens were installed. They were great to work with. This was the 2^nd house they installed windows for us & my daughter had them install windows in here home as well.
I have been pleased with the windows and the money saved on our utility bill. So if you need new windows call them.

Creative Window Company did our home this past summer. I have to say that they were a pleasure to work with and we were very impressed. We looked at five companies total, and we are very happy that we chose Creative. Our estimator Steve was very nice, easy to work with and no-​nonsense. He also returned all of our calls and answered all of our questions very quickly (which is something that several of the other companies we looked at did not do). The installers were very nice and clean. They showed up on time and were always very polite. Right after the windows were put in, we immediately noticed that the outside noise was much lower than before — we particularly noticed that the neighbor’s barking dog two houses down from our house was much more muted. But, now that the seasons are changing, we are also noticing that the house is definitely warmer and less drafty. We almost never need air conditioning in the summer, but now that fall is here, the house definitely feels warmer and cozier. All in all, this was a very good experience for us and we highly recommend Creative Window Company.

These folks are great! We had looked at quite a few window companies for more than two years. Several of the ones we first talked to have now gone out of business! So, you definitely have to make sure that whatever company you chose has been around for a long time and will continue to stay in business. That happened to one of our friends who got stuck without a warranty after thee company they used closed down. But two different neighbors had used Creative Window Company several years earlier and both of them had a very good experience. So, we called them and a couple of other companies. Two other companies never returned our calls, and one got the appointment time wrong. After a couple of these frustrating mess-​ups, we ended up meeting with Steve from Creative Window and boy, what a difference. Steve was great — polite, friendly ON TIME, and totally knowledgeable.
We ended up getting Simonton windows, which we are really happy with. The installers were great– Peter and Jack were really easy going and obviously tried really hard to keep a low profile as they worked. They installed 7 windows and one patio door in one day. This is a good company that does what it says, when it says, for the price it says. What a concept! We definitely recommend them.
