Clean Til It Squeaks

I had a family emergency. I needed a cleaning company as soon as possible. Yilda was organize and right away got on the job with 3 other ladies.

They moved furniture to clean behind. She did a amazing job to accommodate me at the time I needed the job done. I will be calling Yilda when I need a cleaning job done. Thank you.

We were in a pinch arriving to a new rental that was shockingly NOT CLEAN at all. And may not have been cleaned for who knows how many prior tenants. Yilda and her team were able to make it happen on short notice. They thoroughly cleaned the stove, fridge and even used a razor blade to scrape off calcium deposits in the bathtub. Yes it was pricey however on par if not less than other places we had called to come and clean. Also keep in mind it was three women that came to work, not just one. These ladies worked very hard and were really nice and pleasant to communicate with which is always a plus.

I didn’t do much pricing research and we were in a hurry. Our move out date was moved up a month and we had little Time for our own move out cleaning. Yilda was great on the phone and even came over same day to look at the place and give me an accurate estimate.
Yes the two small bathrooms and kitchen and fridge were clean. But it cost me $ 200. We still had to sweep the porch and vacuum the entire (empty) house after they left.
Yilda was very nice and accommodating and maybe that’s what we were paying for.

For the first time I used this company and knew nothing about them. March 2015. I have to tell you that Yilda came out to look at the job and they met my needs within the next day as I needed cleaned before the 9^th. They saved me money as I thought I would have to replace the blinds and toilet but they were able to clean and not be replaced. They did an excellent job, The place was filthy and by the time they were finished everything looked like new again. I was glad I called them as I don’t think someone else could have done the same job. And if you did not like something you just let them know as Yilda’s daughter was there to please me and get things done how I wanted them. She is a very nice person and even though this was my very first time to use them and knew nothing about them they were excellent and I would without a doubt highly recommend them, Betty V, San Jose March 3, 2015

Hired them for a move-​out cleaning. Did a good job and were done ahead of schedule.

Yilda’s team of cleaners did an amazing job on my house. I have never seen my bathrooms so clean. I always have a hard time getting the glass doors on the shower clean but they didn’t. They were able to remove all of the hard water spots and build up. Seriously my bathrooms are so clean. My kitchen was another tough job. They did a fabulous job on it.
Yilda was very nice to work with. She went above and beyond fitting me into her busy schedule. I called and schedule something last minute and was able to get me in.
Big Thank you to Yilda and her team for their customer service before cleaning my house and for an amazing job at actually cleaning my house. I would for sure recommend them!

Woohoo is right. Yilda is pretty amazing. I admit to learning a bit more about house cleaning than I wanted to know but after I saw my apartment cleaned by Yilda’s team including her daughter Daphne I had to ask what they did to make my place look so great. In a nutshell EVERTYHING! I think I am going to be spoiled from this point on if this continues.

Yilda and her team did an amazing job cleaning up my apartment after I moved out. They did everything I asked and left the place spotless! I was able to schedule a cleaning on short notice, and Yilda was very accommodating with me to work with my busy move-​out schedule. They arrived on time and sanitized all of an entire 1600 square-​foot two-​story town home in just a few hours. Highly recommended!

Average at best and a bit more expensive
We (two of us) have had Yilda and her team at our small four bedroom house in Los Gatos five times now. We like that they had us buy the required cleaning supplies and equipment because we know the products are safe and the reusable supplies get cleaned in our washer. It takes getting used to them showing up empty handed (well, maybe with coffee cups). I think we would prefer if we had the ‘option’ of getting our own supplies, as we would only get the ones that get reused, like rags and such. Buying all the supplies does add expense when compared to other cleaning services bringing their own supplies and equipment, yet they still charge about the same if not less than Yilda.
I think Yilda’s team comes from a commercial cleaning background where they don’t need to have as much attention to detail. Their cleaning skills are about average to sub par. They miss things a lot (this week the glass top on the dining room table was totally missed), they leave things out of place (speakers, blinds, pictures), and they don’t pay attention to detail (even when reminded repeatedly). There does not seem to be a good process or system. Many things are out of their regular cleaning routine, which are not a problem with other services. I have never heard so many excuses from a cleaning service, and we have had various maids for over 20 years. And therein lies the potential issue; maid services may be more accustomed to cleaning households, where commercial cleaners may not have have that sensitivity. Yilda leans more to the latter if there is a distinction to be made.
With all this in mind I would still use her services again, but really cannot expect too much.

Yilda is a godsend. She went to super big lengths to help me set up a time and day to clean, working around a difficult schedule of mine. What a joy it is working with an attentive and professional person.
The girls came out today and cleaned. Usually on my day off I slave to clean my house because I am very particular. Not today– I took a nap, because the girls did a wonderful job. My shower is spotless and there are NO water spots. My mirrors are really streak free. Even the hose from the toilet to the wall sparkles. Its AMAZING. I admit I am very difficult to please, and I was so worried that I would be disappointed but YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED!

Wow, the other Unilocalers were not kiddin on this one. Yilda and her team came out to do a detail cleaning on our not quite empty 40 yr old parents house to prep for rental. Never saw the house look so good and didn’t know those windows could be so clean. She managed to undo some of the painters residue and even packed some of the kitchen stuff into boxes and moved into garage for me. Pretty sure they worked for twice as long as expected for no additional charge. I was so pleased I recommended them to our new tenants, and I would still like to convince them to drive the 2 hrs to come do my house. Thanks for a great job!

Excellent house cleaning service. The staff was personable, kind and attentive to my needs. I have allergies and sensitivities to odors and they knew just the right products to use. Thank you so much for such great service! I would definitely refer to a friend.

Yilda and her team are amazing. I am pretty difficult to please when it comes to cleaning, but they did it all! They are a little more expensive but well worth it. If your looking for a cleaning service that gets every nook and cranny… look no further!
