My wife and I just bought our first home from Melissa & Cindy and there is no doubt in our minds that we received the best service! Melissa and Cindy are amazing at what they do. In a tough market, they were able to act fast; immediately call to see houses, stay up late waiting for documents, standing by us and explaining each step of purchasing a house and answering all our questions as they arose and did so in a language we understood.
They are both amazing with communication and even when they have multiple clients, the attention they give to you makes you feel that you are their only client. Over the next few years, I was able to refer the Simon Team to a number of friends that were also first time home buyers and a few that had already owned homes in the past. My friends know that I only refer people that are great at what they do. All of my friends were very impressed with them and have used them on multiple transactions.
The Simon Team and I kept and ongoing friendship, meeting on occasion to discuss housing markets, the economy, and potential new purchases. Five years after my first purchase, the team helped me purchase my second home. Again, the team was professional, patient, and kept my interests in mind. I ended up falling in love with a particular house, but it was over priced. I really wanted it, but with their experience, knew I could not sustain the mortgage over time.
They found another suitable house that I eventually purchased. It was a 5 bedroom house instead of the 3 bedroom house I fell in love with, and at a cheaper price. If it was not for their in-​depth knowledge of the market, I would have foreclosed on the 3 bedroom house years ago. The 5 bedroom house gave me flexibility to rent out rooms and help me build wealth overtime.
