I used Carlos for the 2nd year in a row… and he still provides an excellent service. I have a large Jacaranda (40 ft) plus a tall Queen plan which needed trimming/​thinning. They provided a reasonable rate, showed up on time, and left the yard clean of debris.
I will use him again next year!

I found their number on a local ads. Carlos gave the quote for the job. But he had a younger man to trimmed my tree. It’s looked very nice after 2 hours. This is the second time I have my tree trimmed. Carlos Tree Expert did a better job than the previous tree service company.

Got two quotes for two trees to be removed with stumps and roots. They were significantly less expensive than the other quote plus they could do what the others said couldn’t (remove the stump) Came out and did the job quickly and completely at a great price. Would definitely recommend them for other tree needs

Very impressed with Carlos Tree Care! My wife and I had just moved into our new home and had a big tree and bush removal project to do. We called Carlos on a Saturday morning. He came over immediately to provide a quotation, gave us a fair price and was able to start the job the same day. He sent a large crew with professional equipment and was able to finish a fairly big job by Sunday afternoon. Carlos and his crew were also a pleasure to work with and took specific direction very well. I can’t imagine a better tree service to hire!

Awful! After another failed tree service, we thought we might be able to turn our luck with this tree service. We have a few trees that needed to be topped, not a huge job but about $ 200 of work, and we even added a few stump grinding to make it more worthwhile, but of course the indication was there when he came 1 hour late for the estimate. In any case, he said he could do it the next day and my husband changed his work schedule so he could stay to oversee things so we accepted the bid.
He was supposed to come at 9am, never showed, never called. At 9:20, my husband starts calling and leaving messages but no return call. At 9:45 he finally calls back after numerous messages and says he can come in 30 min after we said we will cancel the job and find someone who is more professional and dependable. We could not wait 1 hour and 15 min for someone who doesn’t even have the courtesy to call us and tell us he is running late. Not dependable and would NOT recommend!

Just had these guys come and do a bunch of work in my yard and they did a great job. Very professional, reasonably priced, quick, and clean.
They’re part of the Better Business Bureau and their Contractor License number is #920 723.
They worked with Acostas Stump Grinding company to remove some old stumps as well, and that guy did a great job too. Very professional all around!
