If you want to order ice cream cake for any events, this is the place to go. We came here on Friday night and ordered for the next Sat pick up. The employees there are very friendly and patient. I told her due to the last minute plan, I need to order cake for my daughter’s BDay. Instead of refused my business she told me that she’ll check to see if it is doable. Long story short, they fulfilled my order with two ice cream flavors. We loved the cake and services there. Highly recommend to order cake here.

How do you have only ONE worker for a line TO THE DOOR!!!

Again, an amazing experience with the neighborhood BR. Tim, Agnes and their staff is great. There are 3 Baskin Robins within the same distance from us… But this is the one we choose again, and again, again! Tonight it was amazing to see the Mom enjoying her double cone triple scoop of love, while the bestees all compete for the sample being served… Meanwhile (back at the ranch.) my wife is laughing hysterically on the floor. Always a great experience. Come for their custom cakes, come for a sunday on any day of the week… Not just Sunday ! Or just a little scoop or two. BR on Branham and Snell s the one to visit.

I want to thank Tim and Agnes for fixing what could have been a birthday disaster. I came to pick up my daughters 13^th birthday cake that was specially ordered a week in advance, with only about an hour until party time. I was told here was no cake there for me. The shop quickly called Tim (the owner) and he assured me they would fix it. I believe the franchise failed to send the store my online order. Right before we arrived my husband asked why I don’t order from other Baskin Robbins locations in shopping centers we shop in. I told him because this location has always been so friendly and helpful, this is where I will always go. He made fun of me when I returned to our car empty handed and frustrated. Tim and Agnes went out of their way to come into the store and make me a cake to my original specifications. I need fudge ripple because my son has Autism and likes this flavor. I have to say I was shocked that they were able to make me the same flavor and design. Tim personally delivered the cake to my home within an hour and it came just in time and perfect. THIS is why this is my favorite location. Any other location probably would have had me get something from the shelf or a refund which would have been horrible right before the party begins. I truly appreciate you going above and beyond to make sure my daughter had her cake. She is also so thankful. Tim also thank you for being so nice to my son. Thanks again!

Customer service is always great at this location. The girls that work here are so sweet and friendly. Quick to get everyone’s orders even when they get busy. Parking isn’t too bad since it’s in a plaza, but there’s just a lot of car traffic going in and out.
Milkshakes are great. Ice cream is great. The waffle cones are great. Who DOESN’T love ice cream?!

Well this is a little late but I couldn’t miss the chance to say how happy I left the place Saturday afternoon like around 7pm I recently moved to San Jose and I love baskin Robbins. search the nearest BR and ended up here. Well to start I was welcomed, then I was offered samples (which I feel I took advantage on) but she didn’t mind one single bit I’m not sure if her name was Anna or Amanda but she was friendly and gave me a great service the few minutes I was there. Forsure coming back!

The best ice cream cakes. Better than any other Baskin Robbins. Its in the way they make their cakes not order them from the company. They use better ingredients for a superb product!!! So excited to eat my cake.

The cake I ordered was fabulous! I even called to change the flavor of the ice cream. My cake was already made but they changed the flavor without even giving it a second thought. They were the best!!!

Customer Service was excellent. Placed was about to close but the staff never rushed us and made us feel very welcome. Definitely will be back to see Tim!

Baskin robins is a standard place for ice cream and it’s convenient that there are many locations everywhere, so you can expect pretty much the same ice cream everywhere. The only thing that varies by location is service and cleanliness.
The reason for my less than satisfied visit was because of the cones… I took my 3 siblings and they each ordered a scoop on a regular cone-​stale. Ordered mine on a chocolate cone-​even more stale, the cone and nuts included. Biting through it was a struggle because it had that chewy/​staleness to it. Ended up paying for 4 coned. Ended up throwing away all 4 cones.

From the bottom to the top: Oreo cake ice cream, smashed peanut butter cups, hot fudge, chocolate and peanut butter ice cream, peanut butter, pralines and cream ice cream, caramel, smashed Heath bar, whipped cream, chocolate sauce and smashed Oreos

I never write reviews this is literally my FIRST review and I have to say I’m glad I made this my first because this location deserves it!!! The owner is wonderful and his wife is a great artist! If you need a special custom cake THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!

My three favorite flavors are gold medal ribbon, love potion 31, winter white chocolate.

This is by far the best Baskin Robbins I have ever been to! The owner is incredibly friendly and the staff is very welcoming. They have a great selection of flavors and lucky for me it’s walking distance from my house! I highly recommend trying this place out. You wont be disappointed!

super humble and friendly worker, didn’t catch his name but by the reviews I’m guessing it’s Tim. He was super friendly with us and even gave us a free pen! the ice cream was amazing we bought 2 mint and chocolate and all 5 of us got our own thing. thanks for the most friendly interaction for icecream! I rarely take time out to write a review but this is well worth it.
My daughters loves ice cream so we frequent quite a lot of ice cream places and I have always thought every place is the same. Not so! I ordered a birthday ice cream cake for one of my girls a few months back at this Baskin Robbins and had no special expectation. In fact, I didn’t even plan to eat it but when my guests ate the ice cream, there was a chorus of «This is the best cake ever», «OMG…this is so delicious.» and I noticed several guests getting huge seconds, I decided to check it out and eat it. Wow! It was soooo good. I’ve had Baskin-​Robbins cake before but somehow this store makes it way better. No comparison. I have since learned they make it fresh at the store vs ordering it pre made like other stores. The difference shows.
I look forward to ordering many more ice cream cakes here. Given my daughters are only 6 and 2 yrs old… that’ll be a lot of cakes :).
Also, the store management is really excellent and creates a great customer experience.

I would have to say that I’ve been here a couple of times and the store is brightly lit and kept clean. The ice cream selection is a fair amount and each flavor boasts its own unique taste. The ice cream is definitely creamy and has a cold milky texture to it. It doesn’t feel light as it feels like a heavier treat. I like the coconut flavored ice cream here and the chocolate rocky road. There’s a lot of good flavor a here and I have yet to try them all. Great in a hot day or when in need of something sweet.

It’s located in a great plaza next to Postal Annex and Panda Express. Although in a busy plaza, parking has never been a problem. I enjoy this location because of its convenience and its friendly staff! I have never had a bad experience coming here for my ice cream cravings.
My favorite flavor is the blueberry cheesecake, which sadly was only seasonal. But I always like New York Cheesecake and Strawberry Cheesecake. Clearly there’s a pattern to my taste haha. But they have many other great flavors including creamy to fruity. I love their array of cones from plain, sugar, to chocolate covered. Their cakes are always wonderful, although a little on the pricey side.

Tim and Agnes, you’re the best! Agnes, your passion for ice cream decoration is showing off. The cakes are gorgeous! Jason and I can go to any Baskin Robbins shop, but we don’t; we only go to your shop because of you two. And we always look forward to seeing you. You not only do a remarkable job, but you’re very personable. Many places are «come and go», but you actually take your time to chat with your customers.
Thank you for making Baby J’s birthday cake! It was devoured within 5 minutes of us cutting it. I didn’t even get to eat at least a tiny piece…

Have visited this location a few times before and it has always been a good experience. Went in today as the place had just closed five minutes ago and as we were leaving the owner came out and asked us what we’d like, if it was something simple he’d be able to give it to us. Unfortunately they couldn’t make a Banana Royale as the ingredients had been put away and everything cleaned but instead he decided to give us free ice cream: D
He was a nice guy and he also directed our attention to the cakes on display as me and my brother were chatting about cakes prior to leaving. It turns out his wife makes them, and they are gorgeous. He showed us some cakes she’d made for other people before on his phone and they were incredible. They were varied, intricate and beautiful; they definitely didn’t look like any amateur work. I will definitely consider her in any future cake endeavors, as I suggest any readers to check the place out if they are looking for awesome cakes.
