This is the best Baskin-​Robbins I’ve been too! I go here often and it’s mainly because of the the customer service and ice cream. As soon as you walk in, Jasper (the main man) will greet you with a big smile. The manager Theresa is also very kind! Jasper knows exactly what I’ll get, which is Cookies and Cream and Rocky Road. The Rocky Road here is AMAZING – and compared to any other ice cream parlors, this specific Baskin-​Robbins is easily the best.

Even though it’s freaken cold outside, I crave ice cream! I always get a banana Royale with mint chip and world class chocolate, top it off with hot fudge, whip chip, almonds, and chocolate drizzle! So good in my tummy! Omg! I need one now! BTW the person who helped me was Teresa. She was very friendly, nice, and made my sundae with a smile! Definitely coming back for seconds or thirds.

I haven’t Walked in a Baskin Robins for about 2 years now and I was expecting the regular awkward getting ice cream experience. But nah! They greeted us with Great and Warm Smiles! Great experience, Conversating, and letting us try samples. Made me feel Great! Overall, go Here for some ice cream. You’ll love it! Makes you feel just like at homee.

When I walk in to get my ice cream fix, I’m always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. The flavors change occasionally but I mostly go for the cherry jubilee! I love the cherries in the ice cream and they pair very well with each other. During birthday season I come here for the ice cream cakes too. The staff will write on it for you without hesitation too. My most memorable ice cream connoisseur is Tram. ⁸⁄₁₀ times I go to this location, she’s working and she knows me by name and my order while also letting me know the new flavors each time I come in. Awesome service and consistent flavourful ice cream will always bring me back to this location. Thanks, Tram for always taking care of me when I come in!
The milkshakes definitely bring this boy to the yard!

Went in on ¹⁰⁄₈ for a $ 7 milkshake and got rolled eyes and big sighs.
You’ll have to excuse me, I know I probably shouldn’t have made you scoop three scoops of ice cream into a blender like you get a paycheck for, but you didn’t have to slam everything either and glare at me either.
Highly recommend this location if you like feeling bad and extremely awkward ordering anything. I feel bad for the management that expects these kids to give the store a good rep.

Rude rude rude girl at the counter with her fake eyelashes! Ordered and paid with debit card and was still asked for ID. Then she had the nerve to tell me to remember next time. Good Customer service non existence! Will take my business elsewhere.

I went in to our local Baskin-​Robbins to get a qt. of rocky road ice cream for our dessert. I asked the girl behind the counter how much a qt. cost. She said, «$ 5.99″. It was out if stock in the freezer so she checked the back. They were out. I said, „Go ahead and just pack it in your container. I can wait.“ She said, „That will be $ 8.99.“ I asked why it was $ 3 higher than she previously quoted.» She said, «Because I have to pack it.» I said, «You have to pack it because you don’t have any already packed. It’s not my fault there aren’t any already packed.» SHE said, «It’s not my fault either.» Did the employee suddenly become a customer? This is unbelievable to me. So, as I see it, if they never pack one of America’s favorite ice cream and you have them pack it, the customer pays 50% higher and the business makes 50% more in the sale per quart of ice cream??? I chose a pre-​packed flavor this time; next time I’ll walk past their business.
Customer service and appreciation is a lost art.

I recommend the diabetes flavor! It is delicious and a coronary disease equivalent. Recommend sprinkles with a statin!

Who could go wrong with ice cream?
My favorite is the pistachio almond. Very attentive cashiers. She was especially patient with the little girl in front of me who was very indecisive on what she wanted. I wasn’t in a hurry so I just smiled at her when she apologized.
Yay! We all scream for ice cream!

I have nothing but great things to say about this place the employees are friendly and it’s very close to my place I stopped by today close to closing time and they still let me in and I didn’t feel like I was being rushed my daughter and old lady are happy and so I’m I thanks guys I will return soon

Do not come here if you want to be punished for being indecisive about what ice cream flavor you want. So I may have tried 4+ flavors, but there were so many types that I had to try a few before settling! And I’m sure I was really nice and apologetic about it. However, the girl worker was NOT very friendly or happy about giving me samples. But come on, I was the only customer. My bf and I ended up getting a double scoop sundae (mint chocolate chip and snickers) and when I got it, I was thinking «uhhh…did she forget to give me my other scoop?» I was about to go and ask her if she forgot but my bf told me he saw her put it in. Half the cup was just whipped cream and there was barely any ice cream! I could have spent my 7 bucks at Coldstone instead, hmph.
I wanted to give this place 1 star for being shady, but I’ll be nice and give it another star for making me realize mint chocolate chip ice cream isn’t so bad after all. Still pissed that my ice cream doesn’t look a fabulous as the other pictures posted on here.

Pretty good selection of flavors. Employees are nice. I sometimes go here to get a cone. A bit pricey though.

My nieces and I had a pretty terrible morning. We went bowling with a company and was totally disrespected by some of the workers. BOO! So thank goodness BR was here to cheer us up! And yes we each got the waffle bowl. Totally worth every penny!
You know, you can’t really complain with the 31 flavors available here! So many to choose from that it’s impossible to leave without a scoop or two.
Although I would prefer those other ice cream parlors with those handcrafted ice cream, this one is not so bad. It’s not as creamy or as rich. I had the Jamoca almond fudge (my go to flavor) and I thought it was pretty tasty! There’s plenty of almonds in there so that’s always a plus. I got this scoop in a waffle bowl and was a little disappointed. Minus one star for you BR!:/ Usually waffles have this very aromatic smell that makes your mouth water, but not this waffle bowl. It was pretty stale. :(boo!
Still a 4 in my book for ice cream.

I walk in, and I’m like ¹⁰⁄₁₀. Would never want to leave, as I can sense the sweetness right before my eyes.
Oh, this review is for the two girls at the counter; the ice cream is the same as any other baskin Robbins.

This place is tucked away in the corner of capitol and vista park! I love coming here for a sweet treat after sushi at cha cha’s or just because. come on, ice cream! Richard was the person serving my friends and he’s so nice and easy going~ he made my visit real pleasant. Strawberry cheesecake is my to-​go of the 31 flavors. :)

My bf and I recently went here for the first time and it was family scoop night on Tuesday (5pm-​10pm) which was awesome because the price was cheaper! The people are nice and they’re really attentive to your needs. The icecream are pretty good!
However, I have two problems.
1) The shop is way too small and there are barely any available seats to sit on so a lot of people ended up standing and blocking the refrigerator and all the icecream!
2) My boyfriend ordered a strawberry cheesecake flavored icecream and there was a strand hair in it… So that sucked for him.
Maybe we will give this place another try. Idk. I’m just hoping there won’t be any hidden body parts lying around.

Nothing worth returning for. Two guys were in front of the ice cream cake freezer forever and weren’t planning to be courteous and move, so I couldn’t see half the ice cream flavors in the case. Place is that small. Only one frozen yogurt option I think and a couple sugar free options. That’s lame.
I got the «icing on the cake» scoop. I love cake and icing. This didn’t taste like either — it was like vanilla with sprinkles. Not worth the calories.
Fail. It was better as a kid.

Overpriced and too sweet — the ice cream.
There are better places to go.
But the ice cream is worth it!!!

If your craving a sugar fix and don’t mind the calories you can’t go wrong with Bskin Robbins. This one is tucked away in the corner of a small strip mall. Parking is cramped and not that large but luckily most folks don’t eat outside. So you can get yours, hop in the car and go.
They have a number of flavors, you will definitely find one that suits your pallet. The staff is patient, friendly and will get your order right. You can chose to have it in a cone or a sundae style. Lots of sprinkles and other nut toppings to make it even more delectable

This Baskin Robbins defiantly deserves a 5 star review!
All the workers are very kind and helpful. With a selection of over 31 flavors, it’s hard to choose which one you’re craving (not to mention if you’re planning to get a sundae or a drink.) They let you sample the ice cream and many times it’s more then once! So they’re very patient with those indecisive customers haha.
They have a 24 hour policy when it comes to custom ordered cakes, but if time becomes an issue, they also have a freezer filled with cakes ready to be bought! The cakes in this specific location, in my opinion, are very very neat and well decorated. You may have a message written on it right away and free of charge too (I mention that because I know some places charge for writing.) Numbered and regular candles are available as well.
This Baskin Robbins has indoor AND outdoor seating, so it’s nice to enjoy an ice cream cone outside on a sunny day.
What makes this location even more awesome is that they have the «Family Scoop» nights! You don’t feel as guilty buying ice cream if you get a discount!
