I’ve been coming here for years now and have never had any problems of any sort. I am always satisfied with whatever I get from here and never have any problems, the employees genuinely strive to help & the boss is very kind, good hearted person who treats me well every time. Great service and amazing prices. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Whenever you have an older computer, it’s inevitable that, at some point in time, something is going to give out. (I didn’t want to spend the money on a new computer.) I was concerned that taking my computer to a big corporation would result in over-​charges, that my computer would be sent out to a different facility for repair, and that it would take a good week (or longer) to have it returned. So, in looking for a more personalized repair store, I decided to give this place a try. I was so glad I did.
The manager and staff at this place are friendly, accommodating and honest. I was particularly concerned that my programs, documents and pictures would not be recoverable (which I, unfortunately, never backed up). They assured me that they would do their utmost in retrieving all my files. They did an excellent job, cleaned up all the junk I had in my computer, and recovered everything I needed. They did all this for an excellent price and had my computer returned to me in less than (2) days!
They are located next to the 7-​Eleven that intersects Rosemead Blvd. and Duarte Rd., so they are pretty accessible. In addition, I found out that they repair a lot of different types of electronics, not just computers. Should me, or my family, ever have a computer or electronic device that needs to be repaired at a reasonable price, this is the place I will go back to and certainly recommend.

So this is my second time returning to this place and well I have to say I am very pleased with their service and quality of work. I have the tendency of damaging my iPhone 6 screens often and well these guys are always to quick and efficient … There is no doubt in my mind, I will keep returning and I truly recommend this place due to there quickness, you see the thing is i get my repairs done while on my lunch break and that’s fantastic

Excellent computer repair, best prices, decent men. No shady people, like other places. If you don’t want to get ripped off. Take the time from your busy life, get your viruses removed, or whatever computer issues.

I am really impressed by their swift service. Brought my laptop and phone together. i got both of them back on the same day. I got the call back in one hour for diagnosis about my laptop and I got that back in late evening. I got my phone fixed in 30 minutes on the spot. Their prices are cheaper than any other computer stores. They are quick too. Their store is a little bit messy and out of space but who cares as long as they provide the good service.
I would strongly recommend it, if you want to repair your computers or phone.

I have taken a few of my computers to them over the last few years and they always get my electronic devices back to us in a timely manner! As important electronics are to us all in this day and age, you want someone you can trust with your data and get you your precious devices back as quickly as possible. In my most recent interaction with them, where they fixed and removed a doozy of a virus… I found out that they also repair cellular phones. Did I mention that you can also buy electronics and hire them for IT solutions! If you are into supporting local business and need a business that is trustworthy and fairly priced… Price Less Computer should be your next stop!

I found this place because I live down the street. I went in to repair my galaxy s3 phone because it wasn’t charging. Very fast reliable service I left my phone at night and picked it up the next day. Great pricing! I was expecting to spend a fortune! Would definitely recommend to my family and friends! I will definitely go back if I ever need to in the future!

I have done business with Sultan and his technicians in the past, both servicing my computers and purchasing parts for a computer build. So when my under 2 year old ZT started acting up, I decided to visit them rather than spend a fortune on a new PC. The cost of diagnosis is $ 35, which can be applied to your bill if you decide to repair your equipment. They have my pc up and running fine, and all my data is aboard intact. My bill came to $ 85 total. I am so happy to have all my systems running like new. They also cleaned up my desktop and it is now very uncluttered. I read the negative reviews below, and would like to remind everyone that this is a tech business and the clutter in the shop and perhaps the very business-​like attitudes of the employees are a part of very high tech and pressured atmosphere. If you want people in uniforms, and high prices, go to a big box store. If you want reasonable prices and Techs who are brutally honest, come here! My technician took me in the back and showed me my computer running, and he was very courteous about what my wishes were. He even let me get on my pc and email out a bookmark I was worried about losing! Great!
I will go back in a New York Minute, and I know that if anything isn’t correct, they will absolutely fix the problem!
BTW, good prices on the equipment they make!

I’ve been there several times before. They will fix things pretty cheap. But one guy there in particular is very rude. He actually got mad at me for wanting to save more files during the repair. He said that’ll take too long and is not worth his time. Then he said it’ll cost more. I said that’s fine. that’s all you had to say. Why did he even get mad in the first place then. just say it’ll cost more. Very unprofessional.
I called in the yesterday and asked for an estimate. He just said in a tone like trying to rush me off the phone. just bring it in! Don’t know if same guy as first.
You know what? I’ll go to another repair shop even if it costs more money. I don’t want to support miserable people. There was one other guy there that was very nice though. They need better training of their stuff on hospitality or fire some people.

Priceless computer is a bargain in the computer repair department! I just had my disk drive replaced in my PC for $ 60. Works like a charm. The service is fast. The owner is very friendly, and all the prices are reasonable. I purchased a new keyboard and mouse for $ 20. They are also going to replace my daughter’s cracked IPhone screen for $ 60. These folks are very helpful and knowledgeable. They also have refurbished desktops for sale for $ 80 and refurbished laptops for sale at $ 200. I would completely recommend this establishment. Honest prices, good service. Can’t be beat!

I live around the corner from this place, so as you can imagine it was my first choice to grab needed computer parts, cables etc. My first experience was okay in terms of the product I purchased (a hard drive) but terrible in terms of customer service. Very unfriendly folks. no smiles, no eye contact etc. Now mind you, I wasn’t expecting a back rub or anything, just common courtesy. Anyway, time went by and I promised I would never give them my money again. Well, that changed when I needed to grab another quick item. Again, they proved unfriendly… as if they didn’t want me there ! I’ve made a vow never to return, no matter how conveniently located they are. Besides the bad customer service, the store is small and dangerously cluttered (watch your step).

Mytouch 4G, was told they will call back with estimate to repair the phone and if they cannot fix it or we decide not to press ahead, phone will be returned without any fee. 1 Month passed and the phone is still not repaired so requested the phone to be returned, but they back peddled and will not release the phone unless I pay $ 20 fee. Or I can wait for them to repair it and *probably* pay a $ 60 repair fee; however, they cannot give me a time frame when they can finish it, and basically just need to give them indefinite time. It’s already been 1 month without any progress. Don’t know what else I can do besides been forced to pay $ 20 to retrieve back my broken phone and complain here and BBB.

Over the phone they told me it would be $ 70 and 2 hours to repair my iPod Touch. With no call from them, late the next day I stopped by and was told the technician wasn’t there. Would have been nice to have gotten a call saying that it wouldn’t be fixed in 2 hours so that I could have made other plans. I wish I had Unilocaled them beforehand, I would have known to expect this from the other reviews…

Took my ipod in for repair, hoping that they can fix it, after 3 week of no call back, i called them to see wut’s going on.
They told me it cant be fix! wutever…
When there to pick it back up. shit is all beat up! just look at the pic that i posted.
Mofo even has the balls to charge me! They said that they’ll leave scratches… ummm… BS! more like bitch ass was having problem opening it, so he just pry it open with blunt force. Just look at the pix and judge for your self.

I was looking for a place to repair my laptop, and i came across this place which i notice all the time because i live in the area and im always either renting a video at apollo’s or making a stop at 7/11’s. So I decided to bring my laptop last thursday. I kind of needed by mon which they said it would be ready by, but I called and they said it would be ready by tues instead which i didn’t have a problem with. I noticed on Unilocal they had offer 20% off on service for new customer’s and since that was my first time there, so i asked them if i could use the 20% and they told me i had to write a review and print it out. I mean i didn’t wanna write a review until i had my laptop, and it was still in the process of repairing. Its the same as eating at a restaurant, you always write a review after you had that experience. I mean I love the service, it was great and they explained what was wrong with my laptop and the price for repair and hard disk was reasonable so i had no complaints there it was great. It would of been a 5 star if they were more specific on the 20% offer, they should note that a review must be wriiten and printed out, so it wouldn’t confuse customers. But over all it was good and i would definitely come back if i had to repair my laptop or computers.

I am happy with this place very much. Sultan and his team are very good at what they do there. His prices are all negotiable. At times, i needed a small item like a mouse and he would give it to me for free. I exchanged a board and got an upgraded one that was even better. Little things like that go a long way with effective customer services. He will give all of us a good bargain, show him an ad that offers it cheaper, he may be able to beat it. We just bought several HP Refurbished laptops and they are all working fine. We use them in training others on how to use the internet and softwares. His repair dept is reasonable. Just the parking lot is small, so park in the street. Good luck.

Ive been going to Priceless for about 8 years ever since one of my neighbors told me about them. Their prices are some of the lowest ive seen and the products are good quality. Ive bought one of their built pcs which was good. Ive also built my own pcs using their parts without any problems. If youre looking for good hardware at a low price check them out.

I’m really happy that I discovered this shop. It’s kind of a hole-​in-​the-​wall place, small and cluttered, but I got great service when looking to buy a budget computer. The one they sold me works flawlessly! The parts they sell are priced well, also.
Good alternative to Frys or buying online if you are in the neighborhood.
