Been here 3 times in the last 6 months, still excellent service and so helpful!

They replaced the cracked screen of a LG Volt work phone for a reasonable price (I only use it for an android app). Most places I called declined the job (I guess they only want to work on high end phones) but I really did not want the hassle and expense of replacing the phone. These folks were up to the task and even ordered the part. They completed the job within an hour as promised. They saved me a lot of inconvenience. Thanks for stepping up to the plate and not thumbing your nose at a «lesser» brand and model.

I’ve come to this company twice already for broken screens and I’m very please with their friendly and professional service. You’ll probably get the best deal here for repair and just check-​in to get a free tempered glass repair!

6÷17÷16: I’ve dropped my phone hundreds of times since, but there has been no major damage. The temper glass that they installed works great. I will probably return soon to see if I can get it replaced

Amazing place. My iPhone 6 had a bad cracked screen and ever place I went to charged me at least $ 100. I was recommended here and I’m so thankful I found them. Was in and out in 20 minutes. They charged me $ 60 and added an amazing screen protector for me.

I have been here too many times, I’m not proud of admitting how clumsy I am about dropping my phone, lol.
Let me get to the point, this place deserves 5 stars due to the following:
1) Prices are fair! They beat competitors.
2) They work fast phone gets fixed while you wait.
3) While once replacing my screen, then made me aware that my battery was defective. Which was absolutely the reason why my charge never lasted. I never even told them about that problem, but they caught it and that was impressive.
4) They really don’t seem to have any «pleasure» in seeing you being a repeat customer. The guy that works there (Sam) was trying to convince me to «use my case!» like «hey protect your phone». Haha kinda embarrassing. I don’t like cases
5) Their staff is really friendly.
6) They’re next to a subway lol, grab a bite while you wait.
7) I didn’t get paid for this review, they just do great work.
8) They readjusted my side sound button for free. If there is something they can do to improve your phone, they’ll just do it. It’s not like a car mechanic trying to find extra things. No they don’t work like that, which I appreciate!
Overall, I did not get paid or a discount for this review. I’ve even told people about this place and they felt it was a legit shop too. If you ever crack a phone screen, come here, you won’t regret it.

Finally decided to get the screen fixed on my S6 edge. A few places I called said they would have to order the part and I would have to pay before they would order. Also their total was around $ 260. I called iTech and they let me know that I could drop it off and they would have it done in an hour. No problems and it was done in under an hour and for $ 200! Great experience.

Sam was extremely helpful & knowledgable with my broken iPod. when I thought there was no hope, he was able to retrieve everything I wanted from it. I would highly recommend ;)

My htc one M8 wasn’t charging properly. It can only be charged at a certain angle, The USB port need to be replaced.
They helped me to replace the USB port and all works were done in an hour. The price is reasonable and including 3 months warranty.

The service here is top notch and the prices are more than fair. Joe helped me today and I could not be happier with the transaction. Took about an hour to replace my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge lcd screen. He verified all the functions on my phone before and after the replacement. I would definitely recommend coming here. I hope I never have to spend money to fix a cracked screen again but if I do… I know where to go.
Oh and I tried other stores before coming here. This was the only place that had my screen in stock. Other shops needed to order the part.

I was in and out in a flash. They were courteous, efficient, and informative. Make sure you give them a try if your screen ever breaks. I’m definitely going back here if my screen ever breaks.

I previously had bad experiences (if you look at my reviews) at phone repair shops. Unfortunately I have to fix 5 – 6 screens a year bc I suck with phones, so I’ve had my experiences. This was a quick and easy experience with amazing customer service. They ended up not only giving me the glass cover but they completely fixed my phone (which was in horrible shape) for a very reasonable price. I hope I don’t have to see you guys bc I don’t want to fix anymore phones but if I have to this is now the only place I’ll go.

After 4 years of having an iPhone, I never ever cracked it, not even just a little bit. Then last night, I was in a hurry and totally forgot I was holding it between my arm and dropped it face down. It was WRECKED! After searching through Unilocal for places that could do a same day fix, I came across iTech Xpress. After looking at other iPhone repair shops/​websites, I thought I would have to pay at least $ 110+ tax to get it fixed, but when I called this morning, they told me it would be $ 79+tax because it was only the glass that was damaged, and not the LCD screen itself.
I went in at 10:34, he examined my phone doing various tests to make sure it was only the glass that was damaged, and gave me the same price that I was told that morning. It only took 30 minutes for it to be fixed, and it looks good as new! For $ 86 I got a new screen and a tempered glass protector for free after checking in on Unilocal.The guys that helped me were very nice and professional to not just me, but the various people that walked in while I waited. If my friends or I (I hope not) ever damage our phones again, I will for sure send them here! Thank you sooooo much!

Hi there, so you’re most likely reading this review because you’ve cracked your phone screen and need to find a place that will help you get your sh*t back together. If this is you, SERIOUSLY, stop reading this, do yourself a huge favor, and look no further.
I was you exactly two days ago. I accidentally dropped my iPhone and it splattered hard on the concrete. It landed face down. SO GREAT. There I was slowly reaching over to pick it up, calmly reassuring myself — thinking positive thoughts — just knowing… okay, more like hoping that every. little. thing. was going to be alright. When I slowly turned it over, my heart suddenly supreme screamed out of my chest and into my stomach as I shuddered at the horrific sight.
OKAY dramatic. But seriously, that was what happened two days ago. The following day, I emailed and called more than five iPhone repair shops in my area — all of which gave me the same exact quote around $ 130+ (My particular case was a damaged iPhone 6+ cracked screen only — no damage to LCD or touch sensors, so be warned that all cases will cost differently).
At that point, I accepted that I was going to have to pay a depressing $ 130 to reverse my fate, up until I called iTech at the end of my day and discovered that their price was SO much more affordable than every other place I called. The rest was history.

The person there was very efficient. They had stated it would take them 15 – 20 minutes to replace my batteries on my iPhone, but they were done in l5 minutes. I also was given a screen protector. :) Customer service was good… they had a sense of humor as well.

These gentleman quoted me the lowest price to fix my iPad 2 front glass screen… I had called 4 places!
When I arrived they were super friendly and helpful, and let me know it will be done soon. Less than 45 minutes later they were calling my phone letting me know it was already finished!

Ironically found this place via Unilocal & positive reviews. I unfortunately didn’t get as lucky as these other reviewers:
My phone screen conveniently stopped working correctly shortly after the «warrant period» and after being replaced has a weird discoloration.
I also had my computer screen replaced here, which again after the warranty period, is now lifting and will need to be re-​adhered.
One star for great customer service but maybe the «speedy» replacements are creating a lack of quality in the long term. Consider going elsewhere if you want screens that will last a while.

Siri took a leap of faith out of my pocket and the floor betrayed her. I brought her to these guys on my lunch break expecting to have to come back after work to pick her up but the repair was completed in about 20 minutes. I broke my phone late last night and a decided to Unilocal nearby phone repair places while I was at work. Saw the amazing reviews of this place and decided to go in. I went in on my lunch break and made it back to work in time. It took about 20 – 25 minutes for the actual repair. The main reason I decided to bring my phone here is bc of the price. Much cheaper than other places I’ve called and they even gave me a free tempered glass screen cover. Love their work!!!

Great service. I am a house foreign exchange students, and one of my students dropped his phone and cracked his screen. My poor student was distraught given that he flies back home on Sunday. Thus, time was of the essence. I called ITX and was quoted $ 69 for the repair and told I would be fixed in an hour and a half. That was music to my ears, given that most places required I leave the phone for a day or two. Great service. Fast and efficient.

I came all the way from East Los Angeles just for their service. They fixed my boys broken 4^th gen Ipod Touch glass, my girlfriends iphone 5c LCD screen, and my own Ipod nano 6^th gen’s power button (I called around, no else in the biz even touchs the 6^th gen’s any more) All in less than an hour, 3 devices! Not to mention they threw in a free screen protector and they got the cutest friendliest akita puppy in their super professional, high tech shop… Definitely recommend ‘em to any one… Sam (the owner) is my boy from now on!

So just like anybody else my daughter accidentaly broke her tablet. The front screen was completely smashed and you could actually feel the glass. Gave these guys a call and they gave me a firm price. I arrive at their shop and the gentleman at the counter checks out the tablet. Lets me know exactly what they are going to do and that it will be about 2 hours. I said «no rush» walked out with my ticket in hand.
Get a call maybe 1 hour later that the tablet is ready. I get there and it looks brand new. Now, I left the memory card in and it was still there. Nothing had been changed in the setting or anything. They just fixed it and that’s it. Amazing turn around time and service.
I did call one other place to see how much it would be. They told me the same price, but then when I called back to schedule an appointment they didn’t have the part. I’m glad I went to ITECH Xpress. These guys definitely take care of their customers.

I’ve been here a few times now, and have been satisfied with the results.
Every time was for software problems that were beyond me. These guys can get your electronic device back up and running, no matter what gemlins they might have. If they can’t fix it in house, they know someone who can, and the solution is just a few keyboard ticks away.
I’m not sure if this is the best place for hardware problems, as I’ve never brought one in for that, but these guys know their way around software obstacles.

I dropped my Samsung Galaxy S6 and shattered the screen. Most places would charge $ 250 which is too much.
I found this place that has good reviews although far from my home and they had the parts available unlike most other places and would charge more reasonable price $ 180.
I went there and they fixed it within 90 minutes. Great customer service. Definitely worth the trip.
