Smart Fix

I had a great experience with Smart Fix. They’ve fixed my ipad and iphone. I’ve dropped my iphone once again a week after it was fixed by them. I brought it back to them and they were extremely helpful with the pricing. Isn’t it awesome? They didn’t even need to do that since it’s totally my mistake that I’ve dropped it AGAIN!!! Both my iphone and ipad look like they are brand new. Nice job you guys!

I barely post a review on Unilocal and usually feel lazy to do that. However I do wanna say thank you to these guys. I took my iphone 2 other stores. One of them completely messed it up. After screen replacement, my camera was not working. Then I got it to back and they re installed my cracked screen. The other repair store wanted to abuse and overcharge me… Thank God there are still honest people like here… The smart fix guy was so polite and fixed with no extra charge. Definetely recommend all my friends (hoping never break my screen again) God Bless

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I usually don’t leave reviews to begin with but I want to warn people not to waste their money here! I brought my iPhone in for a quick screen fix and they not only proceeded to charge me almost $ 150 for it but they BROKE my home button which I can no longer replace. I go to see them to see what I can do, they proceed to have me come back TWICE, which is already out of the way for me. But then when they said they would call me to help me fix it (a refund is apparently out of the question despite the fact my phone is now WORSE off), they not only don’t do what they said they would do but won’t even return my calls. This place is a scam. It’s a waste of money.

They have quick and reliable !! I have replaced many iPhone screen and iPad with them ! Never have any problem! And they usually fixed it within 15 minutes !! And they are cheaper compared to other places !! TOTALLY RECOMMENDED!

IF i can give a negative rating i would. This place is completely unprofessional and are a bunch of scammers.
I took my iphone 6s plus to get my screen replaced because it was cracked. After the guy «fixes» it the touch id didnt work so he did something in his booth to «fix» the issue. About 4 days later my touch id stops working and i have to drive all the way back.
This time its a different guy i tell him what happened and he takes my phone apart messes around with it while looking completely annoyed and hating his job tells me yea its the screen. Please pretend to look like you enjoy helping customers. Okay i said what can you do he then tells me we do not have the screens come back next week. Well that is just great because i am leaving the country and i need my phone. He tells me this screen has 3 month warranty and to come back because they are not available right now. He just brushed me off and when i asked him can i get a name or some sort of proof i came here to talk about this he tells me «dont worry».
Well. i am fucking worried because you seem so damn sketchy and i PAID $ 190 for this shit screen that you cant even fix properly. How the hell can they not offer me a refund or anything else and just tell me to come back? Come back and swap screens so i can keep having this dam issue? I see the other reviews and clearly im not the only one that had to come back but please do not look irritated when you are the ones giving us shit service.

I shattered my phone screen a couple of weeks ago. I went here for a quick fix. I will give them credit that it was definitely quick! He had my phone good as new within 10 minutes! Very impressive! However, I noticed about 5 days later, the screen started coming off of my phone… I definitely expected more from a $ 99 repair! So I took it back and the guy fixed it without charge thanks to the warranty. However, here I am again, about another week later and the screen is detaching AGAIN. Probably going to go somewhere else at this point, it’s getting to be too much of a hassle with this place. Just going to the Apple store probably would’ve been a better investment in the long run. Additionally, the man who helped me on both occasions was a bit passive aggressive and relentless when I wasn’t buying into other accessories he was trying to sell which was pretty irritating.

I broke my phone the other day and I brought it here. The staff is great and professional, they fixed my phone in less than an hour and they did a really great job! Really recommended!

They are the best in the mall. I took my broken ipad and iphone 6s to Emil & Kurt and they fixed my devices in 1 hour. Amazing service and price!!! They have 2 locations in the mall so if one of them are busy with work, you can go and try the other one. They are located by food court and by swaroski.

I’m very satisfied with Amil the guy who fixed my phone I’m happy with his work very professional… he was super helpful and patien I only waited for 30min price was very reasonable. I had a broken power button on my iPhone that they fixed in less than 30 minutes! These guys are fast, professional and very reasonable.

I needed to get the port of my phone fixed, and they didn’t have the part so they said they would call me when the part came in. They said they would have the part by Tuesday so I waited but didn’t get a call. Then I called Wednesday night and they said they had the part and was waiting for me to bring my phone in.
A bit upset at the professionalism, I came in and my phone was fixed in around 20 minutes. When I got home I realized that there was a crack where they took my phone apart. The crack wasn’t noticeable at first because it looked like a straight line, and I chose not to complain because I had a feeling they would deny having any part in it.
Go here for an simple fix, they’re cheaper than most places. However make sure you check you’re phone is in good shape before you leave.

My iPhone 6s screen got cracked. I showed the gentleman at the kiosk at the Santa Anita mall my phone. He took a look at it, and quoted me 89.99 to repair the cracked screen. When I came back 20 minutes later, my phone was fixed, but he said that he had made a mistake and has to charge me $ 150 plus tax!!! When I told him I didn’t have that much money and that he had quoted me a different price, he rudely said, «well I can just put your broken screen back on», After a 20 minute discussion, he agreed to do it for 129.99 & he claimed that he didn’t know it was an iPhone 6“S” and that it’s different, «more expensive“parts (which I know is a lie). On top of everything ‚!he claimed that I needed a new phone case because my case wouldn’t «work» with the new screen. I put my phone case on right in front of him with no problems. BEWARE !! THIS PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF!

I went here to get my phone screen replaced not cause it was cracked but it was broken on the inside. So I asked how much it would cost he said it’s $ 89. I was wondering why it’s $ 89 when the other review said his/​hers was $ 85. I wish they could’ve told me why the price is like that. There’s a scratch inside the screen which isn’t bad but I mean I paid almost a hundred bucks, I deserve better. The service was quick so it was okay. I only waited for like 15 mins. I just feel bad about the price. I wish I could’ve gone somewhere else to have it fixed if I wasn’t in such a hurry to have it done.

Service was fast! It only took about 10 minutes to replace my iPhone 6 screen. The guy also said there is a 6 month warranty on the repair. My phone looks as good as new!

Very bad service I replaced my screen for 85 bucks and 3 days later it’s damaged and all the screen horizontal and vertical lines I came back and they refused to fix for me instead they want 75 more dollars to replace. Don’t use their service go do it somewhere else better for you. Worst customer service and screens are damaged already.

Way to go. Friendly, efficient service, right price, quality material. Great communication skills with customers from beginning the end. I found them through friend. I am definitely suggesting their service to anyone who is in need for it.

These guys have a high rating for a reason! Thought they would be shady but instead got great, honest service. Needed iPad and iPhone screens changed and it was done in 1 hour for both. Recommended by me.

This is the worst place to ever get your screen fixed ! The glass is so thick! It does not even match the iPhone screen. Right after my screen was fixed, the sides were still sticking out and popping out. Bottom line, don’t get your screen fixed here.

All I can say is wow! This place is amazing! I had a very badly damaged screen on my iphone 6+ after dropping it while playing basketball. I went to several different repair shops but they either could not help me or the price was way too high. Since arcadia mall isn’t too far from my house I decided to see if there were any repair places here, and low and behold there are! Kurt had my 6+ back to like new condition in just over 30 minutes! His price was much lower than the other stores as well. If you’re looking for a friendly and fast repair shop, look no further.

I had my iPhone 5s battery replaced. Kurt was very friendly and the service was super fast. We’re so pleased with his work, we’re coming back to get our iPad fixed. We searched around and these were the best prices. A big bonus is you can shop or eat while you get your device fixed!

This is THE place to go to so you can get your electronics fixed! When I go here I am always satisfied with the customer service, prices, and reliability. They are very fast, I went to get out iPad fixed (the glass was broken!) and it took only about 40 minutes. They are honest & trustworthy and I can rely on them to hang on to my electronics while I shop. The people are super friendly too! NOTE: THIS IS A KIOSK!

Great problem solving skills, customer service and reasonable pricing. I first attempted to fix my Iphone at home to save a few bucks; big mistake! I caused more damage than good. After shopping around for the best value, I ended-​up at Smart Fix who indeed beat the competition. Kurt was able to fix my Iphone and didn’t charge me extra for ruining the display. He was quick and allowed me to observe the repair. This helped me feel more at ease. I highly recommend Smart Fix!

Took my broken iphone 6 i got charged less than everyone in that mall. At first i wanted to do it myself after i found it very difficult i took it there. Guy was very nice and helpful. i highly recommend this place .i even took it back and at no charge he changed the screen again since the previous 1 was acting up.

The guy here gave me a great deal to fix my cracked screen on my iPhone 6! Best deal in the mall. He asked to see my phone damage before quoting me a set price unlike other places. The thing that made me give this place a five star rating was the customer service. Anyone who has ever tried changing a phone screen before knows how tedious and difficult it could be. Any little thing could cause the phone to glitch. There’s always a chance of something not working, but it’s good to know that if anything goes wrong, they take care of the problem right away. The guy was super friendly and helpful!

The WORST customer service I have ever gotten. The man was so rude and when he fixed my barely cracked screen he didn’t instal it correctly and sure enough I had to go back because my screen no longer was responsive
He seemed as though I was causing him a great deal of stress by coming back and put in a new screen while rolling his eyes.
I would not recommend going to this place.
