Jeremi is a truly caring and gifted yoga instructor. His classes are sincere, his movement is organic, and he attentively creates a playful and spacious atmosphere. His students feel safe, challenged and really cared for. Jeremi lives his yoga, and walks through this world as a teacher with an open heart, making himself available to his students in the best way– as a kind, experienced guide, and a wise friend. He’s one not to miss!

Jeremi ROCKS! I was fortunate enough to have Jeremi as my mentor for my own yoga teacher training. I also have taken several of his classes. Jeremi is fantastic and has taught me so much about the deep practice of yoga. He has a deep understanding of the poses, is very thoughtful about his sequences, has a great understanding and reason for everything that he does, makes his teaching personal, pays lots of attention to his students, teaches the philosophies of yoga and makes the entire process valuable and fun. He always does everything with a clear purpose and a goal while at the same time making the experience joyful and fun…
Jeremi is fun, playful, thoughtful and a WISE teacher. I learned so much from him that I now incorporate even in my personal life. He is a fantastic person and a very spiritual being who is wonderful to be around, whether its yoga or just bumping into him on the streets — always has a fantastic smile on his face.
I strongly recommend taking his classes, taking personalized 1 – 1 sessions or hoping he is your mentor if you do teacher training at Lotus.

I’ve taken yoga classes with Jeremi at Laughing Lotus and really appreciate the unique combination of challenge and peace — which is tough to find. Often times I’m bored with an easy class or just want to run for the door because my legs are BURNING, but never with Jeremi. I’ve really enjoyed Jeremi’s Yoga classes at the Yoga Tree on Stanyan. His class is challenging, a good work out, thought provoking, and just the right amount on the spiritual side. What is different about Jeremi is that he doesn’t talk the entire class, which is refreshing as it allows me to concentrate on my breathing and my «shapes». Jeremi also takes the time to learn everyones name which is a nice touch.

Jeremi is an excellent instructor and a great guy. I have been taking classes and learning with him for more than a year. He is constantly challenging me to work on my growth edge and grow as a yogi and individual. I appreciate his support and congenial disposition. He makes the class and students feel welcome and takes time will all of his students, new to the class, and ones he sees regularly.
I appreciate his approach to teaching and mentoring. I recently took the Laughing Lotus Teacher Training 200hour and Jeremi was my mentor. He took the learning experience to the next level and created space for me to grow on and off the mat. His support, encouragement and devotion was a catalyst to an excellent training experience. Jeremi’s presence, both as a human spirit and yoga teacher, is an extraordinary blend of gentleness, humor, challenge and realness! His emphasis on «showing up» to the yoga mat in whatever way feels natural for his students is something I’ve particularly appreciated in all of his classes at the Laughing Lotus. His approach to teaching feels accessible, as much as he himself is approachable. He brings to each of his classes his own humanness and vulnerability, in a way that is useful and doesn’t compromise his role as a teacher. He creates space for falling, celebrating mistakes, and welcoming growth that comes out of embracing imperfections! I’m eternally grateful to have him as a teacher!

Jeremi is a wise, witty and inspiring yoga instructor. He is very supportive and creative in his classes and made me feel very welcome even though I was new to Laughing Lotus. It was like I had come home to visit long lost relatives and they didn’t bat an eye when then opened the door. The class was a bit on the challenging side and that was exactly what I was looking for! His vinyasa flow energized my body, soothed my spirit and allowed my monkey mind to take a banana break!

Yoga with Jeremi is amazing! He not only instructs you well, but his presence and guided attention to you, allows for the natural relaxation to enter your body and mind. you will sweat and work harder than before (if you wish of course), especially in the private setting. he brings out the confidence in you and you will walk away feeling great, feeling powerful.

Jeremi has a great way of leading a class. It comes very natural to him. His voice has a command to it, in a very loving way. Its almost like a flow. Being a Yoga teacher myself, I can say, he really puts in a lot of effort in preparing for his class and his sequence. You feel good about yourself after walking out of his class. Jeremi is very thorough in his teaching and in his way of being. I recommend everyone take his class at least once. Its an amazing experience.

Jeremi oozes charisma and positive energy — something I think you either possess or not. In addition, he learns his craft from one of the most respected yoga certification programs in town — the laughing lotus yoga school in the mission, where Jeremi continues to deepen his practice. A caring guy with heartfelt teaching and gifted hands-​on adjustments; you will love being safely lead thru a yoga practice with him. It also doesn’t hurt that he is a handsome dude ;) but don’t tell him that!

To start off: I’ve been an endurance athlete for 10 years (swimming and triathlons), and I’ve been to my share of gym and aerobic classes. I know a great instructor when I see one.
Jeremi is above all else a professional. He relates underlying theory and fundamentals to everything he practices. I felt very taken care of from the warm up, through the handstand (tougher than I thought!), and all the way into the warm down. He tailored the Yoga to my specific needs and abilities. The only issue I had was that 1.5 hours wasn’t enough!
