Wedding Enchantment Photo Studio

UPDATE: 8÷23÷2011 I am sad because they still haven’t got my pictures and everything ready. I followed up a few times now and apparently, they didn’t give all the files to the lab for processing. I called the photographer myself to make the appropriate adjustment.
Downgrading from 4 stars to 3 stars. I will update again when I receive my album.
I recently did my engagement photoshoot with W.E. I was quite nervous at first because I found out the photographer we requested no longer work there. So, I was like «Uh — O» and they also changed their make-​up artist.
But, everything was fine. My fiancé and I had a great time! Their service was good. Irene was friendly and very helpful. Jannette did my makeup and my fiancé loves it! As for the photographer, we used Bill and he was very nice and detail. He taught us how to pose and he was very funny and made us laugh the whole time. It was just a good experience! I haven’t seen the pictures and album yet so that is why I gave only four stars. I will come back and update you when I receive my album and after my wedding day!
The only thing I think they can improve on is the variety on the backdrops. I thought the selection was a bit limited. Also, I wish they carried some make-​up for sensitive skin brides. Unfortunately, I have very sensitive skin and could only use oil-​free products. But, that’s ok, Jannette still made me look pretty!
They are also very professional and don’t ask for tips. But, feel free to tip them on the wedding day, especially if you plan to do the makeup at the studio. They do charge you extra for coming to your house ($ 150) and according to my friends and some forum posting, usually if you pay them to come, you don’t need to tip them. But, I would definitely tip my photographer on my wedding day if he does a good job!

I was unfortunately out of the country when my friends got married and couldn’t attend myself, but they had hired Wedding Enchantment to do the photography, and the album they showed me when I got back was amazing! I’d definitely recommend Wedding Enchantment to anyone who wants to capture their wedding memories and to share them with friends and loved ones who aren’t able to attend.

As an outside observer I couldn’t see a flaw in anything they did for my friends that got Married…
everything was beautiful and amazing!
If I’m in San Francisco when I get married some day I’ll be using them!

Wedding Enchantment Photo Studio is a perfect place to go. The price are reasonable. They have the stuff that I want. I have couple of friends have hirer her for the make up & hair style“Janette”. Last year I have a friend refer her to me. Then on bridal shower of my god sister we hirer her to help us to do the make up & hair style. She was great. We have like 5 girls, she help all of us to the make up & hair and we all love it so much. Then my god sister wedding day she hirer“Janette” to help her do the wedding make up & hair style. So I will hirer her to help me on my wedding for sure. I will refer to my friend for sure. Even my fiancé say that her make up & hair was great after he see the pictures that we took @ the bridal shower.

It sounds like there is one group out there that had a bad experience but don’t let them put you off of wedding enchantment. This place gives you professional service and great quality photos. My friends’ wedding went off without a hitch and they couldn’t be happier with their experience. The staff was friendly and sincere from beginning to end, and they delivered exactly as promised. My friends now have their pictures framed and hung all over their place! (really guys, if you’re reading this do you need that many displayed? :) Anyway, I don’t post many reviews but you won’t go wrong with Raymond, Candy and the bunch…

Be AWARE. This place is a scam. If you want a lawsuit right before your wedding, definitely go for this place. They over promise everything. Once you pay, it’s 180 degree change. Even everything written down, it useless. They were like, yea, we cannot keep our promise. If you want to suit us, go for it. If it’s not my wedding coming up, I will definitely suit them.
WEDDING DRESS: My package cover wedding dress, suit, and etc. First, they promise if I cannot find a wedding dress within their store, they would custom make it for me. All I need to do is to bring them the a sample picture from magazine. When I bring in the pictures, they were like this style is too many layers, too complicated; and the other style uses too many accessory. You need to pay more in additional to the package so we can custom make it for you. Or else you can pick whatever is already in our store. I was so piss off that I brought my wedding dress else where.
PHOTOGRAPHER: I booked Raymond as my photographer, and it’s written in my contract. A few months before my wedding, they told me Raymond cannot do it. They will give me their second best photographer. What can I say? What’s the purpose of signing a contract???
WEDDING PHOTO: The photographer called William. He’s nice and really knows the angle and pose about taking wedding pics. We were satisfy on our wedding day. However, after the wedding, they told me their wedding photo NEVER INCLUDE TOUCH UP, unless it’s engagement pictures, something that I didn’t know before my wedding. If you are not a girl with perfect skin, and got some pores, you are dead. The colors of the photos are flat. They are no better than a regular camera or an IPhone.
WEDDING BOOKS: The wedding book they show you while you made your down payment, they are gone. They told me that they no longer use those. You only can stick with what we have. Also, once you pick your 40 pictures, you do not have a choice of where to put them within the photo book. If you want to make changes before they send it out to publish, $ 50 per page.
DON’T trust their photos on the wall or frames. There are tons of wedding photo samples can be brought in China. It’s not necessary taken by them.
I am so glad that I had a second photographer from another company. Basically I have 1 set of photo books that I would show everybody, and another set that’s wasted my $$$$, and sitting inside the cabinet.
Yea, I had Irene and Candy serve me. They seems to be super nice, but that is before you paying your $$$$. These people are so FAKE.
OVERALL, CHEAP QUALITY and BAD SERVICE.

I had gotten both my engagement photos and wedding day ceremony/​reception photos done here. After checking out 3 different photography places, wedding enchantment was the one to choose. The pricing was just right and the pictures are good quality. The photographer we had specifically chosen is named Raymond. He is (what i call him) the head photographer. He is very professional and good at what he does. If you come to wedding enchantment, Raymond is the one to request to take any pictures on your special day.
I have yet to go visit wedding enchantment to view the rest of my wedding day pictures. I cant wait to see how they turned out… ill be looking at over 1000’s of photos and memories =)
