usually if you asked for it to be delivered to the conceirge, you get your clothes a day before they say it will be ready.

Dry cleaning could not be much more convenient. Drop it off on the way to work, pick it up on the way home. You obviously pay a bit more because of that, but convenience is key. Anyone really want to lug dry cleaning home on bart or try to find parking as they pick it up somewhere else?

Of course there’s no plant on site, but I haven’t had any problems. Except that they like to write on the inside of your laundry instead of adding tags of their own. WTF? Are you my mom and just want to add my name just in case? But it’s not their fault, probably the plant that they use. Granted it’s not something people will see, but still. It’s the idea.
They also do some tailoring which has been pretty good. I can sew a button and all, but no way am I going to try and hem something. Daisy will also work with your schedule in case you need something done quick. They arrange cleaning service for your apt, but I’ve never used it.
