Jeremy holds his certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a certified personal trainer as well as completing the advanced Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) course. He is also certified as a coach though the USA Weightlifting Association specializing in Olympic style lifts as well as attaining two kettlebell certifications; one through the prestigious American Kettlebell Club and one through Kettlebell Concepts.

Jeremy has been featured as one of the top 10 trainers in the nation by Woman’s Health magazine, was named Trainer of the Year by 7X7 magazine and has also been featured in the Daily Candy. In addition, he was recognized as a Champion Trainer through his certification board, the NASM. He is a frequent contributing writer to fitness articles in FITNESS, SHAPE and SELF magazine as well as msn​.com and fit​bie​.com.
