I have an affinity for both new high-​density San Francisco dwellings in neighborhoods such as South beach, Rincon Hill, Mission Bay, Alamo Square/​NOPA, Van Ness Corridor and Union Square and older, architectural gems in neighborhoods throughout San Francisco such as Russian Hill, Cole Valley, Hayes Valley, Mission/​Dolores, Potrero Hill and Upper/​Lower Haight.

Aside from a genuine passion for real estate and San Francisco, I understand distinctive representation and work endlessly to make buying or selling as smooth as possible.

History

Established in 2002.

Originally from the Midwest, my love affair with San Francisco began in the late nineties when I worked with Americorps in the Presidio. My real estate career began in 2002 working with developers and new construction communities. I have since helped both purchasers and sellers through hundreds of successful transactions and continued as a top producer with large brokerages. Later, I co-​founded Climb Real Estate Group and serve as the Managing Broker.

Business Owner

Growing up with a father who owned and operated a construction business, I understand the importance of quality construction. This knowledge has helped my clients with tough decisions and with hundreds of walk-​throughs and punch lists.

I believe good design is paramount which I have formally studied at Rhode Island School of Design and through interior architecture courses at UC Berkeley. My undergraduate degree is from Purdue University and my financial and marketing background are put to good use through investment purchases for my clients and home selling strategies.
