I can’t rave about Sophia enough! She was instrumental in getting me the exact place I wanted: even more impressive considering that it was my first bid on a home ever — in a hot market with ridiculously low supply — and yet she knew exactly what it took to thread the needle just right and I was signing closing papers 21 days later.
My partner and I met Sophia seven months prior, but we weren’t ready to buy at the time. Even though we were «just browsing,» she continued to give us great leads on pre-​market places and show us a variety of great properties. Also, despite the fact that I’m super picky, take forever to make decisions, and ask a million questions about extreme minutiae, she always gave us amazing service with immaculate patience and there was never a hint of pressure.
When we finally saw a property come on the market that was the right «everything» at the right price, she was extremely savvy in helping us get the offer terms just right to seal the deal. We ended up bidding at exactly (not over) the price the owner wanted to see, and her contingency terms were just aggressive enough to seal the deal (but still be completely feasible for a first-​time homebuyer — with financing — like me).
Finally, as any homeowner knows, the escrow process is stressful and bewildering, but Sophia has Zen-​like sense of calm and a razor-​sharp attention to detail. She quickly found subtle errors in the title report and various paperwork from the seller; she also whipped all of the various 3^rd parties in line and deftly arranged all of the myriad inspections, documents, etc. And, of course, all of this has to happen very fast and very accurately and she did a phenomenal job. As you can tell from all of the superlatives, I can’t believe how lucky I was to find someone so on the ball and talented helping me through the process.
Sophia is great. I’d recommend her without reservation to any of my friends looking to buy a home.
