I really wanted to write a review for this place because of the impeccable service I received and I think that it needs more reviews for others to give it a go.
There are a couple of things that you should know though because there are some things you wouldn’t know just by looking at the website.
Appointment: I had no problems making an appointment through the phone. They confirmed my contact details and I received an email and text message promptly. I also got a reminder text a couple of hours before the appointment. Thumbs up for that.
Location: Blink and you might miss it because it’s nestled between some drab looking businesses and you wouldn’t expect it to be there. It looks like the one clean/​bright business on the block.
Space: Okay so the space is really small! I actually thought it would be much bigger but it was reception/​display/​facial area all in one. Doesn’t matter though, for privacy they lock the door and pull down the blinds and it’s really really clean!
Service: I got my eyelashes done and here’s where I had a bit of an issue. I think the lashes were actually a lot thinner than I’m used to so even though I got 100 lashes per eye it wasn’t as dramatic as I had hoped. They have a 200/​eye option which I might try out next time. Natasha was warm, precise and did a good job but I’m not sure that the lashes were suited for me. If you have naturally lush lashes you should definitely give it a go, my puny straight Asian lashes need a bit more oomph.

I really needed a beauty boost and wanted my lashes done… so I decided to check out Sutro and was thankfully able to see Natasha who was really nice and kind and super pretty !! Which I love! The place is very clean and chic and has great face products in general and they do lots of different betterment in there. However were my lashes are looking fabulous! I left it up to her which lashes to do and all I can say is these lashes they are making my baby blue/​greens stand out! I love that these lashes just complete my look! They look so natural and perfect. I am definitely going to see her again because once you find something great. Hey why change it ! Book your appt with Natasha and prepare to love it thank me later

I booked my appointment on sutro labs website on Friday afternoon for a 10am microdermabrasion on that coming Sunday. I Received a confirmation text from the companies 3^rd party service and an email confirming my 10am appointment on Sunday. Saturday night at 8:30pm I receive a text from them notifying me that my appointment has been rescheduled to 2pm. No one called me to explain why they were changing my appointment just a text from their 3^rd party. So I went to the link they provided in the text to try and reschedule to an earlier time and they show on their website that there are multiple openings including 10am (my original appt time). I book for 11:30, receive a confirmation text and email again and 30 min later I get a new text stating they have rescheduled me for 2pm. At this point I called the number on their website and explain this to the gentleman that answered. He proceeds to tell me that their website is a computer and the times have not been updated. I mentioned that I would be leaving a bad review on Unilocal and he did not seem to care at all.
Long story short I was originally excited to try this new company out especially since I am getting married in a few days. If you want an apt call them as apparently their website and the gentleman that I spoke with are unreliable.

I was long overdue for a facial and Sutro Labs took care of me. The shop was cute and my facial was pleasant.

Valeria was awesome! At first, I was kind of nervous because it’s my first time getting a facial. I had always wanted to try this to keep my skin healthy. I learned so much from Valeria she explained to me the whole process and what to use and what not to use for my skin. After the treatment my face felt much smoother and looks more clear and healthy. I’m happy with my result and the service. I loved the oils that I got from them. It smells great! I will definitely come back in a few weeks for my next appointment. Thanks again sutro lab everything about this place is great! :)

This is my second visit and I’ve already seen wonderful results. Valeria is wonderful! She is passionate about ensuring clients understand the process and how to get the most from their own products or those purchased from Sutro Lab.

Valerie is amazing. I go to her for facials, as well as brow waxing. In all the services she provides she displays her extensive knowledge of skincare as well as her attention to detail. She goes out of her way to understand a client’s needs and is great at providing personalized recommendations on how to maintain healthy skin in addition to regular spa services. I’ve seen my skin clear up significantly since I started using the products she recommended to me, and I’m excited to try the sqalane serum she suggested during my most recent visit. I would highly recommend going to Valerie at Sutro Labs!

I’ve been a skin spa goer for quiet few years. And not only here in the US, but also in Europe. I’m really spoiled and know what to expect from each procedure. It’s very hard to find a good esthetician with great hands. I don’t have problematic skin, that’s why it’s not always easy to see the results. I do facials just to age beautifully and keep my skin radiant.
When I first got a treatment from Valerie, I was blown away. What an experience!
She was extremely competent, thoughtful and professional and I felt that she really cared about me personally.
Valerie actually has a medical degree from Ukraine. So she really knows everything behind the skin products and knows exactly how our skin cells work. I felt very comfortable and safe under her care.
I tried with her a microderm procedure and also a LED mask. The results are far beyond my expectations! Her facial massage is a heaven on earth! Wonderfully relaxing!
I trust Valerie completely and have recommended her to several friends.

I recently came here for a gentlemen’s facial. At first I was a bit skeptical but Valerie really changed my whole perception about these kinds of treatments. She is really very very good! I felt like a newborn and that doesn’t happen very often.

I have gotten two facials at Sutro Labs now and I love this place. Dr Val is awesome. She’s so informative and is helping me treat my terrible acne. I have more acne now in my late twenties than I’ve ever had and it’s embarrassing. She taught me that it’s hormonal likely due to my birth control methods and is helping me keep it under control. She also informed me my old methods of soaps and harsh scrubs were doing more damage to my sensitive skin than helping.
The whole experience was great. Soothing and enjoyable atmosphere. And after my facial I was sent home with products customized to my skin to help upkeep in between facials. It’s been two weeks since my last treatment and my skin feels amazing is the clearest it’s been in years. So glad Sutro Labs moved into my neighborhood!

Friendly helpful staff. I purchased an atomizer and love it. Also picked up some essential oils for my skin. Love this stuff…

Awesome products with great service! Go during the promotions to get a discount on the products and get a free massage with their oils! Definitely try on the LED masks! They are so rejuvenating. I got the atomizer that comes with three different solutions that you choose. Love the products, service, and the atmosphere!
