I have been ordering through eat24 from this place for over 2 years now, and each delivery has been FLAWLESS. The longest I waited was 30min. Food was always warm.
Beyond top notch service I really like that their pizzas are not too greasy yet flavorful.

The worst delivery I’ve ever had. Cold food. Stale bread. Deceptive photos. Delivery man demanded a cash tip vs. a card tip. Do not waste your money.

AWFUL service.
They will give an 1 hour estimate and take like 3 hours to delivery your pizza. If manage you call then (good luck trying), they will say «super busy». Bullshit pizza and bullshit customer service.

Delicious pizza, always hot and fresh! Thin crust and flavorful sauce. My favorite is the Hawaiian. Family business, me and my boyfriend are definitely regulars.

Visiting S.F. and did a night of «pizza by the slice» at three different establishments. None of them was better than Domino’s (or Little Ceasar’s, Round Table, or the like)…in fact, I’d give each of those chain establishments a 3.5. So, if you don’t like those, you’ll be even more disappointed than I was by these locally owned pizza places.
All three rated only 3 stars, but each for different reasons. Bellissimo’s slice went in the oven for a bit, but still came out a bit underwhelming. I’d read the review that said the dough/​crust was «spongy», so I had pretty low expectations. I didn’t find the dough to be spongy, but the bottom had a slightly crunchy texture… perhaps from going back in the oven, but unlike other reheated pizzas I’ve had.
However, the cheese and toppings went closer to the edge, so not as much crust to deal with… and it tasted good enough. But, still, not better than Domino’s, et. al.

Solid pizza.
Love the California Special. It’s so good. The typical cheese and pepperoni are tasty as well. Tomato sauce is good and the pizza dough is nice and soft. Good service as well, the guys there are friendly.
It’s a little pricey, but the taste is worthwhile. Also they’re open late, so if you’re hungry then it’s a good spot to get some grub.

Lovely.
Translated:
Transferred: Baked white meat chicken pieces, melted parmesan, homemade marinara sauce and homemade focaccia. Grilled in the kitchen. Delivered to my mouth. Delicious success.
For $ 8 plus tax and deserved tip you get all this plus additional mozzarella or provolone come standard. Parmesan alone makes it great. More cheese just might make it brilliant.
Gentleman taking orders and making food was friendly and focused on his craft. He was also by himself which made the entire operation that much more impressive.
Love giving four stars.

This place is great when you’ve been at ace’s down the street too long and just need to grab a slice to go. I enjoy the spinach pesto. I wouldn’t really done in here as it’s more of delivery or to go here with no servers or much of a seating area. It’s not fancy super gourmet pizza but it’s good and gets the job done!

Super FAST and DELICIOUS! Our office was in a tough spot. Our happy hour catering fell through, literally last minute. Bellissimo took care of us with 16 delicious pizzas. We were a happy and well fed bunch last night. Thanks so much!

If you want consistent tasting pizza, I would not recommend this place. I’ve ordered cheese pizza multiple times from Bellissimo, and they somehow have managed to make it taste completely different every time. A few weeks ago, I purchased a few cheese slices and they tasted great: different from all the other similarly priced pizza places around town (a bit crispier), but had a perfect balance of sauce and cheese. In my most recent order, the pizza had a strange texture and little to no sauce — I could hardly finish a slice because it made me gag. It was like eating layers of funky tasting cheese on a crust that was too thick to be thin-​crust, but too thin to be a normal crust. Not doughy at all like pizzas from other pizza places. I can only compare it to the cafeteria pizza I was served in high school… yikes. Won’t be ordering from here again.

i have been a customer of bellissimo since the day they opened and the pizza is excellent but they must have a new owner.
i went in to order a pizza and the price they wanted to charge me was 20% higher than the price on their menu board.
when i pointed this out the manager informed me the posted prices meant nothing they were not valid.
they could charge whatever they wanted.
this is called bait and switch and is illegal.
be aware of this if you order pizza from this restaurant.

This pizza is the best ever for me and my kids. We enjoy it any time especially when we are out. My kids they love cheese pizza, for me I love it all because I have tried every topic including the salad, sandwiches, chicken wings emm emmm emmmm emmm. their high score of inspection makes me feel more comfortable also their friendly customer service with me and the kids.

I stop by this place at least 4 times a week. It’s a good, tasty and yummy pizza. My favorite is the grecko, but I recently fall in love with their california slice. I love that they are pork free pizza. It’s all beef or turkey meat. I crossed their kitchen few times to use their bathroom. The kitchen looks decent and clean. Too bad they don’t deliver to Oakland, since we don’t live in the city anymore.
Price wise, their prices are really reasonable.
About the staff, they usually very friendly and cheerful, although I believe everyone could have a bad moment, especially on busy time.
Bellissimo has been our favorite and we will continue beeing loyal.

talking about a bad pizza place… this must have the worst service in san francisco.
I call to place an order and this guy picks up the phone and asks me what i want but i couldnt understand what he is talking about. So i look past that and just slowly talk and order my food… its an hour past and i call them and ask them where my pizza is and this guy tells me the driver is 10 mins away. its 10 mins, i call them and they just told me to wait. How bad is that!!!
I live a block away and i cant leave my house cus i have a broken leg. thats y i didnt walk downstairs to get some better food. I will def never order from here again. smh. i hate this place.

When not ordering by the slice getting a whole pizza will be made fresh for you. Yup it all started with a ball of dough!
We ordered a 14″ medium Garlic Chicken Pesto Pizza… is listed on one of their specialties. This pie meshed well, I like it fresh and we got that. No greasy stuff, thank gawd. Pesto swirled, amazing! Chicken with the garlic tasted well.
We asked for extra grated cheese and crushed peppers to go, then we were told that we have those extras inside the pizza box, only to find one packet of cheese and one packet of crushed peppers?!? dang you suck.
Overall we enjoyed our pizza and when you finish a medium pie for two within an hour, its good. If you are looking for fancy gourmet styles go elsewhere. This place is like many city New Yorker pizza joints.
QUICK TIP OF THE DAY: When drunken from a club or a bar? buy a quicky slice good or bad you wouldn’t notice the difference but you will always say to yourself… man, that was good I’m getting sober now.
