Sprint Store

I finally went back to this Sprint Store after about a year hiatus and was pleasantly surprised! I had a few questions about switching from a regular to a business plan. My sales rep. Corbin was a wealth of information and helped me optimize my plan. If you go to this Sprint make sure you look for him. I will go here from now on for their amazing service and convenience.(The parking lot makes life a breeze;)

I came in to start a service with sprint and CorbinB has been nothing but great help. He is very knowledgable. There were no questions I had that went unanswered. I left the store with my new toys and I am 1000% satisfied!

Unfortunately no amount of bad reviews will make Sprint change, but the girl who sold me my next contract didn’t listen to *anything* I told her and couldn’t answer half of my questions. She went so far to ask if I was spoiled, to which I responded, «No, I haven’t received financial assistance from my parents since I was 16.» When I asked questions she couldn’t answer, she bugged her eyes out and said she’d never had a customer ask so many questions. I feel bad for her because she clearly is not ready to be on the floor talking to customers, and her boss hasn’t prepared her properly. I basically argued with her for 15 minutes before her boss took over, and I now pay $ 120/​month to walk into Sprint stores like this and have someone tell me that because I was on my parents family plan from 2006 — 2012, I haven’t been a Sprint customer for those years. Family plans don’t mean your parents pay for you — it means you’re on a plan to save some fucking money. Grow some respect for your paying customers.

I went in this branch yesterday to exchange get a new iPhone 6S. The clerk seemed nice enough and worked quickly as he wanted to be respectful of my time. When he came back with my phone from the back, he also had an LG tablet in his hands. He immediately went into his pitch and told me that his manager wanted to get rid of them and he would throw it in for free and I could return anytime I wanted. I asked what the catch was and he said, no catch, it’s just $ 15/​month for service. I said fine, fully intending to try it out and return if I didn’t like it. Bad move. I go to a retail store expecting to be treated with honesty and integrity. If I wanted to be bamboozled I would go to a car dealership or flea market or a bazaar in Calcutta. The experience at this store more closely resembled the latter category.
After getting home and coming to my senses, I went back to the store the next day expecting to return it for a full refund. WRONG!!! After making me wait for 30 minutes with plenty of free clerks on the floor, I was told that I would have to pay a restocking fee of $ 75 to return it! WHAT!!! I asked to speak to the manager and was told that they couldn’t do anything about it. After an hour conversation with Sprint, they agreed to credit me the $ 75 on my next bill, but I would still have to return the phone and pony up the cash up front. What a bunch of B.S. I will never go here again and if you do go in there, make sure you have your guard up and don’t agree to any ancillary services or ‘freebies’. These guys are total scammers.

This place is horrible. Don’t waste your time here. They lock the doors at 7pm when the store is clearly open until 8pm. You can’t even make a cash payment at the kiosk. Also customer service doesn’t exist at this store This place is a joke!

I don’t speak to anyone but a manager anymore.
The Techs can’t give price quotes on phones and often provide blatantly inaccurate information. (They told me I couldn’t buy a phone at the Sprint «Store»). Baffling, as they make up the majority of employees who work at the «Sprint Store», yet they cannot fulfill the primary function of a retail establishment and their main role seems to be idly entertaining each other.
Sprint, your customer service is so disappointing.

This particular branch is EXTREMELY slow. While there are customers waiting to be helped, the employees are are no where to be found. Expect long delays.

horrible customer service. Insurance is a joke. Went to Sprint 3 different times without resolution. Was mocked as I walked out of the store. I am reasonable, I have FULL coverage, my time is valuable to me. I ask the Sprint staff to put yourself in the customers shoes. Nobody likes to have their time wasted.
I would rather pay the hefty price to get out of my contract than have to deal with your company any longer. It’s all about principle to me. Your staff stinks. Nobody knows what they are doing. Oh hey, and BTW, «you need to go to Apple Store» should not be your default answer to everything.

If I could give zero stars I would. They are a complete waste of time. Even with two people and six staff members you are going to wait at least 30 mins

Pretty good experience considering my expectations. No wait and the staff was helpful and courteous. What more could you ask for really?

Walked in with a fresh perspective after the completely horrible experience a couple months ago and BAM! They managed to prove their 1 Star (and that’s stretching it) service within 1 minute!

I was promised no strings attached, no hidden fees and I was lied to.
My phone was stolen in September. I agreed to just get an entirely new phone and phone number and keep the original phone turned on for another 2 months until the contract ran out. I was told I would be charged my normal rate for my monthly service and an additional $ 20 for keeping my missing phone turned on until the contract expired.
My bill has been an additional $ 50 each month! I cannot even turn off the old phone– I need to come back to this place and discuss the situation and hopefully I will have a better experience than this one.
Update: took another star off– I went in to the store to resolve my issue of paying additional money (much more than I was told I would have to pay) for the phone that was supposed to be shut off.
For 20 minutes I waited patiently and counted how many times staff members ALMOST made eye contact with me and quickly turned away and back down to their phones. At least the first time I came here I was greeted when I walked through the door and told approximately when I would be assisted.
–When I was finally assisted, an employee began to help me, looked at the clock, and said his shift was over and his coworker would help me when he was finished helping another customer

Ok folks. I did it. One of the worst purchasing decisions of my life. I signed up with Sprint. Do not sign away your happiness like me. They have no coverage in San Francisco. I’ve had dropped call after dropped calls to my gf, mom, clients, bosses. Texts don’t go through. How much service do you need for a text to go through?
This particular store was so difficult to use that the Universe gave me a major out and I ignored it. I spent two months waiting for the iPhone 6 from them after being told at the store only 2 weeks. Every time I called to check on it they left me on hold for ten minutes. I would call back over and over again. But somehow I missed the Universe’s signs to protect me.
They don’t give you a contract that costs $ 200 to break they make you lease the phone for two years which costs $ 600 to end early. F you Sprint. F you. Did they explain this well at the time of sign up? Obviously not. Now I’m stuck with this horrific service. I’m going to have to wait for a big commission from work to just spend the money and get away from this horrible company.
Stay away from Sprint. You have been warned.

Www. Lycamobile sucks royally! Why? Because no Service, drop calls, over the holidays… I got calls from India… wishing me happy holidays when I don’t know anyone from bumf*ck India.

I must boast about Semhar! She was the most friendly, helpful, considerate, sales associate that I’ve probably ever encountered. She PATIENTLY walked me through the steps of activating my replacement phone. I get easily confused when it comes to tech gadgets and she helped me out in the friendliest manner. This girl is awesome and I hope I can have her again. Thanks Semhar the retail world needs more of you. :)

Yet another one star review for the Bryant st. Sprint store. Just experienced the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with, from the manager no less. These people will trick you and then give you attitude when you get upset that they just tricked you.
Sure, they have bad jobs, but don’t they get any training in 1) describing their plans and 2) basic, friendly human interaction?
If you have to go to a sprint store, go elsewhere.

I walked in with no appointment and checked in, and was seen after 15 minutes.
A few people who came in after me were tended to first, but I wasn’t in a rush, so no worries.
Once I was seen, I was asked what I was there for. I told the service rep that I wanted to upgrade my old phone to an iPhone 5 (not the iPhone 6) and I asked to see the prices of the different iPhone 5 models. He seemed to be completely unknowledgable about how to look up the prices. I just wanted confirmation of the prices I had looked up online. He went in back to check to see if they had any models in stock (without ever discussing prices), came back out and asked me if I was the primary account holder.
I am not, but I did have the pin to the account, the login information, and I also had the ssn of the primary account holder. He told me the primary account holder must be present during the renewal. I asked if I could call the primary and have him give verification of the account and authorize use; the service rep denied. I could have logged on online and done it all myself, so why the hassle? I was just trying to cut down the wait time.
When I explained this, I was again denied. I asked «so there is nothing I can do in this store without the primary?»
He responded no and started to laugh. And then FOUR OTHER COWORKERS JOINED IN AND STARTED LAUGHING AT ME.
It’s no sweat off my back, but it is certainly not how I would conduct business or ever let my employees act. Completely unprofessional.
TL;DR Go to the Apple Store if you want to pick up an iPhone in ~2 minutes with friendly customer service. Avoid this particular sprint store at all costs

I just went today to upgrade my phone and ask what color I preferred I said white. This motherfucker Asian guy thinks he’s so cool with his tattoos check the stock and came back and said I’ll have to pay the same monthly bill. I said can you change my plans too, because it actually saves me money. You know what he did, he sends me to another store because they don’t have stock WHAT THE FUCK SHITTY CUSTOMER you’ve developed. You came back and your telling me how much am going to pay monthly but when I told you to change my plan suddenly you don’t have a stuck WHAT THE FUCK! GO TO HELL SPRINT HOPE YOU BURN IN HELL MOTHERFUCKER ASSHOLE

This store sucks — just don’t go. They are sketchy at best constantly making you weird offers on bundle plans etc. Making statements like, «I have great news…» and then not being able to fix your phone at all. They play off the insurance company they use (Asurion) which also sucks so there is no way to get any refund or discount. I have been without a working phone for 12 days and no one will take responsibility. As of today, the manager «promised» he would have my phone fixed this afternoon without me having to come in again (spent over an hour there last night). I just called 3 times — put on an endless hold once, and hung up on twice.
What gives? What do you have to do (in addition to paying over $ 100 month) to get treated like a valued customer.
