Verizon Click Away Palo Alto — What a waste of time. The person at the front desk didn’t know anything about phones and apparently the techs hadn’t come in yet. Perhaps if she took her ear buds out she might have been able to understand me better.

The Friday before last, I called in right after dropping my phone — and was assured this would be a great place to fix the cracked screen on my iPhone 6 Plus. the guy told me the person who fixes screens had left for the day, and then he set me up with an appointment for the following Friday. it was perfect because I’d be able to drop it off on my lunch break. he said they’d call in and make sure they had the part that I needed.
the next Friday I go to drop my phone off, he tries to take my credit card info to «get it out of the way» (so glad I didn’t give it!) … when I come back after work at 545 I am not seen until about 20 – 30 minutes later. the two workers are moving very slowly helping everyone, and the guy I made the appointment with was on a personal phone call, while dealing with other customers. he was literally saying things like «and i have a room full of customers, and this is very unprofessional, but I’m pissed off and we’re gonna deal with this.»
when they finally got to me, they told me «oh your phone wasn’t fixed because we don’t have the right part and we didn’t have another number to call you on.» smh! they said they ordered white screens and only got black. but to think they let me stand there that whole time? when clearly they should have recognized me as the person whose phone they couldn’t fix and who therefore shouldn’t be waiting ?
anywho it was all very weird. the woman offered me $ 10 off for next time I make an appointment. but honestly, I think that they should do it for free.

Horrible experience here. Dropped off my daughter’s phone to get fixed and I was told «a little over an hour». I left, came back over 2 Hours later and my phone hasn’t even been touched. The chick left for the day, ignoring my order. The guy (maybe manager) gave me more than a 50% discount, apologized and told me to come back. I was content with that. Came back the next day, the wait I was told qas going to be shorter, «a little 30 minutes» turned into over an hour.
The entire time «the manager guy» was on his PERSONAL phone with his home insurance people, because they cut his policy off. The place is in Laguna. I know this because he was on the phone, on hold, asked to speak to supervisors, etc. all while «helping» customers! Super unprofessional.
Ok after that hour my phone was done. I didn’t realize it until I got home but the fuckin Sim card wasn’t even in the phone!!! I kid you not. Wtf kind of mistake is that? The place was close to closing already and I wouldn’t have made it there in time. So, on a Saturday, I woke hella early just to catch them at opening. Then the repair chick has her CHILD in the repair area. I swear to God. I’m here RIGHT NOW, and it sounds like a fuckin day care back there. Can’t believe this shit. The prices are koo. but these people here are neanderthals. Fuck this place. go on Mission to repair your phone. The Afghan dude over there is perfect!

Excellent customer service. Ben will find and explain the best plan for you. He gave me details and showed me the numbers in a piece of paper. If there is any kind of offer at the moment, he will make sure you are informed about it. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience at this location. Ben and Adriana were both extremely helpful dealing with the troubleshooting issues as well as providing tailored recommendations on equipment and plan. I could not be more excited to be switching providers given the level of experience I had at Potrero Center location. I can also say there is a high level of expertise at this location!
