It is difficult to imagine work – or life – without Kevin. I can, though, easily imagine how frustrating it would be to bring connectivity issues to a service lacking his expertise, so I am so grateful for having his help during the past 5 years or so. This has been especially so as I, and the very large medical clinic with whom I am affiliated, work through our adjustment to an electronic record – with home access. Through several iterations of this system, Kevin has been able to patiently and effectively keep everything up and running. I was particularly impressed with his ability to communicate – again, patiently! – with our national help desk through a long and puzzling initial set-​up, which clearly was baffling even to those nominally in charge. He continues to impress, especially with his ability to remotely diagnose. Finally, at no point does he intimidate. I have, in fact, often wondered exactly how he built up his fund of knowledge both practical and, to me, esoteric about computers – and rank him as one of those gems, rare but occasionally encountered in most areas of work, who are examples of excellence and mastery.

Kevin and Nosillanet have been providing all of the IT work for my firm for over 5 years, as well as the two law firms I was at previously, for a total of 10+ years. He does a terrific job, is VERY responsive to issues or problems as they arise, and is flexible about scheduling maintenance and other security or hardware services that could interfere with our business, and ensures we suffer no interruptions as a result. I have a small tax firm with bookkeeping services available to multiple businesses. Nosillanet keeps us connected, always, and makes sure we don’t lose any work time OR data! Kevin helped complete a move for us and also set up four workstations at our new location. He provides all of our IT services, from calendar and document-​sharing to networked computers and printers. Best of all, Kevin is responsive and helpful when/​if disaster strikes ~ we are never left hanging. He is knowledgeable, patient and helpful, often able to find solutions remotely and always without making any of us feel like we called over something we should have known how to do ourselves.
