After trying and … not being pleased with several craigslist IT/home helpdesk services … I tried Daniel/DKS. I couldn’t be happier. I’ve worked with both Daniel directly and with Raymond. Both are efficient, good communicators, punctual and don’t waste your time or your $$. I recommend them for anything they say they can do: I’ve used them for general home IT/networking and hardware issues, ITunes/music file issues, file recovery, and more.

Called DKS from an ad in Craigslist and was a bit leery. Daniel was convincing that they could help me solve my consulting business networking problems quickly. He had Raymond contact me who discussed the problem with me, reviewed the research that I sent him and scheduled an appointment. Raymond arrived a about 10 minutes late but was considerate and called to let me know. As Daniel indicated, Raymond was very knowledgeable, got to work quickly and solved all the basic issues. As long as he was here I had him look into a few other issues that had plagued me. He quickly solved all those problems. Overall, I was very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone.
