The Bay Area was the ideal incubator for influence, mentoring and training by many of the leaders in the fields of Graphic Facilitation, Coaching, Neuro-​Linguistic Programming, Organization Development, Systems Thinking and many more of the tools we utilize on a daily business in our work.

Meet the Business Owner

Julie G.

Business Owner

Julie has developed her facilitation and consulting skills through a broad range of experience. Julie received professional training during her internship with the Grove Consultants International (Principles of Graphic Facilitation, Visual Planning Systems, Strategic Visioning and Mastery of Facilitation). Working with a diverse spectrum of organizations and consultants integrating visual thinking, creative engagement and strategic thinking has strengthened her ability to modify her skills based on the environment and needs of the client and participants.

Julie received her Master’s degree in Organization Management and Development from Fielding Graduate University. While in graduate school, Julie envisioned a program for an academic institution that would offer Visual Facilitation. The result of that vision is the co-​development of the only academic offering in Visual Facilitation with graduate level course called Leading Change that Matters with Visual Facilitation at Fielding Gradu
