I went to Postal Chase yesterday to mail a package and open a mailbox. The guy working there was so obnoxious, I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. He complained his boss was cheap so he had to work by himself. Another customer was opening a mailbox and he was riffing about customers getting too many packages, leaving them there too long, and expecting mail to be in box on day it arrives even when staff is too busy, etc etc. What negativity! Why would anyone do business with this disorganized, unprofessional mess! The UPS store on Chestnut is a calm oasis of professionalism and courtesy in comparison.

Worst service EVER! Super slow, very unorganized and under staffed. Never a good experience. If I could I would give negative stars! The frustration is indescribable.
