Thank God places like THIS still exists in this city! Mail Box Plus on 1450 Sutter is not out to gouge your wallet. They are family owned and they really CARE about customer service AND satisfaction. They offer competitive rates for services and I was so happy to be led to this place! If you have parcel needs, Mail Box Plus on 1450 Sutter is HIGHLY recommended! My very best regards!

Not the closest shipping store to where I stay in SF, but it’s located near other places I frequent when I’m in San Francisco (Whole Foods Market and Vitamin Shoppe).
Prices are reasonable for packing and shipping things via UPS ground to West Los Angeles where I live. I’ve also used Mail Box Plus for notary services. Proprietors are pleasant and honest.

I have a mailbox with Mail Box Plus that I mostly use to receive packages (getting them at my building is a hassle). This is a family run business and the staff are friendly and the mailbox was inexpensive. They always call promptly when my packages arrive. Would get another star if the hours were longer only 10:00am-5:00pm weekdays and 10:30am-3:00pm Saturdays. Opening past regular business hours would be helpful.

My husband and I had our first experience with Lou via telephone from Los Angeles. We were moving to San Francisco and needed to get our mailing address before we moved.
I chose Mail Box Plus because I didn’t want to use a cold & impersonal place. This place is warm, friendly and accommodating.
Lou was very thorough in setting up our mail box, and when we finally did arrive in this beautiful city, she greeted us with a warm smile and great conversation — and has continued to do so ever since. They even call us when we have a package.
I recommend Mail Box Plus very highly. Great service!
