Went to Dr. Krystal looking to recover from an old neck injury I sustained in a car accident. She not only met all of my expectations, but she also gave me workouts to continue doing after my health program was complete!

Dr. Krystal Drwencke is amazing in helping to eliminate your back pain. She has been able to help with my back pain issues when no one else could. I would highly recommend her in assisting with your back pain relief and consultation of steps needed to take for the future. She’s very nice as well!

I started seeing Dr. Krystal last year for some serious pain down my arm. She had me in twice a week and got me to be able to continue working! My carpel tunnel is no longer bothering me. She currently is working on my elbow, neck issues as well as addresses whatever issues that come up, feet, upper back, etc. To say I am hard on my body is an understatement. I did go to a wonderful Dr. who had me in physical therapy, which I ended up doing some sessions but felt I was getting much quicker and better care with Krystal. The whole office in general is very understanding and I always feel very well taken care of by everyone there!
I highly recommend Dr. Krystal for your pain relief needs. She is very knowledgable and professional. I have never been a reoccurring patient at a Chiropracters office. Krystal had changed my mind about seeking ongoing care for all my physical ailments. Relief is possible!!!

Dr. Krystal makes you feel comfortable as soon as you step into her office. She has a gentle touch, but also knows how to give you the best adjustments! She is great about answering any questions and you never feel like she is rushing on to the next patient. My boyfriend and I get adjusted about once a month or so and we always look forward to our next adjustment! I have issues with my neck and upper back, and he has problems with his lower back, ribs, and neck. Dr. Krystal gave us suggestions on how to make sure we are keeping the best posture and answered my questions on what kind of exercises would be best to strengthen our weaker muscle groups.

I went to see Dr. Krystal with multiple injuries and pain from a surgery a year before that just wouldn’t go away. I had tried months of PT, which helped but couldn’t quite get me fully recovered. Within a month (6 visits) I was virtually pain-​free. During this time I developed tendonitis in my hand (I think from too much texting!) — my PCP put me in a splint and told to me to expect a couple of weeks of healing, but 2 sessions with Dr. Krystal completely healed it up. We are now working on realigning my body to avoid the aches and pains that come from 45 years of bad posture and 20 years of desk work. My shoulder and neck pain from my posture are dramatically reduced.
I have been in the Bay Area for 8 years and seen many chiropractors in that time, most of who just did a standard adjustment of the troublesome area and sent me on my way, Dr. Krystal really listens and takes a holistic approach to her adjustments. That is why I drive half an hour from the peninsula into the city to see her… the time it takes is worth it.
As a bonus… she is completely transparent about the treatment costs (which are completely reasonable) so there are no hidden surprises.

Thank you, Dr. Krystal! Dr. Krystal is my ‘go to’ for all sports injuries and spinal needs. She helped me get back on my feet (literally!) in record time after a recent ankle sprain and her regular chiropractic adjustments keep me playing basketball, cycling, swimming and hiking. Dr. Krystal really cares for her patients; she’s very caring and approaches health from truly holistic view. She’s the best!
