We were extremely fortunate to have JLE as our wedding planning partner. Jubilee and Amanda made the entire experience easy and stress-​free, seriously. Their services were stellar and best-​in-​class in every area — consulting, creativity, problem-​solving, logistics, vendor management, professionalism.
Jubilee and Amanda kept us on track, on budget, and focused on our goals. Our communication was always effective, be it in person or online. They were always responsive and accountable, and never once were there any delays. When we didn’t know how to go about handling something or finding the right resources, they always helped us make what we wanted possible. They had our best interest at all time, and made sure our vendors did, too.
Come the big day, Jubilee, Amanda and their assistants executed our wedding flawlessly. No detail was overlooked. We received so many compliments from the wedding party, guests, and vendors about how impressed they were with Jubilee and Amanda. Many of our guests commented on how calm we were throughout our wedding day, and it was because we knew we were in excellent hands. Our only job was to soak in everything and have fun, and this was only possible thanks to Jubilee and Amanda!

Jubilee and Amanda were phenomenal in helping to make our wedding day FLAWLESS. Despite us planning a somewhat destination wedding, the duo were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and well organized. They know all of the right questions to ask, provide wonderful perspective to any question you may have, and that’s not even counting the amazing work they do on the day of.
Amanda’s organization during the rehearsal was absolutely best in class. She helped to wrangle in my large family and didn’t forget any detail– down to how to hold your bouquet, or where to stand and sit during the ceremony. On the day of the wedding, the JLE team was there bright and early, with ANYTHING you could ever need in the event of an emergency. They made us stay on schedule, coordinated all of the vendors as to where they needed to be and when, and even helped us clear the event and reorganize all of our items so we didn’t have to worry about anything until the next morning. We loved working with JLE!

Jubilee and her team are the best! I live abroad but held my wedding here in San Francisco. The amount of planning required was unimaginable! We had family and friends living all around the U.S., PLUS those traveling from overseas.
Jubilee made the entire process, from day one till the wedding day, completely painless for my husband and me. She was personable, responsive and interacted with us as we desired. Both my husband and I wanted a very special wedding, but we were also busy executives with little time to spare. Jubilee combined her personal interaction with the use of efficient technology. We used dropbox to share files and get updates. We held conference calls with my parents and Jubilee using Skype. Jubilee and we also shared a calendar so we knew exactly what meetings and key dates were coming up. I loved that approach. Effective and efficient.

We hired Jubilee to coordinate our June wedding. With her deep industry experience in planning and executing weddings, Jubilee and her team were the perfect combination of attention to detail, professionalism and warm heart. Throughout the planning process, I always had the peace of mind that everything was going to be OK simply because I had Jubilee on my side. For those who tend to be perfectionists, Jubilee is your girl.

Jubilee was one of the first wedding professionals we hired and she was absolutely the best decision we made!!! We are so lucky to hire her from the beginning, right at the same time we decided on a venue. She helped us with the contract for the venue… so she was with us from the beginning.
At the time, we chose her «Basic Services Package» which included preplanning services, wrap-​up services, wedding rehearsal and wedding day services, but we ended up so so much more. She was so right on with her top vendor recommendations… we chose either her first or second choices for the wedding professionals and we ended up with a dream team!
Yes, Jubilee is that good. Everyone you meet who knows her will tell you she is their absolute favorite wedding planner. My husband and I adored her for her great taste, organization, professionalism and character. When we were planning the wedding, every little thing mattered because it was so personal. She understood that and made sure that we were always comfortable with everything that was going on. She offers fantastic advice and honest opinion. She’s really easy going and fun to be with… she made the wedding planning process so stress-​free for us. I believe I was the most relaxed bride anyone has ever met. Our day was beyond beautiful… it was magical and Jubilee played a huge part in making that day the most memorable day for us.
In looking back, my husband and I both believed Jubilee was the single most important investment we made for the wedding and that’s saying a lot since we had a lot of great people helping us. In fact, with the numerous hours and heart Jubilee put into our wedding and how perfect our day ended up, we felt she was grossly underpaid and had to make it up with a big red envelope and tlc! She’s simply awesome!!!

Jubilee did an AMAZING job for us. Throughout the whole wedding planning process, she made my wife and I feel relaxed and comfortable. She also saved us A LOT of money by cutting deals with vendors. She went above and beyond the call of duty — from going dress shopping with my mom to manually putting together our wedding invitations. On our wedding day, she made sure that there were no problems, so we could enjoy the day without worrying. All in all, she was the BEST thing that happened to us in our wedding planning. We would absolutely and unconditionally recommend Jubilee!
