We have contracted with Mark T. Palmer Company for the past 4 years for glass and gutter cleaning at our Napa home and cannot compliment them enough. We trust them to clean our solar panels, skylights, mirrors, both interior and exterior glass, window screens, and exterior light fixtures. Their work is flawless. They even lubricate our heavy sliding glass doors and replace the hard to reach filters in our air return vents. With so much glass to clean, and much of it difficult to reach, glass cleaning at our home is a multi-​day endeavor for a team of two employees. Their systematic and efficient approach minimizes disruption to our routine. They pay close attention to their surroundings and are extremely careful to protect surfaces adjacent to the work area. When furnishings must be moved to access a window, each item is carefully and immediately returned to its previous position. I know I can count on their trustworthiness and reliability. Mr. Palmer and his employees who have worked in my home over the years have been exemplary – a real pleasure to know. I plan to continue to hire these folks. They have my highest recommendation.

I hired this business, for our brand new house. The employee spilled some cleaning fluid on our new deck, which stained. Mr Palmer did cover replacing the affected boards, however the employee did not put rags on the sills inside and dripped water and cleaner down the walls on our new paint. It is no easy feat to repaint as the walls are about 20 feet high. When the light hits the walls and it looks really bad and would never hire him again. In fact if I would have seen this before payment I would have insisted he repaint the affected walls. Steer clear is my advice.
