Chicago Deep Dish Pizza and California Thin Crust are our mainstays. We also offer a Chicago Pan Crust featuring a caramelized cheese crust built the Chicago way with tomato sauce on top! Not your ordinary pizza place, we strive to be different and unique the best we can. Come in with an open-mind and give us a try!
History
Established in 2014.
I worked at a small mom/pop pizza place in college while trying to figure out what major I wanted to stick with. Once I started working there, I developed a passion for creating pizzas. Every shift you worked there, the owner would let you make a small pizza for your lunch or dinner break. I would bring in unusual toppings to make something different just to try it out curiously as to how it would taste and before I knew it, I had a big following with my unique pizzas. Reuben sandwiches are big in Chicago so I would put the Russian dressing down as the sauce in place of the tomato sauce, then add corned beef or pastrami along with sauerkraut and topped with mozzarella cheese and boom Reuben pizza was born! Many others followed that are currently on our menu like Bacon Cheeseburger with ketchup/mustard mix as the sauce, Muffaletta with hot giardiniera peppers, and the Cuban with roasted pork. Dreams do come true!
