We specialize in fresh California style cuisine with a Mediterranean flair. The food we serve is gluten-free and Paleo with a focus on unprocessed ingredients that are local and seasonal whenever possible. We cater to rushed families and professionals who are too busy to cook. We can also cater small parties and holiday get together for up to 30 people.
History
Established in 2010.
Chef Nabil Boumrar has been cooking for people since he graduated from culinary school in 2010. He has worked in 5 star hotels, gourmet restaurants in San Francisco and cooked for many private clients. He also wrote a bestselling cook book called Mediterranean Paleo Cooking in 2014.

I grew up in Algiers, Algeria, a city of 3.5 million people on the Mediterranean Sea. I am a middle child in a family of eleven; we liked to joke that we had enough family members for an entire soccer team. My mother and sisters did most of the cooking while I was growing up, but I always watched them prepare dishes with an interested eye, and I went to the farmers market with my mother to buy fresh local fish, grass-fed meats, pastured eggs, and seasonal organic produce. My parents and grandparents grew up in rural agricultural communities in the mountains, where they raised goats and sheep and lived off the land – they even made their own olive oil from their own olive groves. I transferred my love of food into my studies at culinary school in San Francisco. After graduation I worked at many 5 star hotels and restaurants in California. I also wrote a bestselling cookbook with my wife focusing on gluten-free Mediterranean food.
