We are a boutique kosher catering company which focuses on the individual needs of our client. From traditional Jewish food to the latest trends in modern California cuisine, we strive use the best ingredients and create the most beautiful kosher food around.

At Epic Bites we custom tailor every menu for the client, from weddings and bar mitzvahs or 500 to wine pairing dinners for 10, we go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied from the first phone call until the last present is put in the car.

History

Established in 2011.

The Bay Area is a food lovers paradise, full of the best ingredients in the world, yet the kosher food scene is dismal. A lack of good food options, caused us to wonder why California cuisine never made it to the Bay Area Jewish community. Epic Bites was founded on a food first philosophy, good food, impeccable service and beautiful displays make us your choice for kosher events. From Bar and Bat Mitzvahs to weddings and wine pairing dinners, we make kosher epic!

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Chef Heshy Fried fell into food in 2009 when he got a job at The Kitchen Table in Mountain View, one of the first restaurants to make kosher California cuisine. From there he honed his skills working and interning for a variety of kosher caterers and restaurants around California. In 2011 he came to work as a Sous Chef for Chef Isaac Bernstein who had just founded Epic Bites and the rest is history.
