Filley & Associates was founded by Scott E. Filley, CPI (Certified Professional Investigator), an experienced investigator and former Federal agent with 24 years of experience. We have assembled a highly qualified team of investigators. Our field and staff investigators are chosen for their investigative and people skills and are experienced at gathering evidence and reporting it clearly — in a way that is most useful to the client.
