History

Established in 1984.

I am a licensed private detective in California, PI#9932; Nevada, (#580); Arizona, (#208 003).

I have attended CACJ/​CPDA Death Penalty Seminars since the early 80’s, at Asilomar.

I have worked with unions and management, labor councils investigating workplace issues.

I have investigated over 5,000 cases in 30 years. In those 30 years I have been the investigator on over 200 murder cases and/​or trials/​appeals/​habeas in California and Nevada. I have traveled extensively working on these cases.

I have testified at hearings, trials and appellate proceedings in courts throughout California and Nevada, In State & Federal court, in criminal and civil cases.

Murphy & Associates, Inc. has been involved in several hundred civil cases, investigation through trial. We have worked defense for insurance companies and with plaintiff lawyers.
