i’ve ate here a couple of times. they close down every couple of months for some reason. i don’t know if they have keep changing ownership or they get shut down by the city for uncleanliness, so you never know if they’re gonna be open when you visit, until you actually go there. they have«japanese» food… i put japanese in between quotes because to me, it’s microwaved wannabe japanese food. you can get better japanese at serramonte mall. they have boba drinks, i tried the thai iced tea once, and it tasted powdery, and kinda warm. i know they renovated the place and reopened a couple of weeks ago. i gotta stop by one of these days to see if things have done changed.

This place recently changed ownership and is now a sushi restaurant. The rolls are tasty and look great. The décor is more contemporary; not your usual sushi restaurant. This place has a big flat screen TV showing pics of their rolls and dishes. Even though it is a hole in the wall, I do recommend this place. The service is friendly, and quick. The fish is fresh and prices are affordable. All in all, a good find in this neighborhood.

Damn, I thought I would be the first reviewer on this. This is a fast, cheap, and relatively good Chinese lunch place. Great for people who work in the area and tired of eating the same places in Little Saigon all the time. The rice plates are all pretty good; especially the lemongrass and curry chicken. The pieces are chunky too so you really get your money’s worth. And it’s served with steamed veggies. I go there so much that I have a good system with the owner where he pours extra curry sauce on my rice. They do boba drinks too; pretty limited flavors, but the boba’s chewy enough. Sometimes I’m just in that boba mood and there’s no other place in the ‘hood that sells it. A while back the owner was showing movies on his flat screen TV, and he usually plays pretty decent fare. Now I guess he’s shopping for a new TV, so I got nothin’ to watch while I’m waiting for my food. ~sigh~ Oh, their open hours are kind of not set in stone. Sometimes they close at 2 pm, sometimes 3… just have to have faith.
