My nightmare continues. I am on a perpetual rollercoaster that will not end. Cynthia is a mess and has some serious issues. Not kidding. Stay away. Pony up the dough and pay a little more for a lawyer that will ensure you are taken care of. Message me if you want details, but let’s just say it is bad enough that I dont actually even want to share what has happened to me with the Unilocal community. Now I will be making my way to lawyer to help me AND taking her to small claims court. Ughhh!

I was referred to Cynthia Hall and Divorce with Dignity (DWD) in San Francisco by a good friend who had also used DWD about two years before.
After meeting with two divorce attorneys I walked out of their offices. One didn’t listen to me and just kept telling me what I had done wrong in our marriage. The other did not show up for three appointments after I drove to San Francisco, found parking and walked several blocks to his office only to find that the appointment had been «rescheduled» with no advance notification.
My divorce was a little complicated and I was getting desperate to find someone that I trusted and could open up to. More importantly, my goal was to find someone who was very intelligent, knows her business well, listens to my concerns, shows up at appointments, responds to my phone and email inquiries and be someone I could afford. Cindy has all of these attributes.
My divorce was complicated and took a lot of knowledge on Cindy’s part to get through this. Cindy did a GREAT JOB. Thank you Cindy Hall and DWD for being here when I needed you. And since I’ll NEVER marry again, I won’t be needing your professional services. But you can be sure that I will refer you to all of those in the same predicament.

I found out that Divorce with Dignity does more than just divorces. My sister passed away and I needed to make changes to my revocable trust, which had listed my sister as a beneficiary. I was in an emotional state and this was very trying. Cindy walked me through the process — and was extremely patient. she spent a lot of time with me and explained all of the options. I received copies of everything in an extremely timely manner.

Cindy is the best! I found Divorce with Dignity on Unilocal,and decided to finally file for divorce. Cindy made the process so easy it was incredible. I met Cindy through a referral because it would cost much less to hire a paralegal than an attorney. My divorce took awhile, mainly waiting on signatures but Cindy handled it all for me and made it easy. It was nice to have the burden of the paperwork lifted off your shoulders and she has no problem telling you if she needs to do more research to ensure that your paperwork goes through without a hitch. I’d highly recommend her to anyone who has to go through this painfully difficult process.

After considering doing divorce by myself, reading about it, and trying to figure out all the paperwork, I realized I would need help of a professional. Everyone always told me how diffifcult filing for divorce is. Turns out, it’s not! If you get help from a professional like Cindy Hall. She made it so easy! All I had to do is fill out a few forms. And the fee is nominal compared to what one can spend on an attorney. Cindy was always very prompt in communicating with me, and very supportive and sympathetic.
My advice to everyone– if you don’t want to waste a lot of time trying to do your own divorce and get bogged down by a ton of details– call Cindy at Divorce with Dignity.

Cynthia seems a little scattered, but knows what she’s doing and will not go beyond her expertise. She will call upon her associates in the legal field.
I cried, because I hadn’t read the paperwork, and how my daughter called her home of the last 9 years a loveless house. what can I say, I love her but she hates me.
I will most likely sell the house and move into a cave.

I went through hell and back trying to file and complete this divorce by myself. Initially, I tried to file it alone before finally hitting a wall, and so I hired a lawyer to help, but unfortunately, that lawyer cause me more agony did not help. So I went on craigslist and found Cyndi. Of course I was a little hesitant and cautious hiring someone in this business from something like craigslist. However, to my surprise, Cyndi answered the phone, and thoroughly went through the whole divorced filing process with me. I was really impressed by how prompt she was in returning my messages and calls and also kept me informed of the status of my divorce and what I was to expect. She charged a very fair and decent fee and she handled everything.
I would definitely recommend her to couples who need help filing their divorce papers. Thanks Cyndi, for finally ending my marriage.

I was very impressed after meeting with Cynthia Hall at the Divorce with Dignity office in San Francisco. Finally, San Francisco has a skilled and empathic Legal Document Assistant to help complete court paperwork, which can be quite overwhelming — especially if there’s conflict and instability to deal with at the same time.
I also appreciated how convenient Cynthia’s San Francisco office is. It’s right by the Caltrain station and just steps away from two Muni lines (N and T). She told me she’s also planning to open one on the Peninsula. I’ll definitely be recommending Cynthia to other people who want to save money on expensive attorney fees.
