I have to agree with every other review on here. Thomas truly is the best of the best. He thought of every detail for us. We never once had to be concerned that something wasn’t being taken care of. He knows all the best vendors and was amazing with helping us meet our budget. When we would casually mention something we wanted to do, he would always remember it and make it happen. I don’t know how he does it but he responds to every email right away.
The day of the wedding was completely flawless. My (now) husband and I did not worry about a single thing since everything was timed and taken care of behind the scenes. Thomas’ team even went to our room and fed and walked our dog during the reception. Bonnie was with the bridal party all day and is just the sweetest and most helpful woman.
The décor and ambiance of the event was so incredible and spot on with what I wanted for the day. We could not have been happier. Trust me, he is worth every penny.

What an amazing day, and what an amazing guy that made it all possible. We are a busy couple, but one that was as involved as we could be in arranging the most amazing day. We got Thomas Bui’s full planning service which was a great decision! 2 religions, 3 languages, divorced parents, lots of opinions, stressful jobs, everyone’s life is complicated. The only reason we were able to enjoy the planning process is that we had cool-​headed Thomas who was on top of everything at every moment along the way.
You don’t know what you don’t know, and that’s one of the many reasons to get a great planner. Thomas is of course an expert in all the details involved in planning a great wedding, but he is also naturally an EXTREMELY detail-​oriented person. That is the kind of person you want as a wedding planner, and this combined with his strong artistic sense is unique. We can say this because we met with a number of the best wedding planners in SD, and we were quite pleased that the decision was so clear to us. He had the experience to know what we would want ahead of time, what family and guests will want, and knows all the ways to accommodate everyone for a great party and a magical experience.
We came in with many ideas, and Thomas helped us bring them to life. We had many planning meetings with Thomas which helped us always be well informed and know what decisions need to be made. He and his team had the expertise to provide stylistic suggestions when needed, and gave great recommendations for vendors.
His day of service was on point. Because we were lucky enough to have Thomas and his team, we got to enjoy the moment. His assistant Bonnie is equally as rockstar and ten steps ahead of every potential need of the bride and groom for the day. The day went off like clockwork, and everything was so perfect. Can’t say enough great things about Thomas — if you want to have an amazing unforgettable wedding, Thomas Bui all the way!

I cannot speak highly enough about Thomas Bui and his outstanding work. His attention to detail, patience, and level of expertise was simply out of this world. Thomas and his team made our dream wedding come true and then some.
We first met him one year prior to our wedding, and the rest is history. From that point on he guided us every step of the way. I know nothing about weddings. Zero. But, Thomas helped us step by step starting with choosing a venue, picking out flowers, linens, decorations, and food options. He works with a huge network of vendors. If you describe to him an idea or a particular theme you’re kinda interested in, he’ll know who to call. He also has an incredible eye for design and aesthetics. If you’re a wedding decoration noob like myself you could simply start talking and point to stuff and he’ll figure out what you’re going for and make it look even better than you could have imagined. He’s like a wedding genie. He also hooked us up with the most badass ice luge you will ever see.
Finally then, there’s the wedding day. Lots of stress with people running amok all over the place and everything falling behind schedule, right? Wrong! Thomas and his elite team of wedding ninjas made sure everything went smoothly. And I mean SMOOTHLY. I don’t think a single person was out of step the entire day. Every speech, every song, every hair on our heads was in place. One person on Thomas’ team accompanied the groom and groomsmen, another accompanied the bride and bridesmaids, while the others stayed back at the venue to ensure that everything was set up properly. They accompanied us during the ceremony to ensure that everyone knew their places and seats then afterward rushed over to the reception to make sure everything was in place. It felt like a secret service team was running our wedding.
In summary, I cannot express enough how awesome Thomas and his team were. For anyone even remotely thinking about throwing a wedding, stop what you are doing right now. Don’t do anymore planning and CALL THOMAS BUI IMMEDIATELY. It doesn’t matter what you have in mind or how good you think you are at planning your own wedding. Thomas and his team will do it better. Your wedding should be one of the great memories of your lifetime. Thomas will make it happen. Do you perform your own surgeries or your own dental work? Of course not. Leave it to a professional.

I honestly cannot recommend Thomas Bui enough. We found him through our venue on a list of recommended coordinators, and his work stood out by a mile. We were so excited to have found a coordinator who’s work looked so impeccable, and who was in our budget range. We were also extremely lucky he was able to work with us.
Thomas was so responsive, attentive, and patient with us the whole process. He consistently, and immediately responded to any email, or call, or text we sent. He was always two steps ahead of us, and thought of EVERYTHING. We never had to worry if anything was done yet, because we knew he had everything under control. It was such a relief to have total and complete faith in him as a professional.
He knows everyone. Thomas’s wealth of contacts in the industry was such a blessing. He seems to literally know everyone personally, and everyone loves him. My friend and I were looking at a venue for a bridal shower, and we met with the catering manager– who didn’t know Thomas was our planner– and he recommended him! By saying; «I know you’re only looking for shower venues right now– but if you need a wedding coordinator still, call Thomas Bui– he’s the best in the business!» We were like– «yeah. We know!!» This kept happening. EVERYONE loves Thomas, and because of this– everyone wants to help! He was able to recommend THE BEST vendors for us. He got to know us, and was able to recommend the best people to match our tastes and styles. Also, with this– he’s always on your side, and is trying to get the best for YOU!
We never felt like his attention was divided. We really felt like we were an important client, and even though our budget wasn’t huge– he made us feel like first-​class clientele. I know Thomas works with upper-​crust society, and we were treated with total respect, and attention the whole time. He was always on our side, and was willing to help us out every step of the way. Thomas doesn’t take on more weddings than he can at once– to make sure he gives everyone his total attention, and this was VERY clear.
His taste is impeccable. He has seen everything, and has the best eye, but is also totally adaptable to your personal taste. He entirely took on board our vision, and knew exactly what we were talking about. I had a very specific aesthetic I wanted to achieve, and most wedding coordinators I spoke with didn’t even understand, or want to throw us into a «packaged» kind of wedding. Thomas understood what we wanted, and payed EXTREME attention to detail to make sure it was exactly what we liked– and not someone else’s vision.
His team is amazing. His day-​of team was friendly, warm, kind, and tireless. We felt so well-​taken care of! They were just lovely people, and made the day so easy for us.
Your wedding day only happens once– and you’re going to want to be able to not worry about the details, and just have fun. I was so calm the whole process because I knew I could trust everything being in Thomas’s capable hands. I cannot praise him as highly as he deserves. Thomas planned our June 2015 Balboa park wedding at the San Diego Museum of Art. We worked with Thomas for 8 months and from the beginning he thought of every detail and maintained constant contact with us. Thomas was patient and knowledgeable and helped us sort through all the possible wedding venues until we found just the right location in Balboa Park.
Every step of the way, Thomas made the process of planning our wedding a delightful experience. We looked forward to every vendor meeting, food tasting, cake tasting and floral consultation. We knew we were working with a true professional and that we could let go and enjoy the process. We had no doubt that our wedding day was going to be amazing.
As expected, Thomas delivered a magical experience that surpassed our wildest dreams. Thomas and his fabulous assistant Bonnie kept us grounded on a day that could have been overwhelming. We knew we could relax and truly enjoy the day because Thomas and his team were in total control. When we look through our wedding photos, we see people smiling, laughing, dancing and having an amazing time in a stunningly beautiful setting with immaculate details and overwhelming beauty. None of it would have been possible without Thomas.

My husband and I met Thomas through a family friend. Due to unfortunate circumstances with our previous planner, we met Thomas only 3 month before our wedding date. He stepped in immediately with such professionalism and grace. I was a very «hands on» bride, but with all things I knew they were being taken care of and handled properly. He is such a talented man with true passion for the weddings he creates for this clients. The day of our wedding was simply a dream. I remember it so vividly and that’s because all of our ideas were turned into reality thanks to Thomas.
Thomas and his team delivered beyond words… allowing all of us to just be in the moment and enjoy the fun. Thomas’ reputation is sparking and all vendors he aligned to help create our wedding were his biggest fans. The only sad thing now is that we don’t get to see him every week like we did leading up to the wedding! ;-) Thomas truly does it all and at the same time, gets to know you on a very personal level and cares about the services he is delivering to all his clients. In short, you will not be sorry… he is brilliant!

We didn’t end up hiring Thomas as he was over our budget, but he was nonetheless a great resource. Even after he knew we wouldn’t be working together, he still responded to emails and questions, which we really appreciated.

The short version… Thomas and his team are responsible for the most serene, love-​filled, and beautiful day of our entire lives! The kind of perfect day that is desired but rarely experienced!
The longer version… after years of searching, I was blessed to find the love of my life. Because she is so wonderful, it was very important to me to make our wedding day a tangible demonstration of my adoration for her. The ultimate launching point for the rest of our lives together.
Together we interviewed four of the highest rated and recommended wedding planners in the San Diego area, each with their own attributes and fine qualities. I should insert here that I am forthright and not easily impressed, so our interviews were polite, yet critical and extensive. Our meeting with Thomas was just as keen as the others, however Thomas’s persona and credentials stood noticeably above and apart from anyone that we spoke to before or after. His portfolio, his sense of elegance and style, and most importantly, the way he sought to understand our vision of our most perfect day came through even in that first meeting. Our choice was clear.
I should also state that Thomas did not woo us with promises of a low-​budget wedding. That’s not who he is, what he does, or what I wanted for this day. But neither does he create weddings that are foolishly extravagant. To steal a phrase, Thomas creates a memory, crafted with the ingredients and services hand chosen by Thomas, suited specifically to the bride and groom, to make for an impeccable experience. Thomas is a craftsman and his work will demonstrate this where it counts.
Thomas organized and conducted every meeting with each and every vendor to ensure that they were the correct match for my wife and me, and that they clearly understood their part in our overall vision. Thomas assisted with the selection and fitting of my tux and escorted my wife to multiple wedding dress boutiques to help her choose the perfect dress, along with accompanying her to all fittings. Thomas joined us at bridal shows, at musician additions, venue tours, various food tastings… on and on and on. No detail was lost, no task too small. Thomas quickly became someone we relied upon for all things related to this very important event and more. Thomas became our advisor, our confidant, and our trusted friend.
The day of the wedding Thomas and his team had already been to the venue for the previous 24 hours to help with the set-​up and ensure everything was impeccable and in place. Throughout the morning, Thomas and half of his team attended to my wife’s preparations and desires, while the other half of his team assisted me and my groomsmen. They helped us get ready, calmed nerves, and served a much needed adult beverage to me and my groomsmen. They escorted each of us to the wedding venue at which point Thomas and his team continued to work their magic throughout the entire occasion, seamlessly and without intrusion.
It truly was the most beautiful day of our lives, and not only because of the love we found with each other, but because of the way Thomas crafted everything to ensure that it be that way.
My wife and I are not alone in our experiences and sentiments of that wonderful day. We received exclamations of amazement of how perfectly beautiful and love filled our wedding was from everyone who attended. We have been married almost a year now and our family and friends STILL speak of it as one of the most magical days in their lives as well!

They say we won’t remember much about your Wedding Day… They say it will go by in a flash… They even say we wouldn’t have an opportunity to enjoy ourselves…
I wouldn’t agree with any of those statements at all. My Husband and I felt very present and very aware of everyone and everything that transpired on the most blissful day of our lives. This could not have been possible had it not been for Thomas Bui Lifestyle and his team.
My husband to be and I simply gave Thomas the colors we wanted to use and the mood we wanted to create. From there, a masterpiece of color, textures and elegance set forth a day that our Family and Friends still speak of; a day that my Husband and I will remember for eternity; a collection of loving memories that will forever live in our hearts.
To say I felt like Royalty that day is to say the least. Bonnie, Thomas’s wonderful right hand woman, pampered me as though I was the Princess about to marry the Prince. She was there to tend to my every whim. I’m not at all demanding, however, she was there anticipating what I may want and need. Bonnie was like a little magical Fairy fluttering back and forth ensuring that my day was a magical one.
In the meantime, Thomas and the rest of his team were not only helping my Husband and the groomsmen prepare, they were also engaged in ensuring that the entire event experience ran smoothly. They made sure the Guests were being taken care of just as much as the Bride and Groom. Friends and Family were being directed from one part of the venue to another all the while being fed and entertained.
The day flowed effortlessly from one event to the next. The ceremony, music, cocktail hour, dinner, cake cutting and after dinner dancing were immaculately harmonized. There was not one mishap, not one complaint, not one mistake made by Thomas, his team or any of the Vendors.
Thomas’s ability to coordinate is unsurpassed and his style innate. All the vendors he recommended were extremely professional and easy to work with. Thomas demonstrated such care in all he did that he has since become a close friend of ours. We highly recommend Thomas Bui Lifestyle for any Wedding or Event.

Thomas and his team are awesome! It’s been 5 months now since the wedding, and my husband and I still have friends and co-​workers that come up to us and tell us how beautiful our wedding was. If you are considering of hiring a wedding planner, you SHOULD go with Thomas Bui!
Being someone that lives in LA and travel for work 80% of the time, I knew that I had to hire a wedding planner to take care of everything. However, being as picky as I am, I spent hours online doing researches on who’s the best in San Diego area. I’m not gonna lie, there were plenty of wedding planners that have glorious reviews out there, and I had plans to meet a few of them. The first person we met with was Thomas. We chatted about my vision, he threw in his thoughts and understandings of how I wanted the wedding to be, and we immediately clicked. The way he explained my vision was exactly how I’ve always imagined (but more colorful), and we came out of our initial meeting, decided that we were going to go with Thomas.
Throughout the 9 months planning period, Thomas was there every step of the way. He’s very attentive and responsive. He will make sure your questions/​concerns get answered no matter where he is. He made the whole planning process a breeze. We were able to set a few dates to pick out vendors (i.e., cake, flowers, etc.) and because I traveled a lot, we relied on emails. Also, it’s important to note that all the vendors adore Thomas. He keeps a great relationship with them, and each one of them are best of the best.
Did I mention that Thomas is dedicated and passionate? My wedding happens to fall on Thoma’s birthday, and Thomas did not turn it down, and worked extra hard on his birthday, to ensure that my wedding was perfect. What I really love about Thomas is that you can share anything with him. You can bounce ideas off of him and he will give you his honest opinion. It’s one thing to bring the Bride’s vision to life, but it’s a whole new level when someone can tell you what will work out and what are things that might not work out as nice as you hoped.
Thomas and his team are very professional and fun to be around. Shout out to Bonnie Tran! She was running around the Bridal suite and the guys «getting-​ready» room all day, but managed to be there whenever you needed her (you’d almost think she has twins!).
Everyone on Thomas’s team is amazing and it was truly a joy to get to know these individuals, and I appreciate all the hard work that the team has done for my wedding. Thomas is not just my wedding planner, he’s a friend that I would visit when I’m in San Diego.

This review is long overdue, as Thomas and the team saved the day and so much more! When we first booked our outdoor venue, I had assured my future mother-​in-​law that San Diego rarely ever rains in August. Low and behold the one day in August it rains and I mean actual rain, happens to be our wedding day. Without missing a beat Thomas secured the last available tent for us and made everything work magically and beautifully, to the point that our guests thought we had originally planned our reception to have this look and feel. If it was just my husband and I dealing with everything on this day, the wedding may have just been cancelled altogether.
I cannot say enough about the level of professionalism, creativity, & attentiveness that Thomas and team puts into their work. From the beginning to end, Thomas was involved in every step to help us plan our day. He truly cares and embodies what is the best about the wedding industry. I recommended Thomas to my sister for her wedding as I saw his amazing touch in action at my friend’s wedding. He was present from the beginning stages of planning to the end for my sister and her now husband, even though her wedding was a three day affair with 270+ guests attending!
I would be remiss in writing this review without also speaking in high regards about Bonnie Tran, the right hand lady of Thomas, who is absolutely fabulous! When they found out we didn’t have time to make a run for drinks (open venue), Bonnie went out and bought it for us so that we didn’t have to worry about it. The humor and personal touches they put into our day we will always fondly remember. These two have become more than just Wedding Coordinators to us, but are true friends.
We are truly grateful for the care and level of professionalism that Thomas and team put into helping us visualize and create our wedding day. It is without reservation that I recommend Thomas and team, as they are worth it!

It’s been really hard to write a review for Thomas and his team. There’s just so much to be said, it feels like even giving them the full 5 stars is just not enough. (is there an option for 10 stars?!) When we hired Thomas as our wedding planner, we expected a business like relationship but instead what we got was a life long friend who really knows what he’s doing. Being that we both have very demanding jobs and lead busy lives with little to no time to plan a wedding, we knew we would be in trouble without guidance and someone to keep us on the ball. We got married in Santa Barbara and were worried that Thomas and the rest of his team, being that they were coming all the way from San Diego, would have a hard time coming here to meet us and help get things situated. We were absolutely wrong. As soon as we got Thomas on board, even before we signed a contract, he drove up to meet us and get to know us on a more personal level over dinner. He is a consummate professional. The vibe we got from him was very personable. For someone who has as much experience as he does, he surprised us with how much he cared about what we wanted for our wedding rather than what he wanted for us. He really worked with out budget and our likes and dislikes to put together a WONDERFUL DAY which was so beyond what we had pictured, words can’t do it justice. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful. In spite of being a busy bride and a dunce of a groom, the day went off without a hitch and we’ve had nothing but compliments from all of our guests in regards to how beautiful our day was. As far as us, we had an amazing time and love reliving our day through all of our beautiful pictures which will be featured in a major wedding magazine soon!
I cannot do a whole review about Thomas Bui Lifestyle without mentioning Bonnie Tran. Bonnie is Thomas’s right hand lady and was there with him and with us from beginning to end. She is a bright light in an already amazing crew of people who is no nonsense, very nurturing, and just a pleasure to be around. Our day just would not have been even close to the same without them and not only do we have an amazing company to recommend our friends and families to for their weddings, but we have lifelong friends in Thomas and Bonnie. For those who just want to read the first paragraph: hiring Thomas is the best investment we made during our wedding planning process. Because of him, we had the chance to work with phenomenal vendors and a multi-​talented wedding coordinator that collaborated and materialized the feeling and ambiance we both wanted for our wedding. More importantly, for us, hiring Thomas allowed us to place absolute trust on him to plan the wedding and gave my husband and I the time to focus on preparing for married life during our engagement.

It is evident, from the websites he has been featured in, that Thomas is an exceptionally creative person who has the skills necessary to create visionary excellence. His work is imbued with enterprising personal touches that demonstrate deep expertise and a perfect understanding of aesthetics and design. He has an innate ability to hand-​pick the perfect team for his clients, to a point that my husband and I stopped interviewing vendors and asked Thomas to simply give us his first choice of vendors.
We hired Thomas based on his exemplary work, our wonderful first interview, and the glowing recommendations from his previous clients. Additionally, as I ended up planning this wedding from another continent, I needed someone to make decisions independently that would align with my vision. Thomas excels in materializing the concepts I had in my mind. Now that we are past the wedding, I have come to understand what Thomas gifted us was complete and utter trust in him. This is not something that I give away lightly as I have high standards for execution. It is difficult to find people who truly take pride and ownership in their endeavors. I saw in him his own strive for personal excellence that is independent from earning his fee. Combined with talent and vision, Thomas brings integrity, painstaking meticulous attention to detail, consistency and accountability. He carries out in his work with the understanding that one gets one chance with this type of work; there isn’t an opportunity for a re-​do. Everything culminates in this one day.
Planning is not only Thomas’ forte; Thomas also excels in execution. On our wedding day, everything started on time. The bridal party was not rushed. The girls and I were fed (crucially important if you’ve met us). Several comments from my bridesmaid were that they felt this was the most «chill and relaxed» getting ready process they had experienced. During this time, Thomas was also juggling the ceremony set up on the rooftop, dealing with all of the vendors that were coming in and out, and making sure that the groomsmen had their suits and were ready to go. To make this more complex, Thomas and his team had one hour to flip the ceremony to the reception during cocktail hour, which included hanging grapewood and orbs on lucite. Eveyrthing was carried out with precision and meticulous attention to detail. When I walked upstairs, every chair, every menu and place card was neatly in its place. Nothing was left to chance by Thomas.
Additionally, Thomas’ work got the attention of our guests who wanted to know who was behind such a seamless day, such creativity in the table settings, the beautifully orchestrated ceremony and the little touches of us that were evident throughout the event. Thomas’ personable nature allowed my guests to feel at ease as they introduced themselves to him and took the time to personally thank him for his beautiful work.
Thomas is also the type of person that pays attention to the small things his client mentions. Having shared a love for macarons and knowing that we wouldn’t be having them, Thomas pulled the strings and made a table of macarons in the shape of our monogrammed logo. His thoughtfulness to do things above and beyond what is required truly touched my heart. What we found in him was a confidante throughout this wedding planning process, someone I could trust, because he had earned the respect and admiration he deserved.
We wholeheartedly recommend Thomas and cannot be more grateful that we had the opportunity to work with this incredible person on such a pivotal moment in our lives. We hope he brings as much joy, serenity and much needed sanity during your wedding planning process as he did for us.

Having worked in the wedding planning industry in the past, I really did not think I would need a planner when it came time for my own wedding. Plus, with my mother’s help, we had all of our vendors booked within the first two months of being engaged, with over a year to spare until the actual wedding! However, since we were planning the wedding from 3,000 miles away, we figured it would be beneficial to have someone «on the ground» in San Diego. That is when my mother and I found Thomas Bui. Despite my 1 ½ year engagement, Thomas made it feel like my wedding was his #1 priority – even over others whose weddings were sooner than mine. He promptly responded to emails (any time of day or night) and would return missed phone calls within a matter of minutes.
Most importantly, Thomas was able to create my exact wedding vision, clarifying ideas to vendors when my words got lost in translation via numerous email communications. The downside of hiring vendors so early on in the process was that we had a few issues with some of our vendors. However, without missing a beat, Thomas was there to put out the fire and make things perfect. It is very valuable to hire someone who has such strong connections with high-​end vendors in the area! He is an incredible listener, and helps keep you on track if the process of making decisions overwhelms you. His attention to detail is unmatched by anyone else in the business, and he truly perfects every single aspect… even down to the welcome bag gift tags!
This level of detail also comes in handy for the «day-​of» timeline. Thomas and his brilliant team made sure everyone was on schedule, but did it in such a way that it still felt very relaxed and not rushed. As with any wedding, there was a small glitch beyond anyone’s control, but he and his team handled the situation with such grace and discretion, not a single wedding guest knew about it.
Beyond his taste level and professionalism, Thomas and I now share a wonderful friendship that continues to extend far beyond my wedding day. If you are looking to hire a wedding planner with exquisite taste, an eye for detail and design, a person who exudes warmth in his personality making him incredibly easy to work with, then Thomas Bui is the person for you. He truly made my wedding into a fairytale, and created a perfect day that I will never forget.

Thomas Bui was recommended to us by a friend. It was the most straightforward recommendation. Our friend said, «he was the best investment we made for our wedding». He only provides full service coordinating and he’s not cheap. But, like most things… you get what you pay for! I could probably right pages with examples of our wonderful experience with Thomas, but I’ll keep it short and to the point — He is full of ideas, professional and very well respected in the wedding business.
We have a very busy lifestyle and difficult schedule. We knew we needed a planner to help me keep my sanity during the 9 month planning process. My husband is in the Navy and on a carrier so he’s in and out of port. We had to make the best of the time he had at home and we didn’t want the wedding planning to consume us. We also knew we wanted every detail to be «us» which would be impossible to put together without some help. We’re also two different personality types when it comes to planning and Thomas balanced it well during the planning process. Thomas always recommended the right vendors for every detail we wanted. If we had an idea, he’d help us develop it and find the right person at a fair price point to make it a reality.
I think we went with his first recommended vendor 99% of the time even after meeting others. The more time we spent together the more he got to know us. He simply had the right instinct for what we would and wouldn’t like in décor and food. I didn’t have the time to scan tons of vendors, spend hours online, etc. Thomas has an entire network and extensive experience. I just had to send him a quick email and he’d respond almost instantly with an answer or that he’s looking for the answer.
Our favorite part of working with Thomas is that we felt like his only client. We knew we weren’t and he’s extremely busy, but there’s a lot to be said for a coordinator who can make you feel like you’re his #1 priority ALL the time. You’ll never hear him vent or look stressed. He’s always well composed and professional. It’s easy to get really friendly with wedding vendors because some of it is really fun to do, but you’re paying them a lot of money to do a job. Thomas is fun to work with, but remains on task all the time.
Every couple is different and if you’re looking for someone who will make your wedding day as unique as you then Thomas can make it a reality. Don’t be cheap though and expect to get a dream wedding at a bargain. Thomas will be straightforward whether something is fair priced or overpriced. He’ll negotiate for you and make sure you’re comfortable with what you’re spending. He’ll also help you walk away from vendors when they’re not the right fit. He is literally at your side through the whole process and the day of the wedding he and his team are on point. Every single time I needed one of them they were within a few steps. I never had to answer a question, stress about anything, or worry. As soon as someone asked me a question, one of them was at my side to help. They were my «brain» the day of… I just enjoyed our day with no worries which is how it should be.
To conclude my (long) review, I’ll share this… our wedding day would have been just as happy and full of love with another coordinator because getting married and starting our life together was the whole point. But, what Thomas added was ease in planning, elegance, grace, class and beauty to the details. Everyone had so much fun at the wedding. He organized everything down to each minute and each detail. He truly is one of the best in the business as so many vendors told us he was along the way and I’m so happy we hired him for our wedding.

If you are looking to have a wedding that your guests will not forget, than you need Thomas! Due to an exciting opportunity to live abroad we had to plan a wedding in 3 months and we knew we were going to need a lot help. I was not one of those girls that had been planning my wedding my whole life and knew exactly what I wanted. All we knew was that we wanted it to be on New Year’s Eve and amazing.
My first task was looking for a wedding planner. I interviewed 5 wedding planners and Thomas’ work and reputation definitely stood out. Not to mention his eye for artistic details. Not only was he responsive and excited from the very 1^st email but he asked good questions and helped us create the wedding of our dreams. He provided us with great vendors — from cake, officiant, photography, hair, makeup, venue, event design, floral and yes even dress! Thanks to him I had my own personal fitting with Ms. Ines DiSanto herself!
The best of all was «The BIG Day!» Thomas and his team (Bonnie and Wynn) are truly there for you. I’m telling you brides, if you don’t want to become Bridezilla on this day — you need them. They really took care of all the «stuff» so you and your soon to be spouse can actually just focus on each other and enjoy your wedding day! In the end, we had an elegant, romantic, stylish wedding that all our friends and family raved about. It is a day I will always remember and cherish with nothing but happiness and love. Now that I look back, not only did I get an extremely talented, kind, organized wedding planner — I also gained a new friend!

While he is by no means, inexpensive, we can honestly say that his services are worth every single dollar spent – which is the primary reason why we flew him all the way out from San Diego to plan an entire wedding weekend for us in Carmel Valley, CA.
Thomas, alongside his team of amazing assistants pulled off our special wedding weekend, without a hitch, ensuring every small detail fell into place so that we didn’t have to worry about a thing! From the day his team touched down in Northern California, they ensured us that we didn’t have to worry about a thing! Talk about a full service package!

I loveeeeee Thomas! I don’t care how organized or well thought out you can be, you need a Wedding Coordinator… and you need Thomas Bui. Period. I was one of those brides who planned their wedding for almost 2 years and I thought I could pull it together myself… boyyyy, was I wrong!
Although I wasn’t initially looking for a coordinator, Thomas Bui was constantly and strongly referred by my other vendors. I casually approached him a year and a half prior to my wedding and asked him how much he was charging. Thomas Bui’s pricing was actually really reasonable, but stupid me, I went over budget and couldn’t hire one anyway. Boo. :(Nevertheless, he never gave up on me and continually followed up with me from time to time. Seeing that Thomas genuinely wanted to work with us, my husband and I were able to pull some strings together and finally decided to hire him. Let me tell you, IT WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST WEDDING DECISION WE EVER MADE!
Thomas went above and beyond our expectations. He communicated with us in a timely fashion. You could call or text him anytime and he would be available to answer any of your questions. He attended my appointments with other vendors and also communicated and followed up with them. Out of all the vendors I worked with, Thomas was my favorite. He was one of those people where he completely understood our vision in its entirety, which made him so easy to work with. He knew what we needed and of course, he knew what we wanted as well. He just knew all the right questions to ask. During the process, he had valuable suggestions and on the day of, he took upon himself to make executive decisions that caused the day to run much more smoothly and efficiently. Best of all, WE WERE ON TIME because of him! My wedding was pretty hectic, with TWO ceremonies and a reception that literally lasted all day long but through it all, he had remained cool, calm, and collected. Overall, he was extremely professional, personable, well liked, and respected by many, including from other vendors in the wedding industry.
Not only was he wonderful to work with, but he also became a wonderful friend to me along the way. My only regret from this entire planning was not hiring him sooner! Don’t make the same mistake as me! Trust me when I say this that you need to hire Thomas.
